I’M OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE!!! First timer as this place is usually super super packed and for VERY good reason. I came in with my eyebrows looking a hot mess because the woman who has been doing mine for years can’t anymore. I guess I was heartbroken and very selective of who I let touch my brows because it’d been like a whole month of my brows just growin’ wild.. I was lowkey embarrassed because they looked so crazy but y’all Christie was SO nice!! Not only was Christie such a sweetheart but she SLAYED my brows effortlessly and even gave me my arch back which I thought would be impossible to do. I haven’t had a threading in a while as I’m so used to waxing so it did hurt a bit at first but you get used to it, she’s very quick. So worth it and the pricing??? Only $10?!? I feel like that’s so unheard of in 2022 for top notch quality. I literally can’t thank this place enough and Christie if you’re reading this, thank you thank you thank you!! You’re an angel❤️ If you’re scrolling trying to decide based on reviews whether or not you want to take a chance, you’re going to want to pull up IMMEDIATELY!! When I tell you this place is ALWAYS super busy, these 3 women here really know what they’re doing! The place is super clean, they wear their masks while they’re in your face if that makes you feel safe and they’re very friendly. Super happy customer, will most definitely be back!

soba is the only one I have had good experiences with, she is very skilled and does a great job threading. my first experience was with the threader that sits in the back corner- I was left with cuts from the threading that were bleeding and visible on my face for a week after the appointment. the nail in the coffin for me was today when I had my eyebrows threaded by a new person. When I saw the final brows I asked her for some adjustments as they were not threaded as thin and shapely as I would like- I very kindly asked if she was able to clean it up a bit and was immediately met with her being defensive and refusing to shape them any further. I have had my brows threaded many times and this is the first time I have been refused a slight adjustment/cleanup of the final product. I will not be returning as I now have to go home and thread them myself following an appointment. update: I was issued a refund for this service without asking for one- thank you Austin Eyebrow Threading!

I've been going to this place for the past 9months. Initially I really liked their work and recommended this place to many friends too as the work is good and the price is just 10$ but the past 4to 5visits, I've been developing bumps everytime I do my eyebrows with them. Initially I thought it was something to do with my skin, but it happens only when i do my eyebrows with them. Once i tried at a different place and i was fine. I'm not sure if it's the powder they use before doing threading or the cream that they use after. One of it has not been good on me and the way they do their threading has also become Harsh, they do it in a hurry which also caused little cuts that burns till healing starts(1-2days) I'm just disappointed as these people used to be good before...

Normally I come and tip well because I’m so satisfied but this time there was something I didn’t like, I still left a tip but the lady immediately turned away and started complaining to her coworkers about how low it was— thinking I don’t understand. As I’m walking away she is looking at me unkindly and mentioning the tip over and over. Okay well a tip is a plus, and comes from the heart. If I’m going to get unkind service because I don’t tip the same each time, depending on the service, I just won’t come back at all. After a few years yes you can lose a customer with a single unkind word and get a bad review. I hope they take this into consideration and don’t turn more customers away with the service.

Hi, I've been going here for at least a year. The main woman with the beautician license here is fantastic. She and her colleague (who wasn't there today) know who I am and always greet me so kindly. I have a partially paralyzed left hand, so they recognize me every time. Unfortunately today a new woman with dyed reddish hair and glasses did my brows. She cut me 3 times under my left brow. She also did a poor job leaving my brows unclean, and compensated with trimming that left hairs too short and spiky. I've been threading for 10 years now and it was the worst I've ever experienced.

What are ya gonna do when your brows make you look like a wolf? Find immediate threading. If you’re in a pinch head to this location because they are professional and fast! It’s located in an HEB, which is a little awkward when you’re not feeling like being seen in public because you’re a werewolf as it is. Also, and there’s usually a line, but there’s 2-3 ladies working there, so they’ll get you in 20-30 minutes. The good news is they’ll charge less than other places do for threading, and they’ll work hard to make you hairless and happy!

Horrible job if I could give him no stars I would. One of my eyebrows has the arch that was already there the other one she took off made them thinner than what they were before. I have been doing my eyebrows for well over seven years and have never been upset. Now it's time for me to grow it back out so I can have them the way they were supposed to come out but she messed up. Will not return to this place again. Plus she told me all that's how they're supposed to be like really.

I’m not a big fan of threading because for the most part, they’ve always managed to mess up my eyebrows one way or another (generally speaking). After two months of not getting my eyebrows done, I was grocery shopping and seen this little spot inside of the HEB and thought, “why not? Your eyebrows are already bad lol” well, they managed to mess them up. One way bigger than the other. Now I’m going to have to wait for them to grow out again. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing service! The lines can be a bit long but I don't mind the wait because I know both girls will do a good thorough job! I get the full face and they make it as comfortable as it can be.. (Of course there are parts which hurt--it's pulling hair out a your skin not magic!) This was my second place I've tried in Austin (from Dallas) and it's the one I'll be sticking to; even with the 45 min drive I have to take to get there! Totally worth it!

Every time I come here, I saw three different people work there. I love the first two but the last lady was terrible. And she missed a lot of hair on my upper lips. I'm picky because I paid for 14 bucks and expect the service should be best. But end up that lady was rush and choose to not to do her job. I hate employees that don't care about customers satisfied with their service...

Went here and my eyebrows looked like a mess. Lines weren’t straight. I asked them to fix it, and even showed a picture. It still looked nothing close to the picture. It was round and the picture clearly showed a solid line and a pointed corner on top. She refused to make the top line straight and refused to give me a refund. Horrible service. I don’t recommend at all.

I absolutely love the service and the work that they do. So professional and couldn't ask for anything else. I have full trust in them, and they do it right every time! They remember me by name and know exactly what I want. At other places I have experience rough and heave hands, but not here. The facility is nice and clean, not to mention the pricing is great!!

This place is the place to go for beginners and women and men who always get there eyebrows threated. The staff are very sweet and humble they do your eyebrows to perfection just how u want it. Sometimes there busy but its worth the wait because when its your turn to get in the seat you will have no worries garanteed...Love this Place 100 Stars

I could never find anyone who did my eyebrows correctly til I came to them because I was in desperate need of getting my eyebrows done. Believe it or not this is the only place I go to get my brows done dvd have been impressed and satisfied with how gentle it is and great prices. Never waited more than 10 mins. Many oriole walking passed are confused about what’s happening lol Highly recommend. Definitely see them getting a shop in the future.

AMAZING!! I was nervous at first because I don't trust everyone with my eyebrows but they have gained a loyal customer. Plus, although it's in HEB and you're "on display", I still felt very comfortable. The ladies were really nice and the lady who did my eyebrows was very welcoming and she did an amazing job!!

I trust my eyebrows to very few people and in Austin..this is the place! Being Indian, I'm very aware of a good threading job..I feel this place does it best with the least amount of pain! Sometimes there is a line and waiting is involved but they do have long working times, so that's good.

Great job and super quick. They were very friendly and greeted me as soon as they were done with a previous customer. Very busy but they are quick and efficient. Small area, different than other shops I've gone into so was a little nervous but my eyebrow look amazing! And Great price!!

They did my eyebrows waaayyy too thin when all I wanted was a clean up, and one is shaped differently than the other. Wouldn't recommend this place. However, they did a good job threading the excess hair on my eyebrows. If you go here, make sure you tell them EXACTLY what you want.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been threading for 10 years. It was basically painless (usually it hurts SO bad) and the shape is amazing. For reference I am blonde and my eyebrows are patchy and somehow they made them look amazing. I will be going here forever

This was my first experience ever getting my eyebrows done. The shop was clean and lady was very polite and answered all of my questions. Lady did amazing job on me and I highly recommend coming here. The prices are very affordable and I will definitely be coming back.

Great price, fast and do a great job. It might seem weird that it's in a HEB but it's not. If you've never done it before it hurts, but you become more immune over time. I switched from waxing to threading 5 years ago and have never gone back.

Just left and Ssoba was amazing! This was my first time here. My brows were in bad shape and Ssoba cleaned them up quickly and they look amazing!! Can’t beat the price either ($9). I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I thought my brows were perfectly threaded until I got home and used a magnifying mirror. Clean-ish, but not clean. Take a good mirror with you to verify your service before leaving. The lighting in the store is not the best.

They never acknowledged my presence so I elected not to do business with the company. When a customer approaches a place of business its always good to welcome them instead of sitting down dropping your head to avoid contact.

Bindu is great! I showed her a picture of how I darken in my eyebrows and she cleaned me up in no time flat. I was in and out under 14 minutes. Did my furry eyebrows and upper lip. Thank you Bindu! You did great!
