"RE: Dripping Springs location"
ARC does a fantastic job at ensuring their patients receive top quality care. The time, attention, professionalism and follow up care that ARC physicians and staff give to their patients is unsurpassed. I’ve been with ARC for quite some time and all I can say is thank you ARC for the amazing job you provide everyday.
I can take care of all of my healthcare needs at ARC. My entire family goes to ARC. We love our physicians, and the online scheduling option makes it easy to schedule my entire family! They have triage nurses that can help answer any questions you have (or get you where you need to be.) ARC is the best!
I recommend ARC to everyone who asks me where to see a doctor in Austin. My doctor always treats me with compassion and has excellent recommendations. I can tell all the staff truly care about the patients, going above and beyond when needed. Seriously, if you need to be seen look no further.
Both of my kids have been patients of ARC for many years. However, I was just informed that my son was "terminated" as a patient. I have never been notified of this until I called to refill a prescription. How does a practice terminate a minor patient for NO reason without even a phone call?
RE: Dripping Springs location. I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've used ARC for several years - but the other locations. This location has the friendliest staff that I've dealt with. And Dr Kielhorn is about as good as it gets in my opinion.
Scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ago. For a full exam. Only to be turned away saying that a full exam will take to long . And they wanted to Schedule me with another Doctor instead of my Primary Doctor. Because he was to booked. That wasn't
I waited for at least 15 minutes to schedule an appointment with a doctor that I've previously seen a couple years ago only to find out she didn't have any availability for another month so I chose the first available doctor. After that the
This has been the most horrific experience of my life and I’m 59. 10 months of illness and every ARC Dr was useless except 2 surgeons who dealt with a problem My Seton dr found. This was a totally different issue. I’m still dealing with the
I was denied my refill for an albuterol inhaler that I have been prescribed my entire life for I have had asthma my entire life. I set an appointment to see an allergist for my asthma as was required to get an inhaler refill 3 weeks ago. I
I have BCBS TX PPO and am being billed for going out of network although ARC states they are in-network. I have called billing multiple times and they are no help, please contact me to resolve this as your billing department is incompetent.
Apparently, Doctors are booked so tightly they can no longer see their patients for more than 5 min. or take a breath between them. My son got his finger seriously crushed today, blooding, fingernail displaced and broken, and we walked in
I called to schedule an appointment for my son at 3:00 Wednesday. I was told the soonest he could be seen was Thursday at 3:45. He showed up Thursday at 3:30 and was told his appoint was for the previous (Wednesday)day at 3:45. Absolutely
Horrible customer care I was billed the full amount of service by ARC even though when I had insurance, When I reached out to my insurance they said that it should have been billed under primary insurance not secondary. When I reached out
Dr. Michael Andreo is the worst doctor I've ever met. He could not answer basic questions about my Achilles surgery and acted like I was dragging my nails on a chalkboard every time I asked a question. He has zero clue about non-surgical
I have been a member of ARC for over 30 years. The last 3 times I needed to use urgent care/after hours ARC was booked with no appts available. I was willing to go to any ARC clinic and all of them had no availability. Also the telephone
My son and I have been patients here for several years. My favorite aspect is the new MyChart app, which is where I can make appointments, send messages, update records, find immunization information, make payments and more. It sometimes
I was recently diagnosed with covid. When I got my diagnosis yesterday, I was given 1 pain pill in the Ed and instructed to call my physician. Anytime I have tried to call my physician, there are no appointments. What concerns me is the
Me and my wife visited for the yearly physical, unfortunately our insurance should cover 100% but the greedy ARC charging 89$ that is absolutely ridiculous. Yearly physical is nothing but a monkey dance! If the nurse ask about my life
I've had good experiences getting help from ARC doctors and nurses recently, this has nothing to do with them. What this review has to do with is the fact that Austin Regional Clinic appears to not believe in patients contacting their
ARC needs to invest in a call back system instead of having people wait on hold while sick. This is ridiculous. I booked online but the earliest appointment is tomorrow. The booking line can usually tell if people cancel in real time.
Dr. Khan and her nursing staff worked with me recently via video conference and phone to help with a respiratory illness. They got me the right meds under trying circumstances (with pharmacies and insurance) and I never had to make an
Lazy, dumb, and mean. The doctor recommended a shingles shot and said to schedule a follow up booster in six weeks. No one scheduled this for me or reminded me after the six weeks passed, but that’s fine. I remembered and attempted to
Ken Perez is an outstanding doctor, but the staff and business operations at ARC are abysmal. They have sent me to collections multiple times just this year alone for charges as low as $20. I have visits almost monthly and instead of
after sitting through multiple different automated messages just to ask a question. The lady didn't even wanna help me unless my insurance was valid. I'm in a lot of pain (not an emergency) and ya'll are more interested on who my
Terrible experience with the staff! The website is so poor. None of the information I input on the website seems to relay to the medical team. The staff is pretty careless also. I setup a video appointment and they didn't take my
I think I need to go with another provider. It is difficult getting an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment for a physical. It was canceled by ARC the morning it was scheduled. I had waited 6 weeks for that appointment. I
My mom arrived by ambulance this morning. The care she received was good until it wasn’t. I was told they were short handed, I get it. You know what I don’t get? Literally sitting for over an hour and half to have
My PCP is great but the remaining staff, no! Considering other options after 2 decades of patient care because of recent experiences. COVID-19 changed the workforce forever. The quality of staff is low.
This is for the S. 1st location: I went in for my first Mamo, not only did the nurse/technician back away from me like I had the plague, but she wouldn’t give me the scan because I checked one
They clearly only care about money. They over charged me and provided the worst 'care' I have ever experienced. It was over $600 in total for 2 brief in-office visits. Ridiculous!
Dr. Yu was friendly and performed tests never had done before for my condition. She made some recommendedations that she thought I needed. Very satisfied with her service.
Second Update: They sent me an official notification dismissing me as a patient directly after I wrote this review. They never returned my phone calls about legitimate
I should have read the reviews before I go to austin regional clinic , Its worst experience we have till now .All the staff are worst and don't even treat nicely.
Finding a doctor is tricky and sometimes stressful... It sucks having to do a TON of research just to end up back at square one and feeling like you're stuck.
TLDR, CHECK YOUR BILLS IN DETAIL, they will submit fraudulent charges. Used their OBs and loved the doctors. But somehow they got my daughter’s
Long time member here..... Dr's have always been great (except for once, emergency) especially those chosen as your primary.....
My wife and I visited Durreshahwar K. Khan, MD Absolutely unprofessional and the worst doctor I have ever met in my entire 30
Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Was able to get an appointment for next business day! Doctor took good care of me.
The doctor was very accommodating and sweet, but thorough in her exam of my son. I am impressed and will return
Quick, easy, and efficient check up. Also friendly staff that made the visit all the more pleasant!
