Another fantastic experience with ASH. They are our go to place for all shoe and leather related repairs and "clean-up". The not old but tired black boots I dropped off last week are unrecognizable. I took a very worn and tattered pair of men’s boots to Austin Shoe Hospital. I wasn’t sure there was any hope for them, but Austin Shoe Hospital worked their magic and the boots look brand new! My guy was more than pleased with the results and we’ve already dropped another pair off to be repaired. Highly recommend!

This wasn't the first time we have taken in a pair of shoes to be repaired but this is our first time reviewing. My husband has had a couple of pairs of Red Wings resoled and I just had a pair of dearly loved booties resoled and cleaned; they look brand new. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.

I have had Tecovas for one year and already wore holes in the original soles. ASH suggested rubber resoles and they got them back to me in a reasonable amount of time during the holiday rush. Really nice staff but the work seems to be below average. I had some wedges repaired and today was the first day I pulled them out to wear them and the glued repair is coming apart after 5 hours of wear. I probably could have spent that $40

Well....YOU did a great job but the end result does not work so well. The Velcro is so stiff it will not lay down and stick to the fabric, so the ends are constantly sticking out, catching on velcro from the other leg, or anything
