This is an untrue assertion and a very arrogant, disappointing response. We dealt with your company August 2021 (with Sanele) and had decent service which we were satisfied with. Unfortunately, you have not responded since 24th February 2022 to our email queries regarding our provisional tax. We have sent 5 emails to Monica with exactly zeros replies, in effect, completely ignored by your company. Sanele, Dee, Lynette have also been on the emails. Last email sent 16th March. Very unfortunate customer service experience, hence the 1 star is within reason.

I can't remember how I came to be introduced to Austral Accounting because that introduction was approximately 25 + years ago.
