When I think about chocolate, the first name that comes to mind. If you ever have a chocolate hankering, look no farther than the Chocolate Room, where you can find almost anything chocolate-related. a huge location with lovely surroundings and friendly staff.❤ They have many outlets in different cities. I visited this place in Lucknow.

Staff is very arrogant, i visited first time before i m going to order something i asked for spoon he instantly ask me have you ordered something i said not yet, he said then I'll not give you that OMG really man i gave him back that spoon and tell him will never visit again here. Ok your choice, is this kind of customer service they provided? Will mail this to their official handle as well.....

Worst service. I ordered hot chocolate with crunchy magic ball, but its taste was worst. They just gave a whipped milk chocolate without any crunchy chocolate ball or waffies. When we asked them to make it properly, they refused and said this only they have. But on order placement counter they said it’s available. It’s Just waste of money.

I personally liked their waffles, they are perfectly cooked, hot & crisp with decent sweetness (less sweet). You can definitely try it!

Tucked away on the third floor; provides some great coffee. The staff was courteous enough to make a strong brew upon request. Good place || good staff || good coffee
