Me and my family came today to renew a passport and we had completed all documents. One of the employees who was short with blonde hair and elderly was unable to complete anything we requested and tried to kick us out without listening to our enquiry she didn’t want to complete any of the documents. She was completely racist and discriminatory and showed clear signs of frustration and anger. We don’t know what her problem was with us until now. My dad tried to calm her down and talk to her but she raised her voice and told him to go back and learn English without listening to him. We'd like to tell her that if she has problems outside of work she shouldn't act unprofessional and throw a tantrum because of her mental instability. And if she can’t complete any documents let her stay home. I recommend she goes to a mental hospital because it’s disgusting the way you treat people.

Due to 5km Covid19 travel restrictions, I was forced to send Father’s Day gifts thru post office. It’s my first time to go to shopping centre since March as I’ve been doing all my shopping via online. I’m glad to see that Craigieburn Post Office is strictly implementing Health’s minister’s level4 restrictions... only 5customers inside the shop at a time, social distancing & constant cleaning of commonly touched objects/surface. It’s good to see people following too. Though some of the FD2020 gifts did not arrive on time, the delay is understandable and completely acceptable. Post office staff were so helpful & made sure my parcels were sent safely. Again thank you for being a non-medical front-liner. Keep safe and keep up the great service.

Worst customer service ever, i wouldn't even give one star to this worst shop. I went there to submit passport application. This girl working there was extremely rude and asked me to line up which was full outside the entrance. I asked her then why you give passport interview appointments if i have to line up to make my appointment which will be 30mins wait. I was there 5mins early before 4pm ( appointment time ) . She said this is how it works in this store . I was going to leave, she said do you want to make another appointment. I said sorry i will make at another store. The tone of this girl was so rude, arrogant and disrespectful that i couldn't stand there for few mins. I left quietly.

Don't know what some of you are talking about. The Post office is open Saturdays until 12.30pm. I think the service is very good and I use a lot of post offices around Melbourne for my business. The real problem are some of the customers who come in wanting a chat along with those with poor English who are trying to transfer money and post goods to God knows where. This is what is holding up the line. Not to mention those people applying for passports who don't read their application forms properly and fail to bring the correct documentation with them. The Postal workers at Craigieburn Central are doing a great job, unfortunately they deal with a lot of ill prepared customers.

The worst service provider ever can't tell ya all but they are the worst service provider I have just applied for a single keypass ID and I have visited the post office for 4 times because the some time they misplace the photo at second they did the same and still it's gonna be almost 4 weeks and I haven't received my keypass although I paid $ 10 extra for the express delivery along with the keypass Fees but still I'm on the wait for the keypass. I WISH I could make a complaint somewhere for there poor performance and for wasting the precious time of others.

Very rude staff .Went there to get passport size pictures.I asked her to give me scan copy of the pictures after she printed and she was looking at me with attitude and handed the keyboard to me rudely and I was looking at the screen to type my email she turned the screen to me rudely again even I told her to cut the pictures but looks like was too much burden for her as she was rushing to let us go without doing proper cutting to the photos.No customer service even after paying money second time as their staff refused to stamp and cut the pictures before.

DISGUSTING service. The old white lady humiliated me in front of everyone. Yelling at me saying ‘we don’t do fragile services’ when I HAVE sent one out before at the same place! Instead of HELPING ME OUT, or giving me other options, your initial reaction was to yell at me in front of a whole line of people. I would never return to this post office. The people here don’t have customer service at all. It doesn’t hurt to be NICE!!!!! Shame on you old lady, at your grown age too?!?!?!?!? ABSOLUTELY disrespectful! Will be taking this complaint further!

These AP workers and no doubt ALL AP staff must be congratulated for having to deal with the whinging moaning abusive scum that is the public they deal with every minute of their working day, month, year, years. Just waiting in line I observed every teller being abused, & spoken to like they are nothing. I wanted to give them all a hug. Put yourself in there shoes people. I am sure they would love to scream and punch but no they have to grin and take it. Imagine there mental well being at the end of there day. I know I couldn’t deal with it.

We have a contract with AusPost for the last 6yr, and we are always lodging at Craigieburn post office. now their unknowledgeable staff don't understand customers needs. We tried our best to make them understand the issue even our account manager (AusPost) called them, but they have a higher ego. They just don't want to understand, even they don't care about customers as well as corporate customers. They just want to get paid without providing proper services. I think time to sold AusPost.

Still Closed Saturday Why, when parcel services are so busy, is the only PO in Craigieburn closed on a Saturday? For people working Mon - Fri between 9-5 it's impossible to collect parcels. What's worse is that they made no attempt to deliver it as someone was home. They just put a card the letterbox. Yet again appalling service. Our postal service is really the worst in the civilised world! We really need some kind of competition Australia Post you are a disgrace!

Our passport application for newborn was not taken because they dont accept applications after 12noon on Saturday ( nowhere stated ), the lady didn’t even have courtesy that we were in queue from 11:45 and it was only 2 mins past, its good to follow rules but dont make it an excuse to be lazy, people come Saturday to post for a reason not to celebrate weekend, it was my worst experience and I hope post outlet hire staff who can use their brains!!!

Always massive queues, out the door, seems to always be disorganised choas! Waited in the line for 25 mins for passport application when was told you need an appointment (inconsistent with other post shops) we normally have a sign up at counter (which you can't see for the 25 minutes that you've lined up for and mysteriously sign not up today!) generally rude and offer no alternative. You can come back another time..... no thanks

Craigieburn post office in Craigieburn Central are the worst … Worse customer service ever, bad dealing style, slow service, they do not provide the required services, they too lazy to do jobs, they are rude, arrogant and disrespectful, they treat you with superiority and they make you feel like you are stupid, the staff should be changed … Why I have to put a star for them? They don’t deserve it either.

Extremely rude woman working at the counter on a Saturday with the worst customer service, very unhelpful, disrespectful, mean and just careless about getting things done right and ensuring customer satisfaction, she obviously just doesn't want to do her job and trys hard to piss customers off and get rid of them so she can move on, whoever put her there has done bad for their bussines !!

Too lazy to do their jobs not once but twice I have been in with the correct documents to submit my sons Taxfile application only to be told they won’t accept his ID due to his 2 middle names. I have spoken to ATO twice now who have confirmed it can be accepted. Seems like some people are too lazy and don’t want to do their job. Wouldn’t waste your time guys go else where. Clueless

Do not shop this post office again.. peoples in there ridiculous. They mentioned in their website Saturday's open. But, I went last Saturday, It was fully closed. So, peoples who works on weekdays, how they collect their parcels. This is very poor service. I don't intended to give one star, but we need to select at least one star. If I able to, I will give you worst minus.

Served by a nice girl named Jay. She took my passport photo, emailed it to me gave me the print outs which was great. She also explained very clearly how to obtain my government ID through the police station and was very patient and kind when I would ask further guidance. Definitely recommend being served by Jay in future.

Rude staff and bad customer service. Staff show no patience in providing service especially when involving children. I have been there multiple times and each time the experience is the same. Once, I also saw a frustrated customer shouting at staff and manager intervening. Place to avoid if you can.

The team looks sad and unhappy not willing to work and help , let them have some more new team members guys . ( the lack of good team makes it really a bad experience, no matter what you ask or request ,they would give 15 reasons how they can’t help you ) terrible experience.

Worst customer service ever. Staff treats people very bad. No compassion for the job. They can't even deliver packages to the right address. I wish we had more competition in this field. If I had choice, I would never use Australia post in craigieburn central.

I have always been spoken to nicely by staff when picking up a parcel that should have been left in a safe place or door bell used when there has been someone home it should not have been dropped off at post office for them to be showed under.

To get in touch with a customer service agent us so difficult . Horrible system. If you just want to talk to somebody, we can’t. Chat options are horrible. It’s an absolute mess. If we call to talk to an agent, it keeps getting disconnected

Being the only post office in craigieburn servicing over 20000 people you would think they would open on Saturdays or at least till 7pm on fridays to allow people that work all day to pick up parcels. Absolutely hate going here!

Was in to apply for passport for my son .....the staff Chloe was so quick with the paper works and she even had to click his photo as the one I had was not up to the specifications .Everything done in a glimpse Super awsome ....

Absolute worst. Only open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. God help you if your registered mail ends up there and you work Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. Only PO BOX holders can pick up parcels at 7:30am, everyone else can get stuffed apparently.

One of the worst Post Shop, i wrote a complaint on missing item which says arrived to the post shop, was supposed to get back to me with in 24 to 48 hours, but haven't heard anything from them for more than a week.

Worst customer service. Staff are not polite. Don't care attitude. Not aware of the work and just advising to look into alternative options when paper works clearly says it can be done through post office.

they damaged my parcel, went and complained and was told in two weeks i would receive compensation but they literally ghosted me and i never got any compensation because they closed the case. useless.

Rude staff: it takes only one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Most of the people visited this place will agree with me. Highland post office on the other hand delivers nice customer service.

Really bad service. Such a huge population in craigieburn and not open on saturday or until later that 5pm on weekdays. Edit: Now it's open on Saturdays until 1pm

Not happy. Took photo of my baby for passport. Didn't fix anything before taking photo, photo came out with messy hair. Charged me again for taking another photo.

Hotline number says NO APPOINTMENT needed for passport application but went in store and got told. Appointment is needed. Waited 25mins in queue for no reason.

Why it's so difficult for you to update your opening time online, now 2 June 2021 at 2pm your status is OPEN on your website here... Actually you are closed.

Posted registered item with tracking thru self-serve kiosk Thursday afternoon around 4.30pm, wasn't logged into their system until 24 hours later.

They took a pic for my licence and after a month find out they didn't send it I don't recommend anyone to do they application at this post office

Good team of staff there, but the self-serve machines break down too often or don't read the barcodes, and wait times appear to be increasing.

Staff seems unhappy to work there, don’t have that customer service. Unfriendly to deal with. I just had to go there as it is a photo point.

The post office closing time on weekdays is 5.00p.m. But here it is mentioned 6.00p.m. So customers please be aware.
