Sharon is the most amazing lady ever she knows I have been going through a rough time with my ex partner and when he stole the keys to my po box multiple times she never asked me to pay for it not once and I offered and I was always appreciative and I got my wallet stolen so I've had no ID I managed to get some ID together to be able to get my digital post office ID and that normally costs about $90 she gave me the receipt and it said no payment required I had the money sitting there for it as well and I am so absolutely above the moon appreciative of how supportive and caring she is as well as the other staff they are always asking how im going and hoping that things get better for me and honestly I can't thank them enough by far the best post office I have ever dealt with and I will definitely not be moving post offices at all I will be sticking with my local Ellen Grove post office for as long as I possibly can!

Without a doubt the best post office I've ever had the pleasure of doing personal postal business with. I can not speak highly enough of Sharon, and the service she provided me with. If I were to ever own a business, I would want Sharon on my team. Polite, professional, and very helpful and just went above and beyond the minimum standard of help expected. I went to collect my parcel today to this post office which is located in Ellen Grove, it was really nice customer experience that I had. Friendly staff and very clean post office. There is plenty of parking spot infront of this post office. All in all very convenient place. Thanks

For someone who normally doesn’t send large packages, the staff at Ellen Grove Post Office explained the different options and that too with a smile. Really good customer service. They also open earlier at 7:30am which makes it all the more convenient.

Sharon and Dan are very helpful and very friendly. They bend over backwards to help out and they can't help they will put in in contact with someone who can. Just like the old corner store back in the day but even better and more improved. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
