All around disappointing. For starters, they don’t always card parcels correctly, infer you lost the card on the 20 foot walk from your box to the counter rather than acknowledge the possibility they made a mistake. Also don’t know how to give customers the newer services that are available (if they’re even aware of said services) I could go on but I’ll spare you. Go to Emerald if you can.

Don’t attempt to order foreign currency here, or expect the latest tracking services. Badly need training- it’s disgusting how Australia post allows half trained franchisees- we might live in the sticks but surely we are entitled to equal service (except for a mail delivery of course, that’s pushing things too far)

Always get served with a friendly smile, and a good spot to get last minute gift in these covid times, great service.
