"There is no customer service at this post office it is my local I have been going there for over 20 years , some staff have been there for many years Trevor post master has left some time ago, the staff are appalling they never smile they are unhelpful, rude, arrogant they do not open Saturdays anymore because Covid knows it’s a Saturday !!!! work that out !!!! They ask for ID every time which is fine when picking up parcels, which are not registered and are meant to be dropped off at your home address… they never know your name they never call you by your first name … going in there and picking up parcels for over 20 years they wouldn’t know the back end of a wooden spoon … they wouldn’t last five minutes if they worked in the public sector, or for me, they will be sacked due to their disgusting attitude, shocking mannerism, There is nothing nice to say about the staff that Have been there for a long time "

I would personally like to thank the entire team at the Greenacres LPO. Without them postage for our business would be a lot harder. They are always happy to help, and are always friendly. It gets very busy here especially in the afternoon, the team always do their best to serve customers efficiently and quickly as possible. For those below having a whinge, especially about passports.. I've stood in line many a times and listened and it's usually the same things. Like seriously how hard is it for you to bring in original documents (Not photocopies) and have them signed/witnessed. It's an official document not a postage stamp they HAVE to scrutinize it, that's the whole point.. Get your stuff sorted before going to the post office and I'm sure you'll be fine.
Having had Post Office boxes in numerous other locations around Australia over the years I have found this post office to be the worst one I have come across. After bringing to the attention of the so-called postmaster the fact that we were continually receiving mail addressed to other persons in our box he finally put a piece of paper in front of our box where the sorting was done that STILL didn't stop the wrong mail being put in. WHY we had to be specific about what names of mail that could be addressed to our box was an absolute joke. There are constant long waits with massive lines whenever you enter the post office itself. Do yourself a favour and find a different post office we have.
Terrible customer service by a middle aged female blonde. The place needs to have a clearer direction on parcel collection and the information that the staff needs to have to be able to locate the parcel to be collected. The customer has no idea how you organized your parcels and so it is the post office and its staff's job to try to make parcel collection as smooth as possible. But looking at all the complains about this post office and the fact that the staff is still around providing below standard customer service, I doubt the Australian Post takes customer feedback seriously...
An online appointment means that the client should be served at the time of booking and has a priority over others who are casually lining up. I had an online booking and when I arrived this post office on time I was asked to wait because there was another person who's having the same service as me. They took 20 minutes after my booking time to serve me. If this post office doesn't take online bookings as a thing, then I think this should be an ordinary post office with no additional services after all.
Unfriendly people. Firstly, they have asked for 1 person's help for delivering Parcel at home due to heavy weight. I was not there so told them to keep it at Post office. When I reached there to collect it, first they took almost 15 min to find the parcel. When I asked them to carry their trolley, she refused to give. She refused to offer any help and shamefully back to her work. No-one has offer any help at Post office. I had a back pain, but did not leave with any choice. Bad experience..
I think she was same woman the others were talking about, I went for my 5 weeks old kid passport application&photo.She was so rude.She was not ready to help.She didnt even look at any paper&argued you didnt have this&that.All other staff were same. I wont go again there&recommended all not to go there.I dont know who gave her job to work in customer service industry which she didnt have any skills.Australia post should do something abt greenacres franchise
Who gave the elder female authority to give 'advice' regarding passports? This woman was rude, abrupt and almost seemed to enjoy belittling me. A desperate call to the Australian passport office confirmed I was correct and what she told me was absolute rubbish. Causing that unnecessary duress to me was not cool. She needs to be retrained before giving completely incorrect advice. Would've given 0 if I could
The most consistently rude staff. I have never had a good experience here. I have seen staff berate customers, speak condescendingly to people with ESL, ++waiting time. I get anxious any time I need to post a parcel here because I know I will have to suffer the wrath of the staff. Protect your mental health, drive a few extra minutes to another AusPost store. Do better Greenacres.
I had the misfortune to be served by the same person all the other complaints are about, and they're entirely justified. In my opinion they play fast and loose with sizes/thicknesses/weights for postage. I wonder if it's an attempt to gouge more money from customers. I'm not sure that would be a great long term strategy. I won't be bothering to go back to this branch again.
I just wanted to pass on my sincere thank you to the lovely young worker who assisted me today. I was picking up a large parcel and didn't realise how heavy it was. Without a second thought, he offered to carry it to my car for me becuase he could see it was too heavy for me. I was so appreciative of his kindness. Thank you for such great customer service :)
Excellent service at this post office! Friendly and professional! The all female staff work together as a team ..so good to see! Didn't have appointment for baby's passport but luckily they had time & accommodated us beautifully..even retaking photo as our office works one was no good. Good job ladies!
I like the staff here. I found them contrary to other bad reviewers. I have experienced some customers getting aggressive to the workers but usually the customer is getting aggressive first. The staff here rotate from other branches i noticed but all in all. Always a pleasant experience
Honestly the worst service and rudest post office staff I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Sadly it is my local post office but I always try to make sure my package have a leave authority so I do not have to go there. It always a terrible experience.
Patti is great and always has a smiling face for us. She is always happy to help out, is polite and easy to to deal with. I'm not sure why others complain. I always hope to be served by her. I never have any issues when I go to that post office branch.
They say on their website that they would be open on saturday i go there with my intellectual disabled son only for it to be shut thanks for causing my son to have a meltdown i give this post office a minus millions stars if it was possible
Whoever controls the hiring and training processes for the drivers needs to seriously get on top of employees who actually do their job. Have had 4 deliveries in the space of 3 weeks, and every driver that's delivered approaches the door,
A good staff can really make your life much easier, with the help of a blonde lady there, i just spent few minutes to finish the post. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.i would like to give her 5 stars with no hesitate.
So many poor experiences. Always rude but forced to come here when they fail to deliver my package. Makes my day terrible every time I realise I have to go here just to be berated by the same older woman every time.
Terrible service. They don’t even trust the address details on their own app. What else can you say about them? Also I felt I was at interrogation center with the blonde lady just for my package. Bad!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. High success rate of passport applications. Good at taking photos used to get an international passport. Good products and some bargains.

Slow and understaffed - consistent experience here. Please install parcel lockers so we dont have to wait 20 minutes just to spend 30 seconds collecting a parcel.
Very long wait times and unfortunately some staff members are not very helpful and rude at times. Mixed bag of experiences from visiting numerous times.
The middle age lady with short hair is very rude. Other young staff are lovely. However I always get served by the short hair lady.
