I have been to this post office a few times for parcel collections and on the most recent occasion I left the store feeling offended by a staff member who had served me. I had arrived at the store for my parcel collection and waited in line. During the wait I got the barcode for my parcel ready on my phone, in the hopes of make things easier for the staff member who served me. When I finally got to the counter, the staff member asked what she can do for me and I told her I had a parcel to pick up and that I have a barcode on my phone. She appeared to be too busy peeling stickers off a booklet to stick onto some packaging to even look up and acknowledge what I'd said, let alone begin helping me get my package. Eventually she paused and asked for my ID, so I locked my phone and pulled my purse out to quickly search for my ID. As soon I had my ID, I showed the staff member, who then picked up a bar code scanner and said 'the bar code?', followed by raising both of her arms in the air. Once I started the process of unlocking my phone, the staff member immediately dropped both of her arms on the counter with exasperation, as though I was taking too long and she had run out of patience. She said she would go and search for my parcel while I unlock my phone, and then turned and walked away, leaving me feeling anxious and uncomfortable. Almost straight after she walked away I had unlocked my phone and then began waiting for her return. When the staff member eventually came back she scanned the barcode, put my parcel down and just flicked my ID onto the counter dismissively. I have been to other local post offices for the same purpose, but only at this store have I been treated as though my presence was an inconvenience. After this occurrence, I would really prefer not to have to visit this post office again.

Went there for our Australian passport and overseas visa photo taken, the lady who took our photo doesn't know the size for visa photo, we have to Google for her, and she can't type, we have to write down our email address on a piece of paper for her. Came home and unable to upload the visa photo as it's shown unable to recognise, returned the next day and have our money refunded, while we're there we told the man attending us that we're not comfortable with the passport photos as they're very dark, he told us: I'm the passport officer, they're fine. The following week we really feel uncomfortable with the passport photos, so we returned to them and the unfriendly lady refused to give us the refund, trying to proof us wrong, she placed a template over our photos and noticed my husband's photo size was wrong, and voluntarily refunded his costs, I asked to have mine refund and she raised her voice telling me she's not going to stand there and listen to me or give me the refund just because I don't like the photos. For a peace of mind, I'm going to some other post office to have another passport photo taken as I don't trust any of the people in there.

Worst experience with Post ever. The respected lady at the counter has ZERO knowledge about whta she is doing. I went there to apply for an official document and she made it so difficult. First thing, as I had filled up the form already, she ticked everything in my first thing... i was missing few things so asked me to come next time with all the documents..I went there next time, she checked it again... then she said you are still missing this and that.. and then there was a document which was accepted already by Immigration before, she said they will not accept it.. I said they did already but she kept on arguing that they will not accept it.. So I spent $90 to correct that document to get it accepted this time... But then I decided to go to another Post and guess what the document for which I paid $90 wasn't even required.. I felt so harassed as I spent weeks to get all the things ready and the lady kept on rejecting and now this time i even wasted my money. I would never go there again. Please make sure you train the staff. In this COVID situation, everything is already very hard and plese don't make our lives more difficult.

And it’s second time in 2015 I send my parcel and nearly 7years don’t know where is my parcel same thing now really unhappy with Australia post I m never send anything from Australia post again in my life.

Pretty good, got in and out pretty fast. Needs to be more signage in the carpark underneath that it leads to the post office as coming from underneath there's virtually nothing on the opposite sides of the building to suggest there is a post office inside. Small update, the woman working Monday afternoon around 3pm on the left hand side register was the friendliest and most helpful person I've seen working in a post office, she is an asset to that business. She advised me about the best parcel lockers to use and was very informative.

I've been using this Post Office quite regularly for the past few years and have never had a bad experience. The staff have always been super friendly when I've visited. I recently started selling items on Marketplace. Their staff noticed I was posting a large number of parcels on a regular basis - they proactively suggested ways in which I could ship my parcels more cheaply and efficiently and took the time to explain the processes behind this to me, which was greatly appreciated!

Went there to take passport photos; part of the head was missing from the photo. When asked about it, the staff insisted that it was the right photo. Wonder which organization will accept a photo with the top of the head cut off. Eventually, the other staff member came and helped with the photo, which was good. Had also specifically requested for the photo to be emailed to me, which didn't happen. Waste of my time and energy.

Poor service, always not listen and do the wrong things, like i said express with sign on delivery. And turn out no signature required when delivery. And this is happened more then 3 times. Like they don't train the staff here. Just go to other post office. Never got a problems.

Went out of their way for me regarding a delivery that was missed due to something that was TOTALLY not do do with them at all. I couldn’t believe how generous they were with their time and care. Very thoughtful and kind. I have no idea how to thank them enough.

Very slack and rude staff. The blonde lady is very very rude. Opened late, blocked out the walkway with shelves and humiliated their customers for being in a rush to drop off parcels. Aus post’s standards for employment has really gone to the bottom

Every time I’m here, the wait is extremely long. If you can’t handle the number of customer in your store, please redirect parcels to other offices which can handle. Wasting customers time.

Open inconvenient hours (most people work 9-5), no parcel pick up window and hours you can make it the line is massive with never enough staff to serve
