Colleen is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever come across in all my years as a customer anywhere. Not only did this business lose my parcel, they tried to blame my partner for "signing for it" when it wasn't possible for that to happen. Due to her lack of sense, Colleen felt she should scream at me on the phone and tell me how her life is worse than mine because she has children....which is irrelevant to my missing parcel. I went in to collect my compensation for my lost parcel and she continued to argue and it came across as though she assumed I just wanted money. I just wanted my parcel to be found but she was nothing but rude, arrogant and beyond disrespectful to recurring customers. She tried to argue what was in my parcel to see if I deserved a refund and then with an attitude was shocked to know I can Google my rights as a customer... poor behavior by a mother and customer service representative. She should be ashamed of herself and I hope my complaint to the area manager makes it clear that yelling and snapping at a distressed customer is not the way to go. Try listening to your customers and applying action promised if you want better ratings. Will never collect from this joke of a post office again. My trust in AusPost is now completely gone..

I went the second time today to submit passport application. All the forms were checked and ticked off previous day. Had to go back to provide one extra document today. I got there 45mins before the post office closed. There were 2 staff members there. One said she was busy. The other said she couldn’t be tied up with me for 15mins in case other customers came in. Even though everything else was done the previous day which took less than 5 mins. There was no one else waiting the shop. They insisted I need to go back the next day at least 1 hour before closing time. I apologized for not knowing I had to get there 1 hour earlier and asked if they could help me out, since no one else was waiting. They walked off to the back room saying “don’t want to argue with you. You need to come back before 4!”.

Stay away from a chubby lady She was extremely rude to me today It happened in the past From local business She's new , stressed and doesn't know anything and if you ask her she will shouting at you at reception. Obviously there's no manager here . Will tell local business don't trust her since very abusive and rudee!!! I'll take a further action to report her So ruuudee!!! Obviously if there's a manager they can check for today's record to see her behavior!!!!

Without doubt the very worst Post Office I have ever delt with. Surly, rude and indiffernt service my parcel was held by them for 6 days before they enven bothered to send it to the depot. Two weeks latter and it hasnt ever left Australia and an exhorbitant charge for at least twice the amount I have now been quoted from private couriers. The Ivanhoe Post Office is an absolute disgrace.

Went to this PO the other day. I wanted to send a parcel to Qld and was confused about the best option. The staff was very friendly, left the counter and walked to the sachel and box display and explained clearly to me the differences and costs . People should not only rate when they are frustrated but also when service is good.

Was served by an old man who was incredibly rude, condescending, dismissive and unempathetic. Wish I got a name but after that experience I just wanted to get out as quickly as possible. Also, why is it only open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday? When are people who work full time supposed to come in??

Told me that the biometric photos I had taken at a pharmacy were no good for a passport and insisted I have them redone, despite the fact that the photos fit perfectly in the DFAT photo template. It seemed like they were trying to scam me for the extra $$. Additionally, staff were standoffish.

The staff are always very friendly and accommodating to your needs. On more than one occasion have the staff gone over and above my expectations when helping me, and I always see them providing great service to others as well. Lucky to have this as my local!

The customer service was very arrogant. I asked for help as I don't post things very often and I just got a judgement. I felt as if I was more of an intruder than a customer PAYING them for their service (or lack thereof!)

Very frustrating being unable to get to this location (which is not my closest PO but where parcels do sometimes get left) due to their 9-5 hours weekdays and no Saturday operating hours. Did I say frustrating?

I could not send my parcel because the "system was broken". The lady serving me did a reasonable job of being apologetic, however the gentlemen was rude and unpleasant. He seems to have a bad day everyday.

So impressed With the service I received yesterday from the team. Went above and beyond to help me out with certification of documentation and visa pics. …

Great service when open. Having Saturday hours or at least one day of extended trading are pretty crucial for people who have to work during business hours.

0/10 for customer service. They seem to only employ angry women who hate people. Also no parking. I’ll go to another post office next time. Just terrible!

Not open on saturdays – ridiculous! If I've missed a parcel during the week, how on earth am I supposed to pick it up?

The staff there are some of the best AusPost staff Ive ever dealt with, Very helpful staff and usually well stocked.
