Thank you Rachael for your assistance the Gorgonzola filled gnocci are out of this world delicious! Glad you said to pan fry rather than boil. Yummy with ghee and oregano as no sage in my garden yet. :) I'll be back even if trip takes 50 plus minutes. They can also post as they gavdca post office at the back :)
