I used to patronize the little Post Office which was just a few shops up in the complex from where the new PO/Newsagent are now, where I had a Private Mail Box & dealt with the then proprietors, Barry & Karen, for many many years & followed them during their 3 moves within the Kedron area before they settled in the little shopping complex. Nothing was too much trouble & as they were there for so very long, had many regulars who were all treated just like family. When they sold up, it was pretty devastating, but Barry was in ill health & they had to leave & there wasn't a PO for a while. However when the new combo PO/Newsagent came to pass just a few shops up, I was delighted but, of course, a bit sceptical as the new owners had some big shoes to fill afta losing Barry & Karen. However, they certainly rose to the occasion & it has become just like a little family again & they are just such very courteous, friendly & helpful people & I wouldn't consider using any other PO/Newsagent than theirs. I also have a private PO Box there & they offer a service whereby they send an email if you have mail in your PO Box so no need 4 incessant checking every other day to see if there is mail. This service is fantastic & I would not hesitate to recommend this little business to anyone. Plus they have a diverse stock of really anything you would need in the Stationery line plus vary other items to suit most occasions. They have my clientele for as long as they are there which I hope will be for a very long time. They are the best!!!! Highly recommended!!! Jo Flynn

I am grateful for their service. However, I always feel that I am being inconvenient every time I go there. The lady always look like she is in a bad mood. If you are having a hard time in life, I am extremely sorry, but I don't like to feel unwelcome to a place where I am a customer. If I can be of any help, I suggest you to listen to positive podcasts, or start reading the bible and talk to God to help you find a solution to your problems. I hope you find peace and calmness to your personal life, I am being genuine. Thank you.

great service & friendly staff. the girls here are all so nice and helpful, i have never had a bad experience. even during the christmas period when they had parcels overflowing and were constantly busy. their opening hours are also very convenient. i have seen the girls deal with a lot of rude and entitled people but have never seen them be rude to anyone. i'm confused about the bad reviews as they are always friendly and smile to me, so maybe the staff aren't the issue?

Completely agree with others on here- the staff having to cop rude, entitled customers who don't have any ID when picking up parcels, and yet the girls behind the desk deal with them really well. Seen it all first hand. Some people need to get a life...

One of the few post offices open on Saturday till 5pm. The staff (one of the ladies in particular) was very helpful in explaining the parcel options for local and interstate, that too at 4:30pm. Thanks for such a smooth experience.

The team at Kedron Post Office are lovely and helpful. I like the extended hours of being inside of the Newsagency - means I can get my parcels after work hours at convenient times for me. Wish more post offices were like this.

I feel so lucky that this is our local Post Office. The hours are very convenient and mean we’re able to collect parcels around work hours or on Saturdays, plus the team are always very helpful and friendly.

Honestly probably the best Australia Post Office I've ever been to - I've gone weekly for parcels over the last two years and never had an issue. Staff are very helpful.
