Australia post in Kelvin grove They never ever deliver a parcel to me successfully.They never give me a ring when they are downstairs. Although I am at home all the time… I don’t know when my package is downstairs . And then they bring my parcel back to their collection place directly. Even I click”leave it downstairs if I am not at home. “They never leave it downstairs . Cause it’s not safe? Pls call me Pls let me know ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️

I have read a lot of bad comments about this place but I am very thankful to the young man who helped me with my express today (around 12:40). He was professional and kind to all the questions I asked.

It'd be nicer if the staff does not yell at the customer with grumpy face just because he did not hear it clearly. I mean he could've been asked for repeat gently and politely.

Paul is the most delightful and helpful person to deal with. He assisted me with all the right choices for postage. A huge asset to the company at Kelvin Grove.
