Great service. But would prefer longer opening hours. They are only open 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday due to "the current circumstances". I feel like circumstances are back to normal? This is an essential service that is impossible to access for full time workers. One day 11 till 6 would be great, or 9 to 12 on Saturday. It's a small local PO but some better hours would be great.

Wish if i could given 0 Stars. Missed a parcel and went there to pick it up. The owner wasn't happy with Just the Drivers licence. He took the photocopy of Drivers licence, Debit card, Passport and my Flight tickets just to make sure that I was myself. The Bald guy at the shop was Terrible. He should see psychiatist. Never gonna go there ever again.

His friendly customer service is always great to receive. I always look forward to paying bills (that's not often said) or collecting my packages from this place. Thanks for the great service. Kingsbury LPO provides the best service I have had anywhere, in years. I am always greeted with a smile, a good chat, but also quick and efficient service. Having just moved to the area in the last few months, and having ordered many many packages that I have collected from here, I am beyond impressed. Its always a pleasure doing business here :)

Completely and utterly useless and unprofessional. Only open at useless hours that are impossible to get to for anyone that works a job. They also have no sense of communication with their customers and Australia Post, these people are incompetent at solving basic communication skills. This place should not exist.

I got a parcel collection sent here, not realising that the open hours and days are different from the majority of post offices. Not sure how and when I can pick up my parcel. I would have been better off picking a post office close to work to collect during my lunch time..

Never had a bad experience here! Everyone loves the bloke behind the counter, he seems like a real genuine guy. Always happy to help me out. Unlike most post offices! Will always come here for my postal needs!

Friendly, old fashioned service - you rarely see that these days. Nothing’s ever a problem and you’re always greeted by name, with a smile and a yarn... you’re not just a number. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Never had a bad experience here, the guy is awesome, friendly and helpful in every way. Been my local PO since start of 2016 and I always enjoy visiting to pickup or send.

Absolutely pathetic opening times. How are majority of people working supposed to pick up a package. Cant get a mate to do it eithet cos god forbid it not being you.

Due to covid 19 circumstance this shop is close at 3pm at weekdays . But there is no update for their business in google .
