In my nearly three decades of existence, I doubt I've ever encountered two individuals so profoundly entrenched in the abyss of incompetence. I implore you, for the preservation of your own sanity, avoid that accursed post office at all costs. For today, I bore witness to a rare spectacle: two beings seemingly devoid of even the most rudimentary shreds of human emotion. A numerologist may actually benefit greatly, however. It wouldn't hurt to embark on an extensive excavation of their cerebral wastelands. I anticipate their dismay when they unearth nothing but a void. But who knows, as they plumb the depths further, perhaps they'll retract their notion that Dodo birds are extinct. After all, I've stumbled upon a dubious pair of these avian anomalies lurking in the enigmatic recesses of Macleod Village.

Whilst most staff are agreeable... there's this one man, slim, glasses, peppered hair, who is quite rude. I go in to drop parcels a lot, always greet him with a 'how are you?' which he ignores, ignores my reach for the receipt every time and slides it across the desk dismissing me. Wouldn't care so much if I wasn't in there all the time. I have goaded him into replying, saying hello, but he never remembers that it's easier to be nice and he ought to since he's in the business of serving customers. Hundred percent, the white guy behind me gets a 'G'day mate' as I'm leaving. It's the dark female thing. So disappointed every time, I shouldn't be so surprised.

Disastrous customer experience. Ever since the new store employees came in the post office has gone downhill, real quick. The line goes out the door onto the footpath because of how slow the employees are for each customer. I would estimate each customer interaction lasts for 10 minutes, resulting in such long lines. The new employees are rude and have no actual intent to create a relationship with the local customers, which the old employees did.

I like another person commented received the same rude and abrupt treatment from a staff member fitting the same description. The traders association paid lip service to trying to handle the issue and Australia post did not respond to my complaint. This bloke needs a smack.

Online says open to 6pm weekdays. Went in at 5:20pm and the doors were locked. Knocked and told they were closed. Then they walked off... yet there was still a customer inside? Went out of my way for after 5pm service for nothing.

So much better than the abysmal service you get at Montmorency, who have awful postal officers and poor customer service. Macleod is the complete opposite. Lovely, helpful staff and posties who actually deliver.

Excellent and fast service. Got my passport and photos done here and my passport was ready in less than 2 weeks. Happy with the service offered and the staff at the counter were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful service from Rob and Carol all the time. They always guide you the best way for your postal needs, bill payments or even passport renewal. The best post office I know.

Lord have mercy, I hardly think the staff are RACIST. They all have different personalities and maybe one isn't as bubbly as the others but they're all friendly.
