Went to several AusPosts and was turned away for my passport photos because it was too difficult(I wear an eye patch and beanie for medical reasons and the software that examines passport photos kept rejecting them). I explained to the staff that the passport office told me it’s possible for them to process my photo if I had all the right documentation-this was the first place I’d visited that actually tried and submitted my passport application properly(even though it was a few extra steps)! Beyond appreciative, #1 AusPost for outstanding customer service. Thank you thank you thank you

THIS is BY FAR the best post office I’ve ever been too !!! They went over and beyond to help me reduce the size of my parcel so I can reduce my postage cost and helped me packaged my parcel nicely with protective bubble wrap too . Sooo Nice of them ❤️❤️Amazing service …

Went to multiple post offices to get my WWC done, but no one could help me at all... The manager here was patient and helpful in telling me what I was doing wrong and the documents I needed to provide.

We came here today to have passport photos taken of our 1 year old and the staff were so amazing, patient and friendly. Such amazing service, highly recommend supporting this business.

Worst service they are not seeing the people in the queue and bad attitude and they are speaking in some other languages they can't even communicate properly

Small store normally one or two people working here and because of this it can get very busy

It is small, sometimes it can take 5 minutes to be served. But the job gets done.

We have a P.O. Box here and the staff is very friendly and proactive to help you
