I attempted to get a passport photo done here and they made me wait 30 mins for a digital photo to be sent to my email before realising they sent it to the wrong email address and we had to retake the picture. Then the lady working said the camera wasn’t working properly so after being in the store for an hour and taking 4 photos which were all unusable, she asked me to come back another day. I went back in the next day and when she did my photo she said this would be the “last free photo” and if it didn’t work, I’d have to pay a second time. How ridiculous, imagine paying for a service and not receiving it due to the staffs’ mistakes and then having the nerve to tell the customer to pay for it AGAIN?! Ridiculous. Will not be coming back. Rude and incompetent staff

This Post Office on Central Avenue is perfectly located near Moorabbin Railway Station. It staff is really friendly and provides an excellent services. It's open 9 am to 5 pm week days which makes it hard to get to during the working week but fortunately, another BIG plus for this PO is that it's open from 9 am to midday on Saturday and there's good parking nearby at the 2 hr Moorabbin Parking Area at Woolworths. This Post Office is also perfect for fast Passport Interviews, from 10 am to 4 pm weekdays and 9 am to 12 noon on Saturday with no appointments needed.

Refused to process a Bank ID confirmation Doc. because the Aus Post form that I had printed had a bit of the Aus Post Logo cut off the bottom of the page. Showed the lady the original document on my phone as evidence there was no information missed on the bottom of the page. "No, can't help you" Went to the next nearest P.O. and lodged the form.

A small Post Office around the corner from supermarket. Can get all your basics here, stamps and envelopes and gift cards. Had a browse while waiting for coffee and of course didn't walk out empty handed.

Closes post office at 5min to 5pm. Explained to assistant is not 5pm, she does not care, i point to her clock on the wall, still does not care walks off.

So friendly and welcoming service! I had the best post office experience there and the staff is so efficient and helpful! Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Great post office with fast service. This one also does passport interviews. Walked in and had mine complete very quickly.

Small shop n very lazy staff @9.15am still not yet opened the shop, pls change open hours n don't waste people's time.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Never find my parcels. They a terrible.
