I was shocked and disappointed at the service I received at this post office today. I went in to collect a parcel, as I stood there waiting for the staff member to finish what she was doing, I happily said hello but got nothing back, ok fair enough, she may have been having a bad day?!?! I then handed her the card to collect my parcel, she asked me if I knew what size the parcel was, I said that I didn’t, to which she replied with an annoyed tone, she would have to go through all of the parcels to find it!! I found myself apologising (unnecessarily). She found my parcel and asked for a signature plus my ID, of which, unknowingly I had my finger covering my name, she then gruffly told me she couldn’t see my name!! What ever happened to “hello/good morning/thank you??” Poor/unfriendly service The lady in the pharmacy section was lovely.

Nice and friendly people. Love my local post office. Beey Helpful. I go there to pay my bills (yeah I could do it online but I like to support my local businesses) and do my business mail outs. It csn get busy during school pick up so good between 10-2:30. I always have shorter waits Unless of course you like waiting in long queues like in a school cafeteria at lunchtime.

The chemist part is great, smiling faces and always willing to help HOWEVER you want to post something be prepared to give up 30-40 minutes of your time. You are made to feel as if you are somewhat an annoyance rather than a paying customer, do not go there especially in the weekends when the staff have zero clue what they are doing. Get it together guys.

Man in the post office extremely rude and was talking about me when he went to get my parcel. If I could give no stars I would. Maybe some customer service training is needed. I was hoping he was just having a bad day but I guess by the other bad reviews he’s just miserable everyday!

Late to work, unhelpful, disgusting service this am at Aus Post here. Wasted my time again by providing wrong info. My recommendation - go to the one on Como Ode if you want a good experience. Do better, AusPost!

Since the top Boyz sacked Holgate for somewhat farcical Watches fiasco - it's all (delivery/service) gone downhill steadily - from there. Aus Post Express now means it gets lost for a week.

Extremely slow service, when you do finally get served staff are very rude. Would rather drive further then pick up a package from here.

Friendly and helpful staff, it's a Post office/Chemist in 1.

Handy location and not often a line of people waiting.
