This is my local post office, and since being taken over by new management has been impossible to have even a basic level of service met. What was “not possible” (asking for a receipt of lodging item to post) at this post office was achieved without issue at the post office up the road. One basic mishap, sure thing, but again today, a simple express post for a basic document internationally was “not on the screen” to which I was then going to have to wait to clear the backlog of people waiting. I’ll save my time and go to a post office that can cater to a very basic standard, because this one has proven that it can’t. I’ll just pick up my parcels from here, purely as it’s the closest pick up point. But save your time, go elsewhere

Bad service, not friendly and unsure how proof of email with confirmation of package delivery, knowledge of address, knowledge of name, ticket with package details isn’t enough proof of identity to collect a parcel. The male in there also explained a week prior that there was no parcels for collection even tho I had an email confirmation 3 days prior that there was. A week later (today) hands me the packages that had been sitting there since the beginning… over all bad service

Can never get thru to them via the phone number. This has been an issue for well over 2-3 months now. When asked in store the answer given back was "we are having difficulty with our phone line".. well that was 3 months ago. Fix it. How can people like this own a post office.

Friendly staff that are always willing to help, great little gifts in store. Just a hassle trying to get a park during school hours drop off time & at school pick up times. Lots of different services they offer.

Waited over 15mins to deposit money because there was 1 staff on 1 computer doing a form and then couldn't complete it. I left. Very frustrating! Open the second computer or get another staff seriously

I paid $180 for express when I sent a birthday gift the guy said next day 4 days later still not there don't tell people it will be next day if it's not going to be
