Really disappointed with the lady that served me this morning. I've been sending files, items from this branch for so many times it was always great but not today! She argued with me over the envelope I tried to post, it has to be with parcel delivery pack. I've told her I have been sending this same item for more than 6-7 times and it always fine, no one ever say anything to me before!!! You know why? Because before I pack this item, I asked the staff opinion if I can post it with this envelope and they said yes I can. Then, she told me I was lucky maybe from other day. Seriously??? Lucky for that many times I totally regretted it I didnt ask for her name as I was in rush. Also.... Come one with that attitude? Its not even busy though. There were only two customers. I don't usually give bad review on google review as we know it is already hard time with the pandemic situation but I had to. This is really upsetting.

Been a PO Box Customer for 16 yrs plus...paid account on time and so forth.... Called Aust Post 1300 number (as you cant call your LOCAL PO anymore) with a simple question as I am a 9-5 worker and cant get to check my PO BOx during the day "Can an officer please check my PO Box and tell me if there is an item in the box, and what time do they usually sort the mail into the boxes'. Response from call centre: NO - privacy issues, cant do that, but however you can sign up for this blah blah blah. ..we are providing you with an alternative.... Well, I don't want to know next week if I have important job material in the PO Box - I want to know today - Aust Post are not providing decent Customer Service. Thumbs Down to you! Ps - no disrespect to the friendly staff at Rosny Park....just to the system

Why doesn't Aust Post list phone number for their post offices. Instead they give you a 13 number which connects to a computer voice which has a recording which goes "we are people too...."?

Friendly staff all the times I've been in there and the wait times are generally not too long. They just need to stick to their extended trading hours during the Christmas season.

The Lady was really rude and need to learn customer service. The way she pretend that I should to know everything before asking a questions to her.

Usually very helpful friendly staff, just try and avoid the long ques at certain times of the day
