In recent times I've found the service at many post offices to be quite off-hand, but I'm now lucky enough to live just across the road from this post office; where the proprietors are very polite and very efficient.

The open ours on my package delivery slip say open until 1pm on Saturday’s. When I arrived at 1230pm the sign on the door said closed at 12pm Saturday’s. Very annoying. The cards need to be updated!

Rude staff. Aren’t open for times stated. Inexplicably don’t offer services on some days but offer them on other days. Use another place when possible.
