Such a rude lady working there, worst attitude and not helpful, I asked a question she just looked at me very rudely and said your parcel won’t fit I said please just checks and she checked and suprise it did fit I’ve done it multiple times but she just didn’t care, then as I’m walking away she yells “thanks for everything and mumbled a couple more words” on being rude as it was after I left, rude old lady, I’ll be calling aus post and reporting it

The stuffs are not very friendly.I have already told them please send me a sms once you get my parcel. Because I have been waiting for long time. She said ok. But no action, nothing .The customer service line is also another story..My parcel is still on the track(not sure what does that mean)

The lady who works in this office is unhelpful, nervous and rude every time she yells at me and says she should do that before when I would like to ask her something before I close the package.

Never have anything and owner or manager spends most of his time smoking cigarettes on the footpath, and looks at you as if you were interrupting him, when it comes time to serving you.
