Excellent service. Never been to this post office before but drive past all the time. Needed children's passports done, but forgot 2nd photo at home. The lovely man( behind counter) said for me to go home and get them and he'd wait. I arrived back, 20 mins before closing time, he was still serving other people but still processed mine which was after 12pm (closing). Other places would tell the customer to come back Monday. I will definitely be coming back here.

As an Australia Post customer for over 50 years, hands-down this is absolutely the best service from any Post Office anywhere in Australia. Very polite, friendly, efficient, capable and welcoming staff who are dedicated to customer service excellence. These people should be in charge of the Australia Post Corporation, or at the very least should serve as an example of how every Post Office should operate.

Great service. Very friendly and good attention to detail. I was sending an international express letter, whilst not having all envelopes in stock I could get my letter sent with A4 size. No wait, efficient, quite refreshing vs Diamond Creek and Greensborough Post Offices. I'll be back here for future post office activities.

Staff are incredibly friendly.. Only my first visit, but in the short time I was there, the staff seemed to know everyone who walked in. Very personable experience

Went to post office to post a parcel lady behind the counter said I have to wait 2 minutes as computer has to switch inn Waiting for 10 minutes So I left

the new post office owner is not a good greeter she keeps doing her unurgent job with no care for the waiting customers. This is rude
