Rude, inconsiderate staff who don't give a damn about their customers. They make you very aware of how much of an inconvenience you are to them and don't even try to be helpful! How they keep the business going is beyond me. Especially when they constantly close the shop at 4.50pm despite the fact they say they're open until 5pm.
