Astonishingly bad customer service! Complete lack of care and desperate to do as little as possible and fob you off to another post office if possible. My parcel was there and waiting for me but they denied it, pretended to look for it (but didn’t), then when given final proof couldn’t find it. I had to come back the next day before I was given it by another person.

Awful place. The owners are so cheap they didn’t give me the proper postal sticker but a small one. What is worse is they blamed me stealing a pen from their store just because I brought my own pen with me Outsourcing postal service is a big mistake. Aus post can afford gold watches for CEOs but not pay for proper service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Sending a parcel to my family overseas was extremely easy! Took a bit of time fill out the form, but my package location was updated on my email when I wanted it. So thank you very much for that!

They have wrongly charged me expensive prices for sending parcels several times now. This has been despite using the official Auspost packaging!
