Terrible customer service by one of the lady service staff/owners. Went to get my daughters passport renewal done there and was told that the photo I provided was not as per requirements. In the process of discussing what the issue was with photo size, so I could provide a revised photo as opposed to taking one there, was told by her in an unfriendly and unnecessary tone that she didn't want to waste her time or my time and that I could try submitting it at another Post outlet as she would not accept it. If it was not for the gentleman who stepped in and then explained why they could not accept the photo in a kind and friendly manner, I would definitely take her up on her suggestion and not waste her or their time in future.

Best Post Office in Frankston and surrounding areas. The owners and team are always willing to help and offer honest advice about AusPost products and services. They've helped me save time and money with things such as passport renewals and buying items in bulk (envelopes and satchels). It's a really welcoming environment. On multiple occasions while waiting to be served, I've noticed the team dealing with a variety of customers from all walks of life, and the beautiful thing is they treat everyone equally and with respect. Love this post office and the people who work there!

we have been comming here for years now. always great service when we are mailing off our parcels. we also recently renewed our passports which was very easy and they arrived very quickly. they even said not to worry about the paying express option and they were right 5 days is all it took. they tend to give the best advice when we ask about mailing services. one of the reasons why we always come back :)

Went to the post office to finalise an Australian Passport on-line application including taking new photos. The service was very friendly, professional and efficient. Co-incidentally, the customers next to me were giving glowing feedback directly to their attendant at the same time. Queue was short, attended at around midday on a Tuesday.

The staff are great. I am greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Kakan, Ashim, Adrita and staff do their utmost most in answering and solving your problem. They are helpful and the most genuine people of had the pleasure to experience. It’s good old fashion service, consistently!

The staff here are always SO kind & helpful! And patient when I have to come in with my kids! They are definitely the loveliest people and I always feel like they go above and beyond to help :) I always tell everyone to come to this post office!

I always take lots of parcels here to post. They always take the time to scan them all, and are efficient, polite and very friendly. I drive further to go to this post office rather than the ones near me. That's how great the service is here.

Frankston locals are spoilt for choice when it comes to LPO's, this karingal branch is no exception. Nice open layout, 3-4 checkout desks and friendly owners and service staff. Come during off peak hours for a smooth transaction.

Great and friendly staff. They have actually always remembered my name and say hi to me. I have gone there for the first time today in 6 months and the lady at the counter said "Hi Adam". Amazing customer service :-)

This post office has the loveliest people behind the counter. Very welcoming and so so SO helpful! I would go out of my way to come here over going to my local post office. (Don't tell my local haha!)

Fantastic service. I have never ever had any issues sending mail , paying bills or any id checks. They have always been excellent and very accommodating. I always go there even I live 12 km away.
