I recently purchased a pair of boots from the Australian boot company, and I must say that I had an amazing experience with their customer service team. In particular, Alex and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was positive and stress-free. From the moment I reached out to them, Alex and his team were friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and provided me with excellent advice and guidance on which boots would best suit my needs. What impressed me the most was their dedication to ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They went out of their way to answer my questions and provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. When I received my boots, I was thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of the product. However, I encountered a minor issue with one of the boots. I reached out to Alex and his team, and they were quick to respond and provided me with a solution that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Alex and his team were amazing. I purchased the bluestone boots from chick angele store in park royal at west Vancouver. Since I moved to Canada I noticed how much these boots popular and even if it’s pricey still I heard about the quality a lot. Unfortunately,1 month after I use it terrible looks found in my boots. I backed to the chick angele store and showed it , surprisingly he even had no idea about the boots material, quality and any simple information. I felt frustrated and put my boots in box . Finally I decided to send an email to the company, I received an email back from Australian boots company in gas town regarding the solution for my issue. I came and cants explain an amazing experience and help I found from Russell Chesham store manger . I was glad this happens for my boots and I could know this amazing person who’s really nice and kind and helps me . I recommend everyone this store for the service and all information I think stores need to have to support their products. Thank you so much Russel

My first pair of original Blundstones were wonderful so when I was in need of replacing then I decided to order the non-safety style. I noticed right off the inside leather around the ankle was unfinished and rough, not like my other pair that were lined in soft padded leather. Walked the dog for 20 minutes around the block and could barely make it home as I was in so much discomfort. The front of my ankles were red and subsequently bruised for the next seven days. I have not put them on since. Reviewed the product with Australian Boot Company and they referred me to a boot fitting link. Nothing wrong with the foot bed rather it’s the fit around the ankles that is unbearable. Since I wore them outside there is no chance of returning them. Terrible customer service policy.

Russell and the rest of the staff exceeded every point of the customer service experience with knowledge, kindness and professionalism. I was torn between the classic all-black square toe and the brown ankle boot. I was given all the right recommendations in deciding what it was I was wanting out of the boot - from sizing, colour and fit. Eventually I decided on the ankle boot as it helps dress up a more casual outfit in and out of the office. I'll likely be coming back for the black anyways. The staff here had a light and positive energy that was both welcoming and infectious. Thank you!

10/10 customer service Called ahead to confirm a policy with their fabulous assistant manager, Alex and once I arrived I was treated like royalty. It's well worth it to go to a specialty shop. These folks know what they're talking about way more than the kids at the mall. I highly suggest giving this store a visit for work boots, casual boots, slippers, or leather treatment products from the Otter line. Parking is easy! 30 mins street parking is less than 2 bucks. I was in an out in a prompt and polite amount of time. Didn't feel rushed at all. Beautiful and clean interior. Thanks!

First of all, I have one to two pairs of Blundstones for decades. I have worn them to Paris, to Africa, to New York and most extreme of all, to Saskatchewan in the winter! My most recent experience with Saku in person at the store has reinforced and confirmed why I love the boots and the exceptional service. The heel of one of my pairs broke. Without any suspicion or hesitation, Saku accessed that it was a rare manufacturing defect and I got to replace them with a new pair. This type of amazing customer service is rare these days so I am very appreciative of it. Thank you ABC!!

I had such a great experience at this store, the staff really go over and above. I had ordered boots online and wanted to try a size down to see if they fit better. The staff member I met was so helpful and knowledgable about their products, and had me try on the style of boot I had purchased with insoles, without insoles, with extra insoles, a different style of boot that might fit better. In the end we found the perfect concoction and I left so happy. My boots fit perfectly and are so comfortable! I highly recommend the brand and this store :)

Amazing customer service! I bought a pair of boots here last year and it took me an extraordinarily long time to decide on a style and size, and the salesperson was super patient and very, very helpful! I was in between sizes and he suggested styles that might fit better as well as an insole in a larger boot, and these boots are now the most comfortable pair I have ever owned. I recently went back for the complimentary boot treatment and found the staff equally as kind and helpful as the last time!

Very impressed with this team. Russ and Alex know their products through and through and their whole team is very approachable and friendly. If you’re in the market for any of the boots that this place offers anyways, don’t buy it elsewhere because I can personally attest to the fact that they back their products in case of any rare warranty-related issues down the road- and that process couldn’t be any more seamless. Give the place a visit!

Had a great experience here. The shop is so nice and the staff are very kind and generous with their time. I've never had Blundstones before and was unsure about how they should fit but they explained everything very well and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Shout out to the staff for being so helpful and taking their time with me. I definitely recommend this shop and will be there soon for the free conditioning service!

Love their boots, unfortunately I had some issues with the boots but Blundstone stood behind their product and ensured I was happy with another pair. The staff at the Gastown location (Ximena and Russell) were great, they really care about customer service and ensuring the best fit for your lifestyle. Would definitely come here again.

!!!AMAZING! SIMPLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I rolled in with a 10 year old pair of Bluntstone CSA work boots that had defected soles. Alex collected the info and sorted out a replacement pair. Get your Bluntstones or Glerups here…YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOONTED!!! Such a treat to know that service like this is still possible today!

I took my 2.5 year old Blundstones in for the free cleaning & polishing service that's offered... They did an amazing job at bringing them back to life. I wear these almost every day and they were looking very worn! I am so happy with the result. Highly recommend if you're feeling your Blundstones have lost their luster!

Russell and his team are incredible. Had an issue with a pair of boots I bought last year. Team responded very quickly and sorted me out. They really went above and beyond what was necessary and I am incredibly grateful for it. If you need amazing boots, give your money to them! They deserve it.

Have bought a few pairs of Blundstones from ABC at their Kits and Gastown locations - always had great service! Alex at the Gastown location was super helpful in assisting with a warranty I had on a pair of 4 month old Blundstone Dress boots, would highly recommend shopping with them.
