Great place to go to if you're looking for a fantastic clinical lab. You're quickly given a number and directed to the waiting area. The lady that saw me for my blood and urine samples was simply amazing, super efficient, extremely talented at what she does and I only felt a smal pinch. I was in and out in no time.

Great staff but backward service offered. Unable to do blood tests via an electronnic referral from your doctor. Need to put up a sign!!!! I waited 45 minutes to be told unable to do test without a printed paper referral. Electronic referrals have been around for years!

Staff member at Chelsea Heights went above and beyond to get my blood test on the early courier for same day results. Results came back by 3pm which was just before my clinic closed. Timing and service was amazing.
