I’ve been buying from AFW for some time now and am extremely happy with both the quality and pricing of all my purchases (and there’s been plenty). I have found the team at the Sales Days to be of great help when making my selections, including delivery options. They continue to tick all the boxes and are forever changing and updating their stock, making it hard to miss a sale. Furthermore the friends and family I have recommended to Australian Furniture Warehouse have been equally as satisfied. My top is to get there early to avoid disappointment!

Furniture is great, especially the price BUT the transit time between purchase and actual delivery (due to Covid, I assume) was extremely terrible and unreliable; I called them on their "delivery" dates they provided to me, to be told there was a two week delay... 3 times. As the customer you are left to face brunt, as there is basically no help or compensation by AFW (I only got free delivery). So I had no furniture for 8 weeks from purchase date, meanwhile kept waiting and getting told it's coming in two weeks...

The service in the warehouse was phenomenal and they really assisted to find a sofa to suit my space. The sofa was ready for delivery two days later so I a ha. The high quality of the Dahlia (in Oat) sofa including the fabric is second to none and it goes absolutely perfect in the space and it is so comfortable. I love the versatility of the ottoman to be moved to any seat to allow you lay out if you are at either end or in the middle. Everyone that visits comments on how gorgeous my sofa is.

My wife has purchased all our furniture from AFW. The owners were helpful in helping her style and select furniture and give her advice about which things would go together. We got such good value for money on our furniture and all of it is unique, good quality and looks beautiful in our home. The delivery guys were polite and helpful and we were so impressed with our whole experience. Most recently we purchased the Switch outdoor table with the Bailey chairs and they are incredible!

The two women in there today were extremely rude, there is poor communication from purchase to collection. The attitude from the 2 I wouldn't even call them ladies, they are far from that was disgraceful. After purchasing my bed I would never return to buy anything else for our new home. The only nice person I've met here was thee guy who brought the bed to my car. All round terrible place to buy from. Save your time and sanity and buy from a well know establishment.

Bought a couch from here recently and the experience was seamless! Great deal on the couch, was contacted for delivery the day after and they had it delivered asap. The whole process really saved the effort of organising my own delivery and I didn’t even have to come on site to organise any of it. Assembly was very straightforward and the couch is just as advertised I’ll be coming back to aus furniture warehouse to furnish the rest of my house

First a big thanks to the lovely friendly ladies at front of shop, I forgot both my wallet & phone to pay with (realised later phone had slipped out of pocket and went between seat) anyway email was sent to wife at home and paid. Also shout out to Dave at pick up who was under the pump and served everyone with massive smile and fantastic customer service. Not the first time shopped there and won’t be the last. Great products at great prices.

We have recently moved to adelaide and went for the furniture warehouse it had everything we need to kit out our home all to a nice modern tasteful standard . customer service whist in the warehouse and delivery was incredible. I'd highly recommend them the furniture is to a very high quality pictures don't do it justice please go and visit if you need furniture you won't regret it I won't shop anywhere else and highly recommend this company

After months of looking for just the right buffet/sideboard for my home, I found it. When I phoned to find out about the buffet, the customer service that I recieved was outstanding. I called the day after purchasing the buffet to arrange collection and spoke to a different staff member only to get the same great service. You almost feel like you are talking to a friend. We went to AFW looking for an outdoor dining table. The showroom had a great selection of styles and colours. We purchased the Ekaterina extension table and Mayfair chairs. The extension table is very easy to extend and can comfortable sit 12 people. The Mayfair chairs are comfortable, easy to clean and stack away when not in use. Arranging delivery was very easy. Made it to the warehouse just before closing. Gentleman was polite, lady at counter was initially rude. Placed my order, paid and arranged delivery with no problems. Received outdoor lounge as arranged. Required some assembly to which not all holes lined up, but assembled never the less. Item looks beautiful and complements the area intended and is comfortable.

This place has quality furniture, great price and amazing staff. Wow what exceptional customer service skills the two ladies that served us both had, the young girl even showed us how to open the sofa bed and put it back away, they were both super helpful and made our transaction super easy. Loving my Wiley lounge with coffee table! Staff were super helpful (eg modifying packaging so it would fit in my car). When there was a problem with one piece during assembly they fixed the issue same day. Don't be put off by the answering machine, my calls were returned within minutes. Great company to deal with and the lounge is really comfy.

Few hiccups along the way (we were told AFTER purchase that it was pre-order and staff member Julianne was less than polite about the error) but our lounges arrived and they are absolutely fantastic! Great quality and really good sizes! Huge thank you to Owen for ensuring we got our lounges as soon as available - best customer service!

After looking all around Adelaide for the perfect dining setting, we finally stumbled across this gem! We bought the Knox table and Norway chairs and are so SO happy with our choice! The natural timber is stunning and the chairs are super comfy and are very good quality. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly reccomend!

Ordered a TV stand mid October 21. Were told would have it in 14 days. Now 3 months later and nothing yet. Tried to discuss matter again with them 2 days ago.Not possible as answering system told me no one available but they will contact me. Nothing happened and I believe I should ask for a refund and buy similar item somewhere else.

We visited AFW after few online and Facebook videos as were in market for some outdoor settings, dinning and bar stools. The options were close to non existent and no one was there to help with any items. There was a floor stock of few beds, dining and couches but nothing stood out. We walked out and were thoroughly disappointed.

We bought the Malta 4 seater modular, and the Indus side tables from Australian Furniture Warehouse. We are thrilled with our purchase!
