Absolute lack of professionalism! Have my car for interior cleaning. (I drove down to the workshop). While the service seems to be okay, the behaviour is something that took me by surprise. I'd read so many positive reviews and thought of giving it a try, but didn't have an experience anywhere close to what I expected. Here's what happened: Ashish had confirmed to provide a drop at home once ready when I checked a day prior. Once I reached there, he says 'cant really confirm about the drop - will let you know'. At evening 5 PM, I had to follow up to check if the vehicle was done and when would it be dropped. Then he mentioned there's some exigency with one of the drivers and the drop would be delayed. Should be done by 8 PM, to which I agreed. The he said 8.30. When I asked for a confirmation for 8.30, then he said 'can't commit'. Then he says I'll 'discount' Rs. 100 if you come to pick up. While I didn't want to go at all, I had to go coz I didn't want my vehicle to lie there till night just coz he 'couldn't commit' to a time. And when I requested to atleast discount my to and fro fare, he made it sound like he did me a favour by providing a discount (which he proactively offered). Secondly, the location shown on Google is the office address, and they expect you to drop the vehicle at the workshop (which is at a cumbersome location). Wanted to be a long term customer, but ended up being one off.

I recently got my 2015 Elite i20’s denting, painting for some panels, car polishing and interior cleaning done from Auto Laundry. I have given my Wagon R for denting, painting and replacement of some parts in connection with road accident. Even though repairing works are very good and I'm completely satisfied with the works done by them, highlighting another point. Apart from other service centres, they are very much supportive in dealing with insurance related matters. I've never faced any issues related to claim and received support from Auto Laundry till receipt of credit in my Bank A/c. Thank you Team Auto Laundry for the support.

Exceptional service provided!! Above everything else, I liked the honesty of Mr. Ashish & his team. I was facing a problem with hard gear shifting & thought it could be a problem with the gearbox or clutch, however after their thorough check, they could have just looted me but these guys were so honest and let me know it was a problem with a cable, I'm sure if it was someone else they would have taken an advantage here!! Appreciate all the quality work done by your team. Highly recommended to everyone!!!

Hi Car model: Chevrolet Sail1.2 LS sedan Car met in contact with bike rider and had visible scratch and dent on left rear wheel area. Auto laundry accepted the repairs and returned the vehicle by re-painting and polishing areas of scratches. Along with that Car was serviced, washed, polished , interior cleaning vacuuming etc.. So overall it took 4-5 days for complete job. Happy with service and will recommend Auto Laundry.
