By all costs avoid avoid avoid. Technician was very rude and made not one but two keys that do not work. Both times key has worked right after technician leaves but once the car has been off for about an hour key simply sets off the alarm and does not work. Rather than correcting the issue the technician actually blamed me for not telling him what kind of key I needed (I am not a locksmith lol and have no knowledge of how to copy a key). I am sitting in my car waiting for another locksmith to come and do the job and this company is giving me the run around about returning my $220 to me. This was a complete waste of time and really upsetting to me amidst this pandemic. I feel very unsafe that these technicians which are entirely unprofessional and perhaps even criminal know my address and what vehicle I drive. I am posting this to warn others and to have documentation as they are refusing to give me a contact for top management to resolve this issue. Luke from dispatch who identified himself as a manager has refused to give me my refund in full insisting they must speak with the boss while neglecting to Identify who this boss is with no regard for my safety or any semblance of professionalism. Edit: “Ben” the “head technician” that promised me a refund just appeared as another technician is here already working on my car and upon seeing the other locksmith (Premier) he actually drove away from me as I tried to wave him down. He had his girlfriend or some other woman in the front seat. The company keeps putting my on hold or hanging up on me when j call them back. This is outrageous and I will move forward filing a complaint if I don’t receive resolution promptly. Edit 2: it appears the woman that was in the front seat is one of their phone operators they have blocked my calls and refused to give their license number to family members that have called. If you need an auto locksmith I recommend Premier in SF.

Pretty much the worst customer experience I had since 2014. First, left me waiting on the phone (like all companies), advisor asked me 10 x for the location even though I indicated street, number, crossing, building, unable to differentiate two streets. Then mentioned someone would call back with no indication of time, after 45 min I inquired and was told the technician was too busy and they could not give me an estimate of waiting time. Promised to inquire with trchnician and get back to me. 2 h later still no call back. Worst customer experience ever in the US, not even worth one star. Btw, I am not even upset, nor exxagerating. I am simply comparing the really great customer service other companies do provide, including triple A, clear understanding of location, immediate text confirmation, clear advice, clear answers.

Service - 3/5, The service is alright they were able to get me a new key at a specified time. I had to be available during a specific window 2-3 hour window because it depends on the driver helping you out. I paid $325 for 2 keys for an 06 Accord. The keys that they give you aren't the best but you're paying for them to program the keys. However, sometimes my key don't unlock all the time or my trunk doesn't open. The bigger reason why I am giving a lower rating is that I have been asking for a receipt for the 2-3 Weeks. And they are not able to give me one. I've been told that they will tell the manager (which I don't think they have one) and that the manager is the only one able to provide me with a receipt. Again, its been 2-3 weeks of countless calls and I just want my receipt.

I called to have them come help me with my vehicle that I was locked out of, all I needed was a remote and Auto Locksmith told me they had someone coming to my location within the Afternoon/Evening. Finally spoke to the specific person that was suppose to aid me in my problem and he never showed up I called back and they never answered. I waited a whole day and heard nothing poor customer service and a simple No or we can't fix it would of made this whole experience better instead of just never calling back.

12/10/2017: After loosing the only key to my FJ Cruiser, I called Auto Locksmith San Francisco on a Sunday morning, and asked for a quote. The price was extremely fair, much cheaper than getting towed to Toyota and getting a key made. They arrived at my house within the hour. The technician that came was really nice and made me a key from scratch in 15 minutes. I was blown away. Hopefully, I will never loose my keys again, but if I do I know who to call. I had a great experience with these guys! They were available and super responsive even over the weekend. I got a pretty competitive quote for replacing my 2004 Lexus ES330 chipped key (with lock, unlock, trunk buttons) and made an appointment for a technician to come to my place. When I had to reschedule, they were super accommodating. Yuri the technician was on time, very nice and finished replicating from my master key in under 20 minutes. I would highly recommend!

I was trying to get my box truck keys copy and it was hard for me to find a store who carry truck keys copy. This company gave me hard time for little bit because technician was late which I understand things happen but when he came, he barely took 5 minutes and gave me my keys copy. Best costumer service. He even gave me discount for being late which I really appreciate. Thank you!!

Expensive, said $250 to unlock my door but reduced it to $200 when I said that’s too much. Called back later and their price started now at $200. Ive only done this one other time and it cost me $75 a couple years ago, I pay people to fix high end kitchen equipment for half that price per hour and they actually have to work for more than 5 seconds. Total fleecing.

Manor was a great service technician, rather than having my vehicle towed to the dealer to get the smart key made, auto locksmith came to my residence and took care of everything in about 30 mins- 1 hrs time. I am extremely satisfied, and would not hesitate to call them again.

Super fast, knowledgeable and efficient! Came to my house to duplicate a very expensive car key fob that the dealer was giving me the run around for! Highly recommend and will come back in the future. I even learned how to use the key in a emergency!

auto locksmith strung me along for hours and then never showed up. Their company communication was terrible as the office had no idea what the technicians were doing and vice versa.
