Firstly before I write my review, let me make people aware, if you didn't know already, that businesses are able to pay Google to have bad reviews removed. I took my car in for a simple service, thats all. Nothing was wrong with my car apart from it would require a bit of a top up (water), once a month or so. I got a video back from them showing a plethora of things apparently wrong with it, as well as all of a sudden a major leak in the cooling system. This was not the case before I foolishly handed my car over to them. I have spoken to them, and they tried to blame it on me. They lead me to believe that my car was ok to take, ie not so urgent, and booked me in for a week later, saying that I just needed to keep an eye on the water level. Well, I didn't even make it home before the car overheated, and I was forced to call the RAA and get my car towed home. I have since spoken to a number of people include other real mechanics, about their experiences with this mob, and seriously, no one had anything positive to say about them. I have since had the car towed again to a REAL mechanic to have their stuff up repaired. Biggest nightmare "service" I have ever experienced in my life! Don't fall for all the fancy bells and whistles like a video report ( which they try and con you into paying for unnecessary non-urgent repairs). I would recommend avoiding this buisness! EDIT/Response: What is "absolutely disgraceful", is that you are denying what really happened. Your fix was going to be to "bog" up the leak (which by the way did not exist to the extent of which the video indicated, how else would I have been able to get the car there/drive to/from work), with some sealant product instead of replacing the pipe, which BTW I have had done by another mechanic since. The "advice" I was given was "just keep an eye on the water", (until next week when you could book me in), leading me to believe that the leak was not as urgent as it was. Also I dont appreciate being called up and harrassed on the phone by your staff in regards to this review. Finally, in regards to the last matter in your response, look it up.

We now have both cars serviced there. The guys there are absolutely fantastic and everything is explained in detail to myself. It is the first mechanic we have ever been to that has it all friendly informative u don't feel u are getting ripped off like other mechanics do time and time again. Best of all their customer service is outstanding and I feel like a valued customer not a cash cow for their business. I would definitely give them my recommendation to others needing a fantastic team of mechanics.

They have always done a good job and also done the little extras such as providing tissues, a bin bag, and a key tag to get keys returned if lost. Today, however, I really saw how excellent their customer service is - I had known that our brakes were in need of attention but had put it off, suddenly remembering just two days before our family drove to Whyalla. I called to ask what I should do and, although they were fully booked already, they managed to fit us in so that we are able to drive safely!!

Very friendly warm welcome to the business informative and honest from start to finish. All work completed in very timely manner with full communication on what was completed and what potentially needed to be done. Vehicle was immaculate when picked up. Mike is a great guy honest and genuine. Aaron was a lovely lad. In this world of high expenses I found it to be very affordable and will definitely be continuing to take my vehicle to the Christies Beach branch great service THANKYOU

I had my car serviced at Auto Masters Christies beach and I was impressed by the high level of customer service I got. Everyone was friendly and they took the time to explain what was required and answer all my questions in lay man terms. This showed me they are trustworthy and made me feel comfortable. Well they've done it again! I've been getting my work ute and private car serviced here since Mike helped me out at short notice a few years ago. Today, I was stranded at Paris Creek just past Meadows. RAA no go, towed to Christies Beach. Mike had ordered a starter motor arrived 20 minutes before I did at 2pm. All fitted and ready to go by 4pm. Fantastic service. Above and beyond. Thankyou again Mike and the Crew

AutoMasters Christies Beach is staffed by genuine, courteous and friendly personnel who make you, the customer feel confident that whatever the task they will 'fix it'. No job is to small or too big, if another problem arises, they phone you ' give you the details and it is up to you whether or not it is fixed then and there. The little extra touches are very much appreciated

We took our car in for a service and the guys went one step further. We loved the video that was sent describing and showing issues that needed to be addressed with quotes. The visual presentation with the description is next level. Very happy and will be using their services again. Cheers guys

Brett and the Christies Beach team have been amazing. I've had my car serviced, brakes serviced and replaced and recently some parts replaced by them and have been happy with the service provided! Brett is always friendly and responds quickly on the online system. I highly recommend this place!

I have changed my radiator and my brake rotors there, on top of that I asked them to have a look at my fuel flap because it wasn't opening they have fixed my fuel door but didn't charge me, seems like they did it job unlike ABS they charge you for the job but they don't even do the job.....

Brett and Russel have been so incredible helping me with my car, they found the problem and it appeared to be a job for an auto electrician, which they don't have. but they did everything in their power to help me, and I truly appreciate. Honestly can't thank them enough! :)

Staff very friendly, willing to help and answer any queries regarding problems with the car. Work was done within a reasonable time and very efficiently. Was very surprised at how low the cost was. Would definitely go back. Have mentioned Auto Masters to my family.

I had Auto Masters rehash my cars air con. They're a good price, completed on the weekend, and even gave the car a quick vac. They put the dye in the gas free of charge and ask you to pop in after a few weeks so they can check for any leaks. Good experience.
