I bought a car through Autopedigree Pinelands. The delivery was made to Durban West Street branch since I am based here. I collected the car on the 1st of May 2021. The licensing of the car was supposed to be done by the Durban branch. I submitted all the required documents which I handed to the Manager. My car is still not licensed. I am in constant contact with Pinelands branch about the licensing which they say it's supposed to be done by the Durban branch. Durban branch keep using the closing of the Morningside Licensing center as an excuse. They forget that there's a branch in uMbilo which they can always use. I'm struggling to go to the Licensing center as i'm always at work. Your service is disgusting

The sales manager and his staff will go the extra mile to find u the best possible car, the efficiency is so unbelievable, and they keep u updated. The whole TEAM is on the ball. Looking for a vehicle contact, Terrence, and his team. Service is so under the bar with most companies out there today...I wish all other companies in S.A. can take a feather from Terrence's Cap. I will never suggest this place to anyone else, poor customer service I regret the day I set my foot in their doors. Even my friend had the same experience …

Never buying from them ever again, tickets fines of the car I traded-in a year ago are still being sent to me, and they're not interested in sorting it out!

They have some nice cars for sale, but I have test drive two that should not be on their floor as a premium pre-owned dealer.
