The most ignored person in this body shop is the customer. I had visited this place in the past and explained that I needed a body work done for my car. When I wanted to visit with my car to give it for repair, I called them up and asked about their lunch time so that I don't have to wait long. They said its 1pm to 2pm. So decided to go at 2:15 pm. when I arrived there, the reception lady had no idea about my visit as the person attending the calls is not in sync with reception. After waiting for 15 -20 mins I was told that the body shop person is out for lunch and will take at least 30-40 mins to return (this was around 2:30 pm) and told me to wait till his return. No alternate person is available. I just walked off from the premise without taking any of the services. Even after calling, if someone doesn't value the time, the services which they give is useless. I would surely not recommend Auto Planet Wheels to any one in the future. I was there to get my car repaired and would have also taken some maintenance package for the future. But, if u keep ignoring the customer there will come a time when the customers will start ignoring you.

I had used their service after my car met with an accident and applied for ACKO hassle free insurance claim. Quality of service lacked as below: 1. They did not take any pre approval from me on estimated amount I have to pay post the maintenance. In the end I was told I have to pay 7K plus if i want delivery of car. 2. They took 14 days to work on my car. Such a long lead time for repairing bumper and fender is not acceptable. After 14 days of waiting when I was asked to pay 7K plus for delivery I had no time to argue or raise this issue to ACKO. 3. A lot of parts where replaced adding to the bill without my consent. 4. Recently I got a call from them (as they have my details) where their caller told me "my car service is due next month". This is false. I had never used their service for half yearly servicing. This call forced me to invest my time and post this real review. Hope they incorporate more ethical practices post reading this review.

Had a very average experience. This was the nearest for me on the Acko affiliated service centre list. Had to call service guy multiple times to get some updates on the progress of work. Work done included painting front and rear bumper, attention to detail missing! Delivered after a week, with issue in paint work, was taken back by their driver to finish the job. Bonnet was opened for wiper issue, plastic part near bonnet went missing and wasn't even acknowledged before I noticed and pointed out. Unprofessional behaviour. No response after that from them. Wouldn't recommend.

Somehow after my car came back from Gomechanic, on the 12th of June, 2019, I held back writing a review inspite of getting repeated calls and texts and WA messages from them. Now I’m glad I didn’t get pushed into writing a review by force. After paying a bill of 11239/- , and very minimal driving, when I checked the coolant was completely exhausted and brake fluid is over too, in just two months. We really don’t know what happens and what services they do once they take the car to their premises. Really disappointed. Will never use their services again.

Auto Planet wheel Thane have fraud employees!!! I took honda brio 3 months ago and they promised me free service in first 6 months, Service advisor over there (RAHUL ) CLAIMED PRICE OF 6000 plus for service charge and once reverfied from manager as new car dont need oil change,filter change he reduced bill to 1900 So there is vast difference between 6000 and 1900. Fraud peoples ,dont belive on there charge NOTE: Free service was worth 6000 so they are looting customers Same work i did from outside charged me way less.

AutoPlanet was recommended to me and the experience was found good, in-time and most importantly details were shared by the Supervisor on site on every repair or servicing that was required on my vehicle before starting work. AutoPlanet is very fortunate to have Supervisors such as Suhas Sawant and Deepak Shinde who are very polite and whose advice is very straightforward, genuine and helpful to the customer. I have found AutoPlanet a good service centre and will surely recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

Dont trust them ever and dont ever think to give your vehicle for overnight servicing. Next day you will find one part missing/not working and workshop owner will not even entertain you for that missing/non working part which was initially working. This has happened with me. Gave the car for bumper service overnight, found AC in non working condition next day. When asked about it, workshop said to give additional 5000 Rs for repair. They are frauds and deceive you for money.

Very poor service from this service center. They use second hand or duplicate parts. I had a fight with their service team multiple times. This is preferred service center by many insurance companies and even they are registered with GoMechanic. I hope this insurance companies and GoMechanic is reading this review and take punitive action or cancel their agreement with this cheaters. Update: They even sale duplicate product at double rate.

One time try wala not for Regular Garage. Average So called Tie Up shell cum private owner workshop. They give all services but on MRP’s so all prices always on higher side. Ground staff is good , They avoid giving a simple car wash too , we don’t ask they don’t give.. so ask n ask what you getting otherwise you will Be fooled. Also no Comfortable Packages so always Assigned person will confuse with prices to you. Thats what happened. N

"Fraud People" I got my car serviced from this people (Rahul was the adviser). Replaced 2 parts (brake pads and AC filter) both parts found to be duplicate. Due to the brake pad my from brake disc got eroded. The AC filter is now completely jammed and nearly no air passing from blower. May be this was result of bad assembly also. Not sure if they even changed the engine oil for which they charged.

This is my 2nd experience with auto planet. Initially I got introduced to them through gomechanic, seeing their service i now directly approach them whenever my car gives any trouble. Mr Deepak Shinde who I belive supervises the workshop is fantastic, gets to the bottom of the issue and then only suggests parts ,etc. He is extremely service oriented and best partner for your car requirements .

I have very bad experience. I think whole team is useless and hopeless. I left my car for repair under warrenty and its almost a month and still no body is updating when will I get my cars. Even I left my car twice in two months period and mechanics are not able to find out fault. I thin kit is bcos of warrenty. I suggest al to not prefer this garage and wasyte time and spoil your car.

This is the second time i have got the car serviced by Auto Planet Wheels. Dealt with Suhas both times and he is very helpful and quick. Same experience with Deepak who explained things in detail and upfront mentioned he will try to check for discounts. Car pick up and drop is much appreciated. Highly recommended for any work to be done on your car.

Auto Planet wheels is having very up to mark service. I am thankful to Mr Suhas for his kind support and help in getting shape of my car after a minor accident. He helped me to claim insurance and the service is upto the level of SUZUKI service center. Very clean workshop and apparently experienced workforce I liked the simple and honest approach

Worst choice of mechanics. They don't know anything. I specifically asked for a specific solution fory vehicle sun roof but the mechanics referred to me were layman and we're just trying to figure out how this sunroof thing actually works. Sheet waste of my precious Sunday. I would suggest don't go through gomechanics ever.

Very good service station. Prompt service and detailed analysis of problem. The staff is well qualified and have good knowledge of how things work. Update after 2 yrs of using their service: I can safely say that they are very professional, attention to detail, insurance claim process is also pretty smooth.

I had a very bad experience letting out my car for a rainwater leakage complaint at this workshop. They seem to have changed my batter, they don't have a procedural way of checking working condition before delivery. My power steering is stuck, doors locks are stuck. Overall a bad experience.

I did my i10 car service here on Jan 24th. Staff is well trained. The workshop is huge and looks excellent. They have all latest equipment. A lot of high end cars too serviced here. Charges are well within range. They also provide pick up drop option. All in all it was a good experience.

Till 2022, service was good. But when I gave my Kwid car recently in January 2023, ever since I got it back from service my car is behaving strange. May be staff working does not seem to be happy in their work...Have personally lost confidence in this center, after the response.

Trustworthy service by the service centre. The mechanical staff is very professional. They diagnosed and rectified the issue of abnormal sound in one of the wheel. Service Supervisor Mr. Rahul carried out all job satisfactory. Little expensive but still worthy.

This is the worst service center in Thane and just taking and delivering the car and not doing anything.please do not go for this service center.it might look cheaper than others but eventually they are not damaging and making your vehicle worst than before.

I have had quite a few bad experiences here. But the problem is, in this business there are people even worst. Be vigilant, take quotes from other service centers as well, & follow-up proactively if you happen to leave your vehicle here overnight.

It's a multi car repair point. Good staff, good service but it's too crowded and they don't have time to pay individual attention resulting in moderate service....I'm not a happy customer....would prefer other service centers

This is the regular service workshop for my car. The quality of service is very good and reasonable charges as per service standards norms are charged. Thanks to the service engineers who does their job to the satisfaction.

You will have to check the entire jobcard while collecting your vehicle, whether all the issues you had reported are fixed. It's quite possible that some of the minor issues you had asked them to fix are forgotten.

It's overrated. Unless you know about cars, you will definitely be taken for a ride. The drivers who test drive your car are too rough. Who revs a diesel till 4000 rpm? Basic understanding is lacking.

There was an issue in the power steering motor for which they opened and repaired it but still it was not resolved and they charged me Rs 5000/- for the same just for opening and closing the motor.
