Not worth trying to even order from this company. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They said they "attempted" to deliver but were not able to leave package since I was not home, even though it did not require a signature. Baffling. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

the seller not honest at all i had canceled the order online from Amazon before delivery to make sure with the mechanic it will match and fit but i got the part not match and wrong . the seller he not accept the items for refund or replace in case it is wrong from his side.

This company is scam artist, They sent me the wrong part and are trying to charge me $70 for shipping to return the part back to them. Do not waste your money or time dealing with these people, they fight you every step of the way and will still not return your money.

Has anyone ordered online at Auto Shack Parts ? Remember the PARTS.. I made a purchase and sent a thank you.. Now they are allowing me to use their link on my upcoming social media platforms.. I can't praise the parts quality, the customer service, and values .

Just don’t buy there selling wrong items and don’t do exchanges, you pay for the return shipping and they also will discount 10-15% restocking fee ... they are stealing people money sending wrong items ...FRAUD

Would giv 0 stars if possible. Failed to refund my $$ following a return. Battled for 4 months - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

They are garbage, I bought brakes for Dodge Dakota and they never arrived through eBay, I just wasted my time.
