I had my car detailed here, and although they did a great job with the pet hair removal, they somehow made the rest of my car grosser than when I dropped it off. My main 3 complaints are: - Every non-fabric surface of the car is slick with some sort of oil that rubs off when you touch it. I obviously don't want to become covered in unknown chemicals every time I drive my car, since I am certain I am absorbing it through my skin. It makes me very uncomfortable since I don't know what it is, and in the 3 days since I had my car detailed it still hasn't dried at all. - When I picked up my car the seats were SOAKED. I have never had a car professionally detailed before, so I don't know if this is normal or not, but I DO know that the white residue that became apparent once the seats had dried is not normal. I have attached photos to show what I am talking about here. My seats had no such markings before this detailing. - The scent! It was HORRIBLE. I literally had to drive away with all of the windows open and leave them open for the last 3 days just to be able to breath without coughing in my own car. I don't know what product has the scent in it, or if it is something they add after, but it was overpowering and I am completely sure it is not good to be breathing in such a heavily perfumed product. Especially in a hot car!! The shop did say I can bring my car back in to have them fix it, but honestly I have no faith that they will not just mess it up more and plan on just fixing it myself at home. Oh, and lastly, this mess cost me $260. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Twice this establishment has damaged my car, and both times they dealt poorly with the situation. The first time i was convinced it was an accident, but the second time - their exterior wash machine broke the cover of my right mirror (it flew off). I mentioned this but was dismissed with “oh, it happens” and “it’s normal.” Then I was blamed for not folding in the mirrors in the first place (which is not something you do in a car wash, but I realize it was a guilt tactic). After they “fixed” it for me I noticed it was now loose and scratched. Accidents do happen, of course. But the way in which they dealt with the situation was horrendous: not taking responsibility and attempting to pin blame on the customer. After my brother called them to inquire about the incident, they told him a bold faced lie (that they had “explained” to me I had hit the car previously which is why my cover flew off and was scratched). 1) nobody told me this, and 2) I had no prior accidents on the car. Again - they were trying to deflect blame. The person we spoke to, I think his name was Zahari, was rude and dismissive. My entire family washes their cars there… and now they have lost several customers. Ultimately it is not the minor damage, and I do not care to be petty and fight for the small amount of $46, but the way the situation was handled was super unprofessional.

Mixed feelings There is some good and some opportunities with my experience at Auto Spa Burlington. I got the full bumper to bumper experience with engine shampo ,headliner cleaner and window chip,repair. Here’s how I see the Pros and Cons Pro Availability for service- fit me in next day. Be aware they ask for a deposit which is understandable Friendliness- Very personable and welcoming.They kept in communication throughout the day Interior detailing- Nailed it. Exceptional job Tires.-They really made them pop Engine shampoo. I’m going to put this as a positive. For the state its was , night and day for the engine itself. The only reservation I have is under the actual hood. Still dirty Cons. Exterior car wash. Standard as you would get through a standard gas station car wash. You can see where water wasn’t dried off and dripped down the vehicle throughout. For all the work done , not sure why they did a sub par effort and didn’t hand dry off the vehicle Chip repair. Maybe this is my expectations but the three chips I have were just as noticeable and didn’t look that different. Mind you this isn’t the auto spas personal service, they contract that out. Still, I paid for it and expected more All in all I’m conflicted. For $300 and change its so so. I think if the truck hand dried with shammies it would have been a 4

What I thought was a usual inside outside wash of my car turned into a 3 hour nightmare I had a meeting in a couple of hours. One of the attendants told me my car is ready but my rear view mirror was broken. As I sat in the car and noticed the Absence of a mirror a man came and told me he would fix it. Eventually the rear view mirror was broken as he tried to fix it. The man informed me he would order a mirror and confirmed with me that it would be from the manufacturer. He finally after 1HOUR he comes and tells me that he installed an aftermarket mirror but it’s “smaller “ than my original! I tell him that I cannot see the entire rear and he tells me “I can get a really long mirror” instead of the small one. (At this point I’m thinking I’m on an episode of punkd) At this point I tell him I’m calling the dealership to get the original. He finally agrees. He tells me” This was broken before it wasn’t us” on a 1.5 year old lease vehicle ? Really? I came back the next day to finally have it installed. I will never go back. I missed my meeting and had to travel back to get a mirror. Appalling and horrendous customer service . Update: I got a call from the company and they apologized and asked for some details. Good for the follow up.

Took my car in for detailing and at first they said it would be $189 but that it would depend on the condition of the car. My car was reasonably clean, but needed some shampooing, vacuuming and wiping; stuff I don't have time for and was willing to pay someone else to take this off my plate (the pictures are of my car before it went in; not clean but nothing really out-of-line). When they received my car they said it would be $199 because of the condition of the car. I pushed back on this because my car really wasn't all that dirty but she told me that's what it was going to cost but that I would get a 15% discount. The final amount after tax and discount was pretty much the original price. Interesting. Makes me think they bumped up the cost just to be able to charge more. The cleaning was okay, but again, not profound because my car was not that filthy to start off with so it's been a little anti-climactic. My windows however, are all fogging up. I see a sea of cars in the parking lot and mine is the only one with fully fogged windows. No idea what they put on my windows but now I have to de-fog before I can drive away. Honestly, I don't plan to return. I'm sure I can find someone else to do this in the future.

I am a regular customer of the Mississauga location until I discovered that their Burlington location is closer to me. I visited the Burlington location a total of 3 times. The first time, I found straw wrappers under the gas and break pedals and the dashboard was streaky and a bit sticky. I was too busy to nitpick so I ignored it. A week later I went back and had my car cleaned. The same pieces of straw wrappers were left behind and the backseat area was clearly not vacuumed. At that point, I decided to call to let them know I won't be coming back because I wasn't getting the service I'm paying for. The gentleman on the phone was lovely and accommodating and the reason I didn't give only 1 star. He offered a free service to make up for the poor job. I went in 2 days ago for my free service and the pictures are what I left with. Backseat untouched completely. If I am paying $50 plus a week to have my car vacuumed and wiped down, at the very least, they should vacuum and wipe down the car. I emailed them with the pictures and no one bothered to reply. You're better off going to the Mississauga location or just changing companies

Yeah definitely won’t be coming back here for an interior detail, i asked for an interior detail, I couldn’t care less about the exterior I just bought this car and wanted the new car feeling even tho it’s old and has some stains but I am pretty disappointed with the service, the mats aren’t clean, the carpet doesn’t look like it was professionally vacuumed, the doors still had gross stuff on them, there was a dead bee in corner of the car which truthfully was the whole reason I went because I didn’t want to touch it and it was still there when I left! Idk don’t waste your money, go somewhere else unless you wanna pay to just get your car wiped down, I definitely would’ve paid more for a better service ALSO, somehow there was a chip on my windshield after the service that was brought to my attention my someone who worked there and asked me if I wanted to fix it for like $90, but I just bought that car and there was no chip on the windshield… sucks that my car has decreased in value because I was just trying to get the interior cleaned

Came to the car wash to get my car cleaned… it was not a pleasant experience. I had stuff in my car and I asked for a bin. A bin was not provided to me, due to Covid? as a result my white coat that I had just dry cleaned is dirty. My windows are still have spots on them that’s been missed and my 6 and 7 seat have not been whipped. For the price increase it is not what I expected from the auto-spa. When I asked to speak with a manager… Zahari approached me with a disrespectful manner… and was very unprofessional and I did not have a good conversation with him. Told me that I have remove all my stuff from the car and I didn’t no know where to put them. He cannot convey simple instructions of what is going to happen to my stuff, I had boxes with medical equipment in the car. As a manager they should be able to communicate with customer professionally and respectfully and efficiently. I do not appreciate being talked down to and argued with about simple things. Extremely disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

I have used this service a few times and have had a great experience. Not today unfortunately. I ran into a few issues. The soap did not rinse off the car after the exterior wash very well leaving streaks of colour, I had a coffee stain on the glove box which was not cleaned off and after i got home, I noticed a button on my radio console was missing. This is really upsetting and do not know how to proceed. Can anyone assist me? I am sure the vacuum contents are dispose of nightly so no chance of getting this back I guess? Please help. ----------‐-------- After being contacted by Autospa, the next day, about my concerns They were able to replace the missing button for the dash after I was advised by the dealership that we would have to replace the whole stereo face. I was amazed that they got back to me within a couple of days with the new part. I am impressed at their timely reaction. Thanks so much to you all at the auto spa!. I will deffinately return.

The WORST car wash anywhere, I started going about 4 years ago and it was pretty good but it has been getting really bad this past year. Sloppy job cleaning inside lately they barely wipe down the inside and what they do wipe down is done with a dirty cloth that leaves a residue on surfaces and screens. Go in with no mark on my windshield on the driver's side & come out with a chip that they tried to get me to let them fix - telling me it's FREE - it isn't because they want to put in a claim to your insurance company which by the way goes as a claim against your policy. I complained to the manager about the chip and his response was it's a stone chip and not their fault and then laughed at me - he is the rudest person I've ever met! What we really need in Burlington is a decent car wash!

Got the ultimate exterior + express interior package. Really impressed by the quality of the wash and how thorough it was given the price point and how fast it takes. It of course isn’t a full detail, but given the price point, this is a great option to freshen up your car! If you’re someone who generally keeps your car interior relatively clean anyways, this is a perfect option. *Fun fact: upon entering the tunnel for the exterior car wash, you’re greeted with a sign claiming it’s the longest car wash tunnel in the world. I don’t know how accurate this is, but it definitely is thorough! I lost count of how many brushes and rinses we went through!

Thanks for screwing us over. Your website and Google say your open till 7PM. We arrived at 6:40pm to get our car cleaned, should be more then enough time as there was no one ahead of us. The staff member at the booth said you were open and was about to process the order but then seconds later a manager came over the radio saying the detail bay is closed. Clearly someone wanted to go home early and not stay until the time they were scheduled to. I really needed to get the car cleaned as it had a unexpected business related function the next day. Why bother coming back? Your hours aren't great.

When going in to wash my vehicle about two weeks back, they failed to remove the antenna or even mention that I should remove the antenna from my vehicle. When it went through the wash, it ended up breaking, costing me 100$ to repair. I put in a complaint, but the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. They claimed it was my responsibility. When I asked at another location, they said that they would have removed it for me to prevent any damage and even offer to cover the repair fees. I was severely disappointed with the response from the manager after their team damaged my vehicle.

My parents recommended this place after transporting sod. Paid for the ultimate interior and exterior clean and told the guys I wanted extra attention to the trunk because it was just. I thought it was okay until a few days when I actually checked my trunk. Mud and grass dispersed throughout the trunk. And where they wiped also had streaks of mud as well. Very disappointed. The only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the older guy was very nice. I suppose I should checked properly before I left but I assumed any sort of car wash that costs $43 would be worth it. Guess not.

Reasonable prices. It was a bit confusing going for the first time. I'd like it if they had better options for packages like the Carpet Shampooing and the Interior Clean. I also think it's a bit silly to charge extra to vacuum a trunk if the owner cleared out their belongings, but it's $3 extra-- alot of detailing places seem to do this. The staff looked over the vehicle with me afterwards to ensure it was all up to my standards. Seems like a popular place to go. I'd definitely go back for the carpet Shampooing--makes a huge difference to clear the winter salt and sand!

I have been a long time customer here, and my husband took my car for a clean today, and it was damaged. The tint on my drivers window has been scratched, there are scratches all over my interior trim and even pulls in my ceiling fabric, as well as red marks on the doors. Auto Spa claims this was done by my rings… I am not wearing rings…. And if I was, I would not be smashing them against my window to chip my tint! My car had none of this damage before taking it in today. Very disappointed and will not be returning, and will be escalating this further.

The employees are great and friendly. The first time I went to Auto Spa was to have my cracked windshield replaced. The service was great, and they replaced my windshield in no time. ALSO, as a thank you, I received a FREE voucher for an interior and exterior cleaning. SINCE that day that I had my truck washed at Auto Spa, I haven’t been anywhere else to get my truck washed. The only complaint I have is the fact that my rims are still dirty after the wash is complete. I highly recommend Auto Spa for all your automotive cleaning

Unacceptable I had issues before to get my car clean inside and out. But today I went to self wash out, put a dollars then wash my car at all. It left of the same way that I came in and the person who was helping me he was giving me attitude. How are you giving attitude to your customer you know what he won’t see me again he didn’t offer me anything And I said how come other places have hot water to wash the cars he’s like well that’s other places You won’t see my business again I don’t know why I even bother coming again

Auto Spa was great and professional!!! Following the delivery of my truck from a dealer, I noticed that the detail job was terrible, buffer trails and swirls and even polish residue was left all over it. Auto Spa was my next stop as the dealer did not want to help me out. I showed up one evening, and Fady helped me right away and even did a little sample to show me how my truck would look! All in all I am very pleased with the outcome, the truck looks new! I can confidently say that I would recommend Auto Spa to anyone.

I visited this car wash last weekend and got Ultimate Exterior Car wash package. The staff girl who was working at counter was ok ok. Staff working under the shop were nice and friendly. Overall I felt like it was little expensive than other usual car wash and quality wasn't standing out for the value of money. They have car interior services and other services as well and I guess that might worth the money. Overall it wasn't bad and I may visit again for other services like Interior cleaning and Seat Shampoo.

One of the best auto spa in the area with world's longest (as it says on the sign) car wash bay. Staff very friendly and they do their job all day long. After a long car wash it goes to a conveyor belt where crews take over wiping and interior cleaning task. I only have one concern, please ask the vehicle owner before throwing water bottles as in my case they even discarded Gatorade bottles. No other issues, I take all my 4 vehicles there regularly. Bring your dirty car there, you will love it.

I've been using the self serving bay for a while and always felt like the time felt shorter then 4 minutes when i put 4$ coin for 4 minutes of washing, and today i actually witness the time started at 3 minutes and 15 sec. I though the bay i was using might be broken so i swapped it to a second one since it was empty. and realise it was the same. the timer started at 3 minutes. I felt scammed. for those who use their self serving wash bay please make sure you look at the timer.

I paid for my car to be cleaned inside and out but it was snowing so I got a rain check for that and the inside was messy. Kid snacks everywhere in the back and coffee spills on the driver side. But they didn't vacuum my front passenger seat. More of a quick wipe and sprayed a scent. I won't be returning to this car spa, iv had better service at a run down Hamilton car detailing shop then this fancy place. Don't waste your time waiting in line for over priced poor service.

State-of-the-art automatic car wash. Very impressed with all of the technology. They definitely invested a great deal of money into the equipment. Extremely organized, clean, and professional. The exterior car wash was probably the best that I have ever seen from an automatic car wash. Reasonably priced as well for the quality of service provided. Will definitely be back again. Excellent value and excellent facility. Would rate higher that 5-stars if that was possible.

Normally I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Come here typically once every couple of weeks for the interior & exterior. I was waiting in the interior line along with several other vehicles and someone cuts the line in front of all of us. I mentioned it to the gentlemen when I handed my keys over and I was simply brushed off as though it was perfectly acceptable. Really disappointed in this situation as a simple apology would have sufficed.

I've used the coin op wash before typically putting in $8 to $10 which does a good job, I have a 2021 Bronco Sasquatch soft top ... I put in $12 thinking I'll try the tire wash as well as the rest... I sprayed the entire truck down thoroughly and only got 3/4 of the way through using the soft brush.... had to put $5 more in to finish... not very happy... I normally got the entire truck done easily with $10... the overhead timer was not working ....

Honestly, the wear and tear on our 5 year old SUV was shown as we use it for pick ups & deliveries, BUT after todays complete interior clean, it looks brand brand new! I’m beyond happy with the service and outcome! We will most definitely be back. The ladies at the front also offered a current promotion which I was unaware of that actually saved us in the total cost. Overall, I’m so impressed from the ease of booking online to completion.

Auto spa offers excellent car detailing services. I have been using their services for sometime now I’m very happy with the overall service being offered, but couldn’t just give five star because every time I go for interior car detailing there is some spot or corner that is either untouched or dirty. I’m aware that if I point it, they will clean it right there on the spot but usually you are in rush and you expect everything is clean.

Years ago it was a good car wash. But now. The car wash lane is still good. But detailing is terrible. After detailing is complete the car has a lot of residue water left all over, streaks from dirty mops are all over outside and inside on trim panels. Instrument panel was completely destroyed so I have to clean it again by myself to get rid off those streaks. I told the guy who drove the car of detailing lane, but he didn't care.

As a welder by trade and a woman who horseback rides 3 days a week, to say my truck gets dirty, is an understatement. I'm beyond impressed with the bumper to bumper detailing I got today. I believe the ultimate package, so inside and out of my truck, was cleaned. My truck is SPOTLESS, it looks immaculate. They were also able to get me in last minute and my truck was done faster than the expected ETA. I will definitely go back.

I got a gift card for my birthday, I heard great things. I went an very disappointed. Dust and sand still all over the car. My window panel has turned a werid white color. The only reason this is getting a 2 is because the car wash attended was great. The car wash ripped my antenna off and he found it and put it back on my car. He was amazing I wish I took his name down. But other than that dont waste your time or money here.

Visited this place after a long time of being away. Got the exterior wash with tire shine and the interior cleaning. I was so disappointed with the service. Car interior cleaning was done in less than 10 mins. Car was still dirty inside. Centre consol wasn’t touched, dust still on the doors, dirt and debris still on the carpets, rims not even touched. The service here used to be fantastic now I’m wondering what I paid for?

I realize that I bought the interior/exterior $40 dollar service but sadly I was not impressed. If you cannot remove dog hair, please say so. If you cannot do a thorough exterior car wash, especially bug removal, please say so. I had to come home and vacuum the interior again. I love the practicality of this service as I do not always have the time to clean my car. I would have hoped for a more thorough job.

Just wanted to say thank you to the management and ownership for today. I unfortunately suffered a panic attack as I was entering the car wash, and they were so kind and gracious to help me out. If you suffer from anxiety through claustrophobia, you understand what I’m saying, and the workers and the leader of the day was so gracious they clean the car and made me feel comfortable. This place is great. I recently got my car cleaned with the full package. The price is slightly higher than the market price of comparable service. I'd give a 5 star but took 1 off because the car had a few spots that weren't thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I was happy with the service as they were able to squeeze me in a day after I called and the experience was smooth.

Always a wonderful car wash experience! One day, I brought my SUV through the wash and the rear windshield wiper had been removed in the process. The manager, Fawaz, quickly met with me and took down the model number of my vehicle. 2 days later he had the genuine Mercedes Benz replacement part and installed it for me. Excellent and attentive customer service!

Sold me a $100 prepaid wash card and then I didn’t have an opportunity to use it much, mostly because there is always a line up and their hours are like a bank, and then I found out the prepaid card was only good for 90 days. Basically they took my $100 for one wash. They should make a point of advising the prepaid card is only good for 90 days.

Customer service is okay. On my truck a lot of soap stains in the running board and hood. They said said online hand dry but at the end nothing. I got watermarks and bugs spots left over in my mirrors and windshield. My sisters Jeep wasn’t even vacuumed out. Very disappointed when I heard everyone at work talking about how great this place was.

My experience with Auto Spa was phenomenal. Fawaz fawaz who is the manager there really took care of my car. They cleaned my car like it’s brand new. I would definitely like to recommend them if you’re looking to make your vehicle shine!! Fawaz goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service for the business!

Accidentally dropped a 100$ bill on the floor when I was getting out of my truck before they cleaned the inside of it. An employee came out to me in the waiting room and handed it back to me, he easily could have pocketed it but did the right thing. I wish I could give 6 stars, incredible service.

Great company!! They did an amazing job detailing my vehicle. I thought the interior of my car was forever ruined because I have two dogs and it was in "ruff" shape, but these folks literally made my car look like it came off the car lot brand new. I was totally blown away at the job they did.

Had an amazing job done on my beloved Rav 4...it's sparkling inside and out! They are not kidding when they say it's the longest car wash....for a slightly claustrophobic person, it is long but such an amazing clean, it's worth the white knuckles. Pretty colours on the soap …

Interior detailing not done as paid for. Mats were filthy!! Extra filth just flowed out later, using my own hose at home! hose at home afterwards and it took about 30 min of heavy spraying for the water to run.almost clear.. was so filthy and it was just cleaned by autopro !!!!!!

Overall decent experience. Only feedback for the cleaners to not leave the shampoo spray spots on dashboard, which was not really expected. In summary they cleaned seat and mat but left my dashboard dirty which was not before. Something to keep in mind, otherwise good experience

Despite the hype they are just okay, I was charged extra bucks for tire polish. Once rolling through the tunnel I was told they were polished while rolling through the wash tunnel . Specs of dirt and dust remained and I had to wash them manually after coming back home. …

Great Experience! Had the inside and outside done. The car looked and smelled great! Ran in for a coffee while waiting for my turn on the inside wash and they were even kind enough to give my pup water! I’d recommend it here prices are reasonable and I’m happy to come back!

Our whole family goes to have our vehicle washed and oil changes. I just recently had my windshield replaced due to a crack and they were so fast and efficient. They were very accommodating with getting me in ASAP. Staff are really friendly. Definitely recommend to others.

A cool Place. You get a rainy day discount for outer wash and decent inner wash. I still had to clear some trash out after they cleaned it hence the 4 star review but as an experience it's really neat to see everything just a bit more attention would have made it perfect.

Been here couple times so far. Usually they do a good job. Only downside is the wait time. If you’re planning to make a trip to this place on a weekend, be aware of the extended wait times. But overall very satisfied with the services provided for the price they charge

The worst service ever! They are extremely rude towards the customers & all they care about is how to ‘grab’ money. Million ‘hidden’ fees.. on top horrible cleaning for the price. If you want to charge ‘premium’ make sure you provide premium service.

First time user. Not bad, but far from great. Exterior still has dirt stuck to it, didn't touch the vent louvers and they either didn't vacuum the seats or their vacuum needs more suction. $50+ thought it might be a little better.

While its a pretty involved process to go through first the car wash and then the cleaning tunnel, the wait is well worth it. This is hands down the best interior/exterior clean my vehicles have ever had. I highly recommend it!

Over all a good experience. One of the staff did some minor damage to my driver seat. Frankly i would never known but they owned up to it, took responsibility and replaced the damaged part. Fawaz made difficult situation easy.

Good working self-serve car wash bays. They accept credit cards (tap) right inside the wash bay so you don't need to bring change. $4 minimum charge. Will be definitely using this place more often when the winter comes around.

I'm mostly happy with the service. The only complaint is that they never wipe the cup holders. I pay for an interior clean and they do a good job, but for whatever reason they just ignore my cup holders which drives me crazy.

Best car wash in the GTA! Always great quality, great assembly line of cleaners, take care of the smallest detail and even offer new car smell at the end or whatever you like! $50 for an express interior/exterior for an SUV!

Friendly enough, but they don't vacuum the interiors very well. Jiffy lube was an awesome experience. The oil techs, all 3 of them were kind, well mannered and thorough. I will continue to take my car there. Great service.

We go there regularly. Fast, good service, most of the time wash is great, depends on the type of vehicle, pick up trucks need to be wiped after with cloth to get the rest of foam off to be perfect.

Autos spa is always good for what they charge great value for money. I do not use their car wash as I prefer the touchless type. For interior cleaning can't beat them Always courteous and friendly.

I was told to go here for the best clean of car and mats. Spent too much for the work they done. First time going and the last. I could of done a better job myself. Train your workers people.

If you want to use the coin-car wash, the minimum fee is $4 for 3.25 minutes - not enough time to get your car remotely clean. And if you want to vacuum 12 crumbs, it's $4 for 3 minutes.

Coin ops cost 4 bucks to start and have trouble reading coins. The vacuums are good however not enough time in my opinion. On the plus side, the car wash is awesome worth the money

Best place to get your car detailed. The staff seem very efficient and motivated. They also do a good job for the price point. Been here numerous times. Always stop after camping.

So sad to see this place has drastically declined in services. This used to be my go to place for interior and exterior clean…..I will never return here after recent experiences!

Great carwash when there's no line. The monthly membership is great, but wished the unused washes would roll over to the next month, you already paid so don't know why not.

Decent wash that was fast. 1 star deducted for a small lack in attention to detail. Windshield had missed spots and the centre console some spots not wiped all together.

Brought my car in while covered in ice and pretty dirty inside & in a short time it was looking great inside and out. Edit 2022: still a great place for the new truck

Way better than a gas station carwash for pretty much the same price. Definitely comes out a lot cleaner. The express interior is very quick and they do a great job.

Love this car wash, staff are all friendly and do an awesome job cleaning your car, this is the only carwash l use for an excellent car wash and interior cleaning.

Has gone downhill this summer - there was barely anyone in line today and Atleast 15 employees doing interior wash, and car still came back dirty!

Good job. I would recommend pulling interior shampoos to the side so that regular customer's don't have to wait for this process to be performed.

These folks always do such a good job with the quick interior but solid exterior cleans. My car needs this love sometimes so I bring them here

I am not impressed with my interior clean. Mats were not put back properly, the car wasn’t adequately vacuumed or wiped down.

The worst detailing place for interior! I brought my truck there today and this is how they gave it back to me “clean”.

The wash tunnel is longer and the guys at the entrance make sure they clean and clear any stubborn dirt on the vehicle.
