Close to home so thought I'd try it for a full detail (over $200). I'm very fussy, so walked the manager around my Q5 to point out the only stone chip on it. He agree and I left the car for several hours. Picked it up and it was raining so couldn't see the external finish. Two days later I took it out of my garage and noticed several little white specs on the passenger door. They were some sort of little chips in the paint, and the overall job had areas of excess polish, as well as missing sections. Took it back to the so called manager and all the excuses started coming out... "it must have been there before" but then I reminded him of the pre inspection walk around. More excuses and no responsibility at all. Not even an offer of a few free car washes... so beware of this place... terrible quality work on my car.

The minute you arrive you are greeted with professionalism and a great friendly bunch of staff(especially Harsh and Kunal who will always look after you thank you boys!) A business that truly commits to its service charter of really knowing its clientele and understanding their individual needs. I wish every business could do this.No script like all the rest just genuine unique service by all the boys and smiles and a chat that you’ll love and staff always wanting to go above and beyond.Although they’re really busy (so get in early)they’ll always have time to treat you with respect ..you’ll feel like a family member as it should be! Paid for them to clean the inside and outside of my car. Upon inspecting I then had to go and clean it myself afterwards as they did a poor job and created more mess than they clean up. So called “hand wash” all they do is just a simple high pressure wash your car with no hand washing involved. Recommend never going there as they create more mess than they actually clean your car as shown in the photo. Real shame that I had to pay for this poor service Edit - Due to the lack of professionalism of this business I was told to contact them via email. After doing so I was told that I would be contacted the next day and they failed in doing so. Very poor customer service recommend never going here

Last thing I expected to do after a car wash here, was to go for another car wash. Disappointing attention to detail - you can tell exactly where they tried to clean and what they plain left untouched. If you have a SUV/4WD or sunroof - the top will be largely untouched. Door and boot seals, ignored. Heck, apparently even lifting the wiper blades on the windscreen for a wipe was apparently too much of a chore. Streaks everywhere. Take your money elsewhere - this place used to be decent but has since fallen apart. Tore up my loyalty card.

Paid $320 CASH for a full detail and was left with milky streaks on the windows and paint.. I didn't notice this until the next morning because I collected my car at night or else I wouldn't have accepted it in this condition. Attention to detail wasn't there as you can see from some of the photos they also left product on the interior. Very disappointed. They never gave me an invoice either which I asked for but the man serving me said he didn't know how to use the computer and told me to ask for it next visit. I won't be going back!

Car came up better than when I bought it. I dropped the 4x4 off a day after a weekend away so it was filthy. Wash and cut and polish $270 Disappointing they didn’t wash in the jams and when I drove off mud ran out of places that hadn’t been rinsed properly. Next day there was plenty of polish still showing that wasn’t washed/wiped off. One other issue was made good after a little standing my ground with $50 taken off the bill. I’d probably still go back and give them another go.

Had my car up for a detail. The guys did a great job out there. Customer service was great too. One of the guys named Sukh (i guess) was very polite and he and one other guy with the specs was very informative and nice, explained me everything that would be done then at the end i was handled by someone who was i guess the manager. He guided me through everything. I was very satisfied with the experience and feel all my money was worth it and well spent. Kudos!

Our family has been bringing our cars here for the past 2 years plus. We always get the $59 clean and in all honesty we have never had cause to be anything other than delighted with the result. Customer Service is fine, might not win any industry awards, but usually comes with a smile. But we're here for a clean, not a chat, and this service delivers all that it promises and at a price which is very reasonable.

They will wash the curry in so hurry that it’s not worth the amount. After washing when i got the car there was water standings on all the mats with dirty water on them. The doors from inside and the floor of the car wasn’t vacuumed well, the dirt was as it is when i got the car. Even the music system area wasn’t cleaned. Not happy with the service.

Great place to park your car to shop and have the car detailed and washed. Left my car here for a wash and detail and the works were superior and felt assured the car was being handwashed and attention to detail was great. Belongings in the car were treated with respect. Would definitely come again!

Paid 90 for a steam clean of some car seats, they tipped water on the seats and vacuumed it up. They were soaking when I went home, and I went through 8 towels, trying to get the water out of them. I then had to leave the car out in the sun with the windows down for three days. What a rip off.

I’ve been going to this car wash for a few years now. Initially they didn’t do a great job and missed out on some places in the car. But now their service greatly improved. I’m glad because this is close to home. Customer service and staff are also very good.

We used to get our cars washed here regularly, they would always miss bits and leave sections unwashed, but had an okay price so was never too fussed. Then they damaged the vinyl sign writing on one of our vans with a pressure washer,

Shoddy job. The interior was not vacuumed properly. The dash and glove box was not wiped. When I pointed it out to an employee, I was informed that I had requested the $35 basic wash. Several places do a better job for less than $35!

The quality of service was just too good. Nice and humble people. Got my car detailed after which there wasn't a single mark left. Looked immaculate with tyres polished, seats steam vacuum, glossy finish and undercarriage shiny.

Paid for a full detail, came back and car was basically washed and vacuum. DO NOT come here... they take your money and don't do the service. A petrol station machine car wash would've been cheaper and done a better job.

passing by & took 4wd to be cleaned paid for superior clean to get hand waxed. Drove off noticed a lot of dust on dash and console still grubby. Took it back. All sorries still didn't tackle issues properly. Pathetic.

No frills service. I suggest they update their prices to reflect small and large SUVs. For example, a CX3 shouldn't cost the same as a Kluger. In fact a CX3 is even smaller than large sedans such as a Commodore.

Worst car wash ever, this place is actually a scam don't use it. Took a superior wash, a kid would have done a better job. I don't see any difference before and after clean. I will never use this place again.
