I am beyond impressed with the staff and service at Autospa Mississauga. I have never witnessed a more courteous, harder working crew. I brought my car in for the "Complete" detailing package, which is the lowest priced package that involves shampooing the seats/carpeting. Since this was the lowest level of detailing, I wasn't sure how thorough it would be (like if the vents would be cleaned, and other little details like that). Well, when I picked up my car, it was SPOTLESS from top to bottom. Not only were the vents clean, they also cleaned inside the cupholders, the ashtrays, the centre console compartments--everywhere! Everything was gleaming. I was so impressed, I brought another car in for the Express Detailing, which is a service that gives your car an exterior wash and a wipe down/vacuuming of the interior. I've been to other express car cleaning places, and their cleaning solutions left streaks on the dashboard display. Also, other places did a hasty wipe and did not get dust out of the corners. Not at Autospa. At Autospa, the car came out so clean that it looked almost as good as the car on which I had the "Complete" detailing done. (The difference was in the upholstery and carpeting--those were not shampooed in the Express service, so you could still see old stains.) With the Express service, they wash your running boards. They wash the inside of your door. They even armor all your tires. Well, again, I was so impressed that when I got home, I got my family's other cars and brought them in, too, one by one. In total, I had 4 cars cleaned by Autospa and they ALL came out sparkling clean. The best thing of all was that they offer a rainy day discount of $8. They also have a loyalty program--after 10 washes, you get the 11th free. And they have a gift card promo--buy a $100 gift card and they will add an extra $20 to the gift card for free. Buy a $200 gift card and they will top it off with an extra $50 for free. Autospa also offers free shuttle service. The shuttle driver was, like all the other staff, exceptionally courteous and pleasant. I cannot recommend Autospa highly enough. This place is head and shoulders above their competition. 5/5 for sure!

Took my car for an exterior and interior cleaning 2 days back. The exterior was done by machines so it was alright. When it was turn to get the interior cleaned. Everything was rushed and the car was merely cleaned from inside. There were lots of technicians some of them just hanging around. My car is new and i wanted it cleaned but instead they did a sloppy job cleaning it. The mats were just ran through water without washing them properly and the wet mats were placed inside the car which made the new carpet wet. The cupholders and holders on the doors were not even touched. The dashboard had dust, marks and streaks. Driver side carpet had a slight mark of salt and i showed the guy the mats and mark and he said they just vacuum it and don't clean this and i should get the detailed interior cleaning for this. Had they done a good job in the first place,i would have considered the deep cleaning but after looking at the sloppy work they did on my car i definitely wouldn't waste extra money. I came home and dried the mats myself with paper towels and noticed all the dust spots on them. It seemed my car was cleaner before i took it to autospa and had to clean everything myself afterwards. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Please don't waste $50 as it's totally not worth it. I want a refund of my money after this kind of work.

Final Update: 25/June/2023 The company has tried to remedy the situation. I am grateful for their attempts to resolve the situation. While the car is immaculate, the work is amazing. The service is great. BUT I am super annoyed. Pros - Clean Car Cons - Employees steal I had three coins and ONE guitar pick (white with a green turtle on it) in the ash tray. When my car was returned, NO guitar pick. and NO one can find it. While this seems insignificant, we all have something we keep in our cars... mine was this pick and it was not for someone to take. 11/June/2023 Things to know…. *Never leave anything in your vehicle with Auto Spa Mississauga *Carelessness of employees has been cited as to why the coins were replaced and not the other items Update The company has offered to help pay for a new guitar pick but it was from 2011. Major disappointment. I was very excited to go take my new car to the spa after a rough winter and was looking forward to seeing it all fresh and clean. Turns out I should have saved my money and done it myself. Paid about $50 and some change do get the exterior and interior cleaned and extra for the floor mats shampooed and tired. The exterior wash and wax was terribly done. There were a ton of marks and drops of wax all over that collected dirt when I left. Interior looked decent but that's mainly because I keep it pristine. Didn't look like there was much effort put into it even though there were a bunch of employees cleaning one car. Some good points: Service was friendly and explained well to a first timer. It was really fast and got some faster than I expected. The mats were cleaned well as all the salt stains were gone and wheels looked good too. Regardless, I wouldn't recommend coming to get a car wash here. Gather some cleaning materials and spend half an hour at a do it yourself coin wash to get better results and save money.

Regular Customer: I come here on average 3-4 times a month. Unless it’s extremely cold I stick to the coin op, but I use the interior cleaning service regularly. I have used the in-house car wash and it does an excellent job. I’m just not a big fan of touch car washes for obvious reasons. The one thing I will say about the coin up, that is vial, is that it always has warm water coming out of the hose. That is a MUST at any coin op. So much better than the one on Mavis. I travel here from Milton. Interior: they clean it pretty well. I must admit I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness, and these guys do a decent job. As u can see from the pictures, ur car will be cleaned in 10 minutes. The line moves quickly. The only reason why I give this place a 4/5 is because the service could be a little better. Other than that, the place is excellent. One of the best in mississauga.

I had made an appointment at Auto Spa to have my winter wheels installed. While I was there I decided to also get a a car wash. I was greeted by David Canali who is in charge of the service operations for Auto Spa. He arranged for me to remove my existing summer wheels and had them washed before putting them in storage. Then I proceeded to run my vehicle through the car wash to have the exterior and interior cleaned. My vehicle came out crystal clean in and out. This place has invested a lot in very high quality and advanced car wash equipment and trained car wash staff. They also offer windshield repair and replacement, paint touch up, dent removal, oil changes and complete detail. I may have missed something because this place is huge. I Highly recommend this place!

For $37 they clean my car inside and out. I love this place and go every month. As a large dog owner the car gets pretty filthy. How it works: Drive through the exterior wash then drive around to the inside clean. They wipe down the outside and clean inside including windows, floor mats, vents, cup holders. Sometimes I get extras like a trunk vacuum or tire shine. All while you wait. You can watch your car move down the belt as about 10 people work on your car. Grab a Starbucks or watch TV. At the end you get to choose your air freshener, I go with "new car" smell. In/out in under :30 minutes when it's not too busy. Excellent YouSpray option which I use now (Tesla) instead of the exterior tunnel since it's not Touchless. Oh and $8 off on rain days :)

I am a senior and was referred to by a friend. Overall everything was good, However, there are certain things that can improve. 1.When the car was done i was handed over the keys and i got the impression they just wanted me out.2.I believe a senior is allowed a coffee on seniors day i was not informed about it.3. No one bothered to respond to my concerns which i left on the messaging service. I was there on July 19/23 and left a message 2 or days later and i haven't heard back since then. Concerns (i noticed when i get back home) 1.The dashboard was not properly wiped down. 2.Mats were wet 3.Inside of the trunk was not cleaned properly 4.Left streaks on the right headlight. Overall it was good ,the whole experience seemed robotic and impersonal.

Let me start with the good. The place looks very nice and there's alot of people working there and they all seem professional. I had no complaints concerning exterior wash. It was good and car came out sparkling. However i was very disappointed in what i got as a final product after i was told its done. I got out of the place and noted my interior was not done atall. Only thing they did was clean the mats and maybe vacuumed the floor cause i could still see so many spots on my dash, doors, ceiling, steering wheel and on my cluster. (I am attaching some pictures as proof) I was in a hurry to get to work so i had to leave. I would really appreciate it if someone can reach out to me and offer to redo my interior.

Great place to take your vehicle. I had opted for the quick wax promotion when I went for an exterior and interior cleaning. After my car was cleaned I noticed some residue on my hood after the service. I brought it up to the front desk and within a min the manager Saad came out to me and took a look at my Jeep, and immediately remedied my concern and fixed the problem. He really took the time to fix my concern and explained to me the issue and I can tell they really put the customer first and really valued my business. These days customer service standards have fallen everywhere but Saad and the team at AutoSpa know how to take of their customers. Great service and work!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I walked away with a ruined steering wheel due to whatever cleaning solution was used. After paying close to $300, this is unbelievable. A price that was not what I was originally quoted at. The flooring of my car is still soaked two days later, as they didn’t seem to dry anything properly. At first it looked great, I was excited to see the car so clean inside, but only once I was inside and looking closely did I notice all these issues. Apparently, I was supposed to have a choice in the scented spray as well, which I was never told about. The only reason I am leaving one star is for the receptionist who I have no issue with.

I paid 56 bucks for an interior and exterior wash at Dennys car wash on mavis rd, in mississauga and i regret doing this to my wits, which would have been better of if I did it at a gas station drive thru wash. My tires came back just as muddy as I took it there. Requested the guy there and he asked me to pay him extra for that. The interior had water all over. They're pathetic in their services. I'm paying 53 bucks at auto spa for exterior wash, tire shine, interior clean up, vacuum, wheel shine, leather seats and door mats all fully steamed cleaned and choice of air fresher. i went to get the Enhanced Wash and Express interior clean for my car on September 16, as my cousin highly recommended. My car was in perfect condition no dents not scratches. i came home and my car is ruined. there’s so many rock chipping and scratches, (one photo is attached) i’m too upset to get more pictures of my car with the imperfections the wash caused. the cleaning service for the interior was okay, i did use a clean wipe to check for cleanliness, and it still came out dirty. i was looking more so for the vacuums for places i couldn’t reach if i were to do myself. Super disappointed as my perfect car came out of their wash to being imperfect

I am leaving a bad review for auto spa because this business allows people to host car meet ups in the after hours after 10 Pm to the early morning hours. This causes loud noise and safety issues (such as reckless, careless, and dangerous driving from the car meet up people). The car meetup people cause a commotion/safety issues close to the Petro Canada Gas Station business & Eglinton Ave. W If you don’t take care of my complaint promptly, I will have no choice but to call the non-emergency peel police number and I will file a complaint about this business hosting car meet up in the after hours that cause loud noises and dangerous driving.

This place is truly a revolutionary approach at car detailing. I was amazed by the sheer size of this complex state of the art technology building. There even was a Starbucks inside as I waited for my vehicle to get washed and a oil change. Glass throughout allowed me to keep a eye on my previous vehicle that I take pride in. I'm happy now that I found this one stop place. Oh ya I almost forgot to mention the wash with auto tire dressing ..such a amazing job ..I'll be sure to try the interior service next time !! Check it out !! I'm positive you'll be as amazed and satisfied as I was. Thank you Auto Spa and all your great helping staff.

Auto Spa Mississauga + Jiffy Lube - This pretty new car wash service is highly recommended by my neighbor. He was there having the Ultimate Exterior & Express Interior car wash and was very happy about the services. So I go and try their machine wash first. The facility was very clean. The staff at the gate are very helpful and explain the different pricing of the car wash. Then we drove through the gate and was approach by another two very helpful staff with a pleasant smile, again explain to us how to drive to the machine and put the car in neutral during the wash. The wash was above our expectation, money well spent. Thanks.

I got the express exterior and interior cleaning, along with trunk vacuuming. I had been here before with my partner so I made sure to empty out my car beforehand so the experience would be easy and seamless. My car felt almost new afterwards! I mainly wanted to clean out an excess of tree pollen that piled up over the past few months and they did a really good job. For <$40, I think it's great value and worth it. Will definitely be back! Wednesdays are senior-discount days, 20% off! The discount applies to any specials they have going on too. Went during the early afternoon and it wasn't too busy, in and out in <30min.

I want to state I understand I don’t drive a Ferrari but it’s getting a bit ridiculous that they really don’t have any regard towards anything inside the vehicle, first time they broke off the cover for the plug for electrical outlet, second time they broke a fin on the vent, 3rd time they crumpled my handicap sticker, and now again just when I go finished it’s crumpled again, it really just takes a EXTRA second to move it out of the way of the windshield so you don’t hit it, I keep going back cuz it’s right next to my home and I want to believe maybe it’s just a bad day but now being the 4th time I’m just done

Today July 30 Sunday of 2023, I got bumper to bumper detailing on my Dodge ram 2016 and I was so upset. I pay almost 400 bucks for the service including the trunk and when they call me to come and get the truck I was so disappointed they missed so many spots on the inside of the truck under the seats. I still had water on the floor. I had to call the guy and come wipe the water out and they found me 113$ back but still so upset with the service. My match wasn’t clean properly they missed a few spots just Holmby coming back for bumper to bumper detailing for a fast cleaning in and out. They’re amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting AutoSpa for a car wash, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service and how impeccably clean they left my car. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that AutoSpa takes cleanliness seriously. The facility itself was spotless, and the staff members were all wearing clean, professional uniforms. This attention to detail immediately set a positive tone for my experience. Do not use the inside service - outside only. Note this is a TOUCH carwash.

Pretty impressed with this car wash facility. I was on the search for a hand car wash & came across this place. Ended up going for their standard interior & exterior cleaning (which was automated). They did a thorough job, were quick & efficient and did it all for a very reasonable price. It’s cool that you can watch your car go down the belt while it’s being cleaners. The workers were very nice and seem to be working hard. They did such a good job, I ended up taking both of my parents cars there.

Great experience here! Decent prices for a full detailing and car wash. My car felt like it was restored back to brand new. Efficient with their timing and you can wait in their lounge while your car gets detailed. For first timers - you have to rejoin the line in the left lane to enter the DETAILING line after you wash your car. Expect semi-long lines; this place seemed pretty popular heading into the weekend. Overall would definitely recommend and will be going back for sure!

Incredible work. Applied a 3yr ceramic Cording to my car, and the bumper to bumper interior detailing. Car look like new. Inside beautifully cleaned, all my belongings carefully bagged and placed in the trunk including the car seat, and exterior looking totally sensational. Brilliant shine, extra work done to get out some blemishes, and really professional care all around. Facility is beautiful. High end, great pricing, professional to the max. Looks and shines like glass.

I purchased the best package for my car(interior/exterior detail), and went to the waiting area unbothered because I was confident in the reviews. Once I drove away and inspected my car after the service, I noticed a terrible job on my vehicle. My leather was still dirty, there was still spect of dirt on my carpet as if no one ran a cloth or vacuum through. I’m very disappointed with the job on my vehicle! My car was also tidy to begin with, so even more disappointed.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! David and team are fast, efficient and professional. I went in today with my jeep and with 2 children under 2 to say my car was gross is an understatement! I had high hopes leading up to my car detailing at this location. The interior was cleaned properly, however, they did a horrible job with the exterior. There were visible stains and streak marks left on the outside panels. I also asked them to clean the scuff marks and they didn’t. I managed to clean some of it off myself, while other areas are more difficult and require a special cleaner. I paid $270 for mediocre service. Save your money.

Reliable ! Fast ! Convenient ! It’s a two step process. You pay for the type of car wash you want. I wanted both interior and exterior to be cleaned. First they get your car cleaned from the outside which is fully automated. Once completed you go to the lane where you specifically get the interior cleaned. Here is where you get out. Young team members did an amazing job taking care of every small detail. I would definitely come back !

I brought my vehicle in for a complete interior detailing and wash. Everyone was so friendly and happy and My car looked like new when I picked it up. The interior was perfect and smelled so clean and the outer wash was beyond my expectations , The regular gas station car washes are nothing compared to Autospa. I could not believe how shiny my vehicle was and it lasted for weeks. I will only bring my vehicle to Autospa now.

Excellent customer service, the two ladies at the front desk are extremely polite not to mention all the staff spread across the place are very kind and helpful! This was extremely quick and efficient, my new favourite go to place to clean my car both inside and out. They do a phenomenal job and the price is justified for the quality of service they provide! Best place for anything for your car! I got my winter tires put on and an oil change ANDDD a detail under an hour. First of all - amazing service, by all staff! It was good, but for my first experience I felt very rushed There were water marks in some areas of my car and for the price and care they seem to offer, I didn't feel like it met my expectations. I had a tea mark on my car that I was hoping would be buffed out, I had to do it myself later and was disappointed that no one caught it on the exterior of my white car i.e., it was pretty visible.

Great washes every time!!! Pretty much my go to car wash for exterior and interior w/o having to spend 100s for a "detailer". The employees are very thorough and typically get every inch of the car cleaned up and I always leave happy with the new car smell. If ever I have any problems they are always happy to assist and will fix the issue right away. Great place, don't doubt it, just go

This place has gotten much better from when it first started in my opinion. Interior express wash is always a good purchase, very few times have I seen some spots in the car missed or forgotten about. But the customer service keeps bringing you back. I would avoid the coin wash unless you plan on dropping minumin $30 to be able to properly clean the exterior of your car.

The team at Autospa did an excellent job making my car look brand new. They worked efficiently, and everyone was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first time. As a female who doesn’t clean her car often, this is the best place to get an interior and exterior cleaning done. Affordable prices, and honestly, the best $40 I've spent on my car. Highly recommend!

Thorough as a home wash, but without the work! A little pricier but the quality and thoroughness is superior to the premium wash at a gas station. Usually I need to touch up the cleaning job when I get a car wash at a gas station as it misses spots (especially around the rims) and need to hand dry missed spots. Not the case at Auto spa. Good as a home hand wash!

Use to be good but not anymore as my car is never cleaned properly. There are always so many spots left I rather go somewhere else and pay more money to get my car cleaned. I came in today as I noticed a bird or something decided to leave a surprise on my car and I thought it could use a wash anyway. The picture I added believe it or not is AFTER the wash...

I have been coming here once a week some times twice for the past 3 years , the quality of the service has declined.I drive from Toronto to mississauga to get my car cleaned .The manager that was on duty this afternoon, should not have the of dealing with the customers or his employee..Please bring back the the previous manager

Great experience. They did a good job cleaning my car. Very organized team work. **recent update: Unfortunately the second time that i took my car they did no do a good job. There was lots of dust remaining on my dashboard, the coffee holder were not completely clean and well as floor mat. It was a busy day and i think they just rushed it through.

Amazing!!! It's like an amusement park for cars. The people are so friendly and helpful. They have this whole team of people that scurry around cleaning your car as it goes down the assembly line on a moving belt! While you are sitting in a beautiful waiting area with a snack bar and couches. I'm in absolute awe. And the price is fantastic. Wow!

Excellent facilities for washing cars. Self wash, drive-through, and two lines for interior cleaning. Very good value for the money, and it is not expensive! Typically, it is about the same price as you pay at a gas station car wash. This place also has oil changes and car detailing, including clearing up headlights!

I have never been to a place where every worker seems to be enjoying thier day and working hard at the same time. They do an excellent job of cleaning your car and caring for the small details. They pointed out a chip in my windshield and fixed it. I'd give more stars if I could. Very pleasant experience.

Went to UniGlass to repair back window and this place is fantastic! Just an amazing experience. We brought in our ram 1500 and SAAD literally perfected our expectations of bringing the car to factory clean! Wow, i did not expect it to be this clean every part of car was detailed meticulously. Thank u Saad for all your help and making sure our expectations were met.

Came to Auto Spa for my winter wheel swap and detailing on my Audi S5. This car is my baby and I’m quite particular about who touches it lol. The staff at Auto Spa are professional and efficient! The manager, David Canali, was very personable and helpful! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Great car wash but terrible wait times. And unequal lines. The car that was behind me had left about 4-5 cars ago on the closer lane. And my car isn’t done yet. I’ve been here for an hour now, and it’s looking like at least another 15 minutes. Very disappointed with the slowness of the service

I took my sister's 2020 Accord in on May 6 for the "Complete Interior Detail" package. The Auto Spa staff were very friendly, communicated well, the facility was clean and accommodating. They did an amazing job cleaning her car, it looks brand new! I would definitely recommend their services!

Nice work cleaning my car from the outside and inside. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect but it does the job if you don’t want to do detailing. I would definitely recommend it for family and friends. It’s definitely way better than Deny’s car was on Mavis. They are very organized as well

I have been a client of Auro Spa for at least 4 years. This is the best service I have experienced in Canada. The staff are always thorough, always polite, always smiling. The price for the service is not excessive. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their cars.

Great treatment and service! Right from calling Auto Spa/Uniglass after a rear window accident, through to swift replacement/complimentary detailing , this is a 1st class outfit. Will recommend all the time and shout out to Cesar who was a superstar and treated us like a VIP!

First time coming here. They did a pretty good job with the exterior and the interior. Very efficient (waited in the lounge for about 10 minutes). It was pretty confusing at first but I had to rejoin the line (on the left) to get the exterior and interior detailed.

Great experience . Brought in a work truck that sees a lot of dogs, definitely needed a good cleaning . Was not disappointed with the service and time it took to make the truck look brand new inside again . Great work , will be back and brining my other vehicles .

For the price, can’t go wrong! I got the exterior wash and express interior cleaning and the car felt fresh and clean. Took only about 30 minutes or so. People were nice, place is super clean, no regrets and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommend

First visit to this place. Bought premium exterior wash monthly subscription. Not satisfied with their quality. Areas under windshield wiper and rear number plates are not cleaned properly. I don’t think this isn’t a complete car wash for what we paid for.

After spending 45 min and $50 the car is not even clean and dirt is obvious everywhere in the car. With a multipurpose cleaner and a cloth I would do it 10 times better myself. Also, plastic piece that goes onto that child safety belt brackets is missing.

First time there to get car washed, vaccumed / interior cleaned. Friendly & courteous staff. I have tried other places that are more expensive with disappointing results. This a is modern, efficient and very clean facility! I definitely will be back.

If you are a car person than this place is made for you. They do an amazing job, the exterior and interior of the car look like you just got a $200 car detail. The staff is polite and incredibly thorough. I wish they had a weekly or monthly pass.

Car washes in Canada are generally below expectations and this one is no exception. It's not cheap, while car washing is a basic one without attention to details specially inside the car. On the other hand, customers waiting area is spectacular

I just paid 50 bucks to have my car cleaned. Got home and opened the doors and the car is dirty still. If this isn't rectified. I will never go there again. This is 2nd time in a roe I haven't been happy with the cleaning service i paid for.

This place is incredible, the efficiency, the cafe the sitting area everything js great. I think they should also consider selling candles, Peter has such a warm and comforting collection and I loved the smell.

Every weeknight the bays are blocked by cars, people not using the bays. Waited 40 minutes before 1 car left and I could finally use the bay. Good place to hangout and waste time, bad place to wash your car

The service here is exemplary. The staff in every dept go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Shout out to Jamie at Touchup RX who went beyond the call of duty! Excellent services and employees.

Amazing service. Everyone is so friendly and eager to help!! Brought my car for stone chip repair, they did an amazing job with touch up paint. Was only disappointed that they did not fill deep gauges.

Nice place to bring your car to car wash . Very accessible as it is within my community. Reasonable price and it has comfortable waiting. I love that they have Starbucks cafe area .

This place is great! Got an interior and exterior wash, and the car feels like I drove it off a lot. David Canalli is a magician with cars. Will always go to him for car work.

Auto spa did an excellent job on my car. It looks brand new. The shuttle service is a bonus not having a family member pick and drop you off. Will definitely go there again.

Went in for detailing the car and was happy they had a shuttle service to take me back home and pick me up. Great service and car was spotless when I took it back! 10/10

I come here often.. Came in today for interior cleaning. Dead slow because of rain. My trunk space was turned upside down and thrown back in. Very disappointed

This place is a very good value for money. Exterior wash is very new. Interior is fast and efficient. Look for occasional special on Express wax $50 only
