I began my experience by going into 2 other dealerships that treated me (a young woman shopping by herself) like she didn't know what she was talking about, preaching to me about services and features I had already voiced I had no interest in. Disappointed, I returned home and kept looking online at cars. I stumbled upon auto parks website and looked at 3 cars that were right in my price range and were nice new vehicles with hardly any km on them. I went in the next day to check them out (with no appointment they were still able to find a sales associate to accommodate me). I worried I'd have a similar experience to the previous days pressure filled sales pitches, sales dudes with plastic smiles and upsells. I was dead wrong, thankfully I got to meet two very helpful key players to my purchasing experience: Robert and Devin. Robert was so gentle and kind, he completely eased me into the process with respect and was a calming presence in this very big decision I was making all on my own. It was like having a friend there with me through it all! We test drove 2 vehicles together and he shared his helpful opinions with me without pressuring me in any way, encouraging me to take my time. I would recommend anyone intimidated by the idea of car shopping alone (especially young women/men who have had bad experiences in the past with salespeople underestimating them or undermining them) to go in even just to chat with Robert about what you'd ideally like to get a jumping off point. Devin also did a great job in relating to me and explaining numbers to me in a way that I could understand and make sense of, coming from a background of having never bought/financed a car before. He did a great job in pausing to give me time to think and ask any questions. Very charismatic guy. Overall I would recommend for anyone to go check out auto park in Mississauga, even the people I didn't get the names of who worked there were so pleasant to me in congratulating me and wishing me well. If I knew buying a car would be this easy- I probably would have gotten rid of my old car sooner!

I was shopping around for a good deal. The idea was to get a vehicle which is not too old at the same time was looking for great pricing with clean car fax report. While it is not tough to fine one, but definitely an uphill task to get all this three together and with no hidden charges. I was pleasantly surprised to find one such deal at Autopark Mississauga. The sale experience was awesome. Robert(Rob) is an excellent person I would say. Before purchasing the vehicle I had a list of small/medium issues handed over to Rob. He took care of all of them before we took the possession of the vehicle. During the entire purchase process, Robert provided excellent support. Post sale experience: There were minor marks on the car's bonnet. Robert had promised me to address this during sales process. True to his word, he followed it and within 2 weeks of sale and he ensured that the marks are taken care of. There was absolutely no obligation for him to do so, but he went an extra mile by procuring the exact car manufacturer's color for us and ensured that we get the vehicle as promised. It is worth mentioning, that he also gave away the touch up paint to me so that I can use it on need basis in future (A gesture which very few people would do today). Pricing of the vehicle was as per the marked price on the website. There were no hidden charges at all. In such competitive market, providing such support and pricing goes to show this is a "consumer centered" place and one should definitely pay a visit in case if they are looking for purchasing used vehicles. I literally just brought my new car home from AutoPark Mississauga, and I cannot begin to describe how satisfied and grateful I am with their services. This was my very first time purchasing a vehicle, and I was dreading the process because of all the horror stories you hear about shady car dealerships. I was looking for a used small simple car for work commute, and the car I found there was arguably the cheapest one they have in their inventory. You'd think they would give me sub-par services because of the price, but they did not. They even went over and above to exceed my expectations. I had the pleasure to work with Bob, who was amazingly attentive throughout the process. He made sure everything was done with accuracy, and provided explanations where needed. He was very open and honest. After I confirmed the purchase, I noticed the bumper was loose, and had very minor scratches, so I notified Bob about the loose bumper. When I went to pick up the car tonight, the bumper was good as new, even the scratches were gone! Turns out they actually replaced the entire bumper and even repainted it, at absolutely no cost to me. Bob personally made sure the car was free of issues. The man was true to his words, he takes care of you and your car. Confidence, Seriousness and tranquility! These are the important words that define AutoPark Mississauga in my opinion. Well, last Wednesday, April 7th, I purchased a Hyundai Elantra Preferred 2020 car with the Safety package and sunroof, and Ricardo Oliveira gave me all the assistance and great service. I have no words to describe the service I received since the first contact I had with him on the phone on the 30th of March. He understood my need to purchase and then passed on countless possibilities, always very concerned with making the customer completely satisfied with the purchase. After looking at a few dealerships, I ended up coming to AutoPark Mississauga from out of town after talking to Bob. They had the car I was looking for and ended up giving me a pleasant experience. I had a few concerns about the car I test drove that I wanted addressed before I would pick it up. I had recently listed my car for sale, as I am purchasing a new one. Vehicle still in good condition, just time for a change. I had never sold a car before with a bank lien outstanding. I received a call from Moe Joosub at AutoPark Mississauga, interested in purchasing. We negotiated a price, that I felt was fair. Deal was done. Moe and his team took care of everything, paid off the loan and issued me a cheque for the difference. (Even to the point of adding additional money to cover any interest that may accrue during the processing time.) I live in Barrie. Moe arranged to have two, again friendly gentlemen come directly to my house, to pick up the car, and hand deliver my cheque. I cannot say enough, about Moe and his outstanding customer service. His kind personality, along with his vast knowledge of the auto business, made my sales traction with him, so simple, smooth and pleasant. I have never met Moe in person but certainly would stop in to say hi, if I was in the area. Thank you Moe.

Bought a Maroon 2016 Nissan Rogue SL premium from this dealership on January for an affordable price. A month later, still very happy with the decision. It was an awesome experience from Robert - made the whole process easy with no pressure at all (very genuine and honest). He went out of his way to make sure I was certain of the vehicle I truly wanted and the one right for me. If you’re looking for a vehicle, look at the ones available on their website - if one strikes you as a good deal, give them a call and hopefully you get the same experience I had. Also, I noticed a cut (1-2inches) in the leather upholstery of the driver’s seat which I thought was a crease . I called the dealership back a month later to see if anything could be done. They were nice enough to say that they would send me a check for $150 to help pay for the repairs. Very grateful to them for all their advice and help. They know how to treat their customers well. Edit: This is a second review for Autopark and my sales person Moe. I just purchased my second car from this location and it was once again a great experience. I went in looking to upgrade and they handled the trade in and new purchase very smoothly. The day I picked up the vehicle I was informed that they noticed some scratches they couldn't buff out in time so they referred me to their paint guy so he could take care of it, which worked out well. Great experience and I will definitely recommend to others! This dealership is excellent. I recently purchased a beautiful (barely) used car from this location. My sales person, Moe, went above and beyond to find my first ever car for me. He also made sure that the quality of the car was in top shape upon pickup. I'm loving my new car and I'm very thankful that Moe was so helpful! I've recommended Autopark to others looking for a new ride!

My husband and I bought our first car here several months ago, and overall we had a really positive experience. I was spoken to by the police about our tinted windows shortly after purchase and the dealership removed the tint free of charge, although they maintained that it was legal (I agree, by the way, but wanted it removed to avoid any future hassle). The only reason they lost a star is our trunk situation. During our test drive we couldn't find any way to open the trunk, and we were assured it would all be fixed before we picked the car up. The unlock button on the key fob was fixed, but not the button on the actual trunk. Ultimately it didn't seem worth pursuing further, but it seemed like a small detail which should have been taken care of. Nonetheless, I would recommend this dealership - just keep on top of the details!

As immigrants we have constantly been lied to, taken advantage of, and given misinformation. I want to personally thank Moe for this exceptional experience! I felt so comfortable! We got our first car today, a 2020 Toyota Corolla SE. Bought a 2015 Jeep Rubicon! Robert's hands off no pressure approach worked for us as my husband really, really dislikes sales people (and that's putting it mildly) LOL. We normally do not trust sales people as they almost always have their own agenda. Robert is not your typical sales person. He was very transparent with everything. He made sure everything was on the "up and up"! Robert made us feel he had our best interest at heart. This guys wears his heart on his sleeve... the irony? an actual honest sales person! Super great guy! Would buy from him again! Even got a call from Robert later same day following up with us and making sure everything was good and that we were happy. We absolutely love our Jeep! Poorest service ever experienced in Canada. I went to check out their inventory, any of their salesman’s didn’t no what customer service means. They didn’t even know the details of vehicles they are selling. The ir representative pulled my credit history without asking or taking permission from me. I gave him my license for test drive but they just want to sell the vehicle without answering any of my questions. I would not recommend anyone buying vehicle from auto park Mississauga. They hide that the vehicle has 3 previous owners and when I saw it on car fax their representative said he didn’t know it before and know he knows so what can he do. Their employee and manager were yelling at each other.. Don’t go to auto park. Frauds

I was very happy with the service I received at AutoPark Mississauga. I had never had to do much car shopping before and I found the process pretty overwhelming. Mo at Autopark was very helpful and completely transparent. I was very comfortable with him, he was knowledgeable, patient and honest throughout the entire experience. Mo made the process very easy and simple and walked me through the process with patience and kindness. I highly recommend this dealer and Mo specifically. All the other staff I interacted with was also very professional and great, including the manager, the detail and service guys as well as the ladies behind the scenes doing some of the paperwork. I just recently purchased a Dodge charger before Christmas and the experience was amazing. Moe went above and beyond my expectations. Every concern I had about the car Moe was able to answer. They were able to buff out some little marks on the car, they changed the oil, professionally detailed the car upon pick up, and fixed/ replaced the batteries on both key fobs. After about two days of driving the car I called Moe back because I had a concern about the brakes on the car. Without hesitation Moe scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car back so they can look it over. The next day Moe called me and said that they replaced all the brakes on the car. I was in the market to purchase my first car last November. Having visited several car dealerships in that area, I was very impressed by the customer service at AutoPark on Dundas Street E. My sales representative, Mr. Bob Duguid, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He was also very patient and friendly towards my numerous questions, as I was a first-time buyer. Mr. Duguid made sure I was absolutely comfortable with my chosen vehicle before purchasing. He even threw in a rubber matt for the floor on my driver's side! Recently bought a red 2020 corolla from here and I have to say, the entire experience from start to finish was amazing!!! I recently purchased my vehicle from Robert who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to answer all of our questions and brought in his other colleagues if he wasn't able too. The other staff that we spoke with were also very helpful. I appreciated the fact that there was absolutely zero pressure to buy which made us feel that much more comfortable. Also, communication with Robert was always quick which was a plus as well. I am very happy with my vehicle and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I went in to enquire on the used cars. The thing that got me dissatisfied the most was they would not answer any questions like why the price of the cars which I was looking at are what they are marked, besides the standard answer of it is what it is. The sales rep was fine though and the 1 star just for that. I wouldnt attribute his inabilty to answer the question to him being rude. Could just be lack of knowledge or lack of leverage/authority to negotiate. Looking out for second hand buyers is not what I would associate them with.

Go to this place and ask for Moe because he is fantastic and is very honest. We had visited other dealerships prior, and he was the first to bring us to his office and secure exactly what we were looking for from another location. He delivered on all new brakes and tires, and took care of all our other concerns, including minor cosmetic stuff. Robert (Dundas Branch) was really helpful and patient with all our queries. He was never pushy or aggressive but followed up diligently for inputs and alternate options. Robert is incharge of the sales flow. There are multiple teams involved in the transaction and my only suggestion would be to ask for the final all inclusive price before the deal is finalized. Its 3 months since i purchased and the vehicle seems to be running fine.

Got my first car at this location, it was a 2018 Toyota RAV4 AWD. Robert contacted me a day after I made the request for more information about the vehicle. He took me on a test drive and gave me the history of the vehicle itself. Since I just recently moved to Toronto from Winnipeg, I had to convert my license to Ontario license and Robert was very understanding about the situation as well. Auto park Mississauga is a rip off! I bought a used vehicle and within 3 months had issues. I tried to contact and they would not do anything to help! Now not even a year after buying it I am stranded with three young children and likely a big mechanic bill (ontop of the ones I already have had) will never send anyone here for a vehicle! All talk and never do anything to actually assist customers!
