My experience, boy I tell you ... This was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE not only for myself but for my father in-law considerhing the adventure we have been on regarding my search for a new family vehicle. One evening we were scheduled to go see a truck in the "automobile city" of Steinbach, we were heavily disappointed by the truck we were meant to see and the false advertising presented by the dealership.. I won't mention names. After a terrible experience, followed by an average one at another dealership we decided to head home but on the way I wanted to go see a truck from AUTO QUEST. We got there at 8pm and sadly, they were closed but we could have saved a trip because this truck on the lot was amazing, pure amazing condition, great price, great overall selection of vehicles and trailers. But we had to see more information on the F150 in pursuit.... Instead we (father in law) decided to meet back at AUTO QUEST the next morning the second they opened to find that the inside of this truck was truly clean, great condition and I knew I had to have it. A deal was made. So, here is why this experience was so great... You drive in, exit your vehicle and you have the freedom to view, check out and see what's available... No one comes rushing you and tries to oversell or put you in something you either don't like, or can afford. Instead, I walked in and asked for the keys and Candis handed me the keys to the F150 and let me check it out without any pressure, she did not sit me down and ask 20 questions to see what vehicle I'm looking for or what criteria, features or cost blah blah blah. NO!! They were amazing, and after some time passed Mike came out and introduced himself, even said he wanted to give us space, and was available should we have questions or concerns. Questions were answered and concerns were dealt with. I will send everyone to AUTO QUEST who is looking for a vehicle cause they deserve your business. Extremely please, extremely happy. My wife and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest in May 2015. We set up an appointment on May 22, 2015 to pick up our van. Upon arriving, the van had not been cleaned on the exterior. Usually when you purchase a vehicle, you would think it would be cleaned, not the case. After doing all the paperwork, we went home and I was in front of my wife in my truck and I noticed the day time running lights not working. I called Mike at Autoquest about a few days later to notify him of this. I also mentioned the exhaust we making a lot of noise. Had to set up an appointment to bring it in to get both of those problems fixed. I find it very funny that in the so called "150 point inspection", it says that the day time running lights are operational. Not the case. Since purchasing this vehicle from Autoquest in May 2015, my wife and I have had to replace the tires (because they were worn out and were out of balance, had a vibration $550), replace the passenger front wheel hub and bearing assy $588, replace rear shocks (was bottoming out) and van was delivered to us this way. Transmission oil replaced ($350), as the van was hard shifting and was that way not long after delivered to us and got progressively worse. Transmission oil should be replaced every 80,000 kms. The oil in transmission was black, which means, another thing not caught on the famous "150 point inspection, and it should have been replaced before we picked up the van". The driver side power window does not work, the windshield washer pump quit working a few months after delivery and the lower front ball joints are now loose, both front stabilizer links are loose. More money we have to spend. There's no way we did this to the front end in 24,000 kms. When is it going to quit ? My wife and I are not impressed with Autoquest, there 150 point inspections are not what they are supposed to be, all smoke and mirrors. Terrible experience with this van because of Autoquest.

I wholeheartedly agree with their expressed satisfaction! You really don't want to waste your time with anyone else, you won't find the same commitment to your satisfaction. This group will do everything they can to ensure your total and complete satisfaction and their goal is nothing less. Amanda never gave up on me, though I was a tough customer.They let me ask the tough questions, they were open to challenges and all they did was tell me the truth. This is called INTEGRITY! Mike and Candis responded the same way, their confidence, assurance presented as reliable. When the winds of adversity apply pressure to your auto search and needs, finance application and service, the tree on a hilltop will sway this way and that but this tree has deep roots, it has integrity and remains committed to you the customer. These folks never gave up, they never wavered or quite. They believe in what they can do for you and they are confident you are satisfied, happy with your purchase. That's integrity. Well I tell you what! That's a deal I won't forget. Such commitment is rare these days and we live in interesting times people. They made a believer out of me. I will never forget this kind of dedication, commitment, focus and above all, integrity. This is exactly what the world needs.

10/10 Fantastic staff & excellent service I live downtown and do most of my driving downtown, so I was looking to find a very small commuter car to replace my current. I had a few models in mind but had a horrible experience at a different lot where I was actually badmouthed by the staff for wanting to look at those certain models so I was initially a little wary. AutoQuest completely changed the situation and couldn't have made my car-buying experience any better. Ted & Candis were super friendly and attentive right when I walked in. When I told them what car I wanted to see, the first thing they said was "Let me get you the keys." They didn't judge and didn't try to pressure me into getting something I didn't want. I was able to correspond with them and the finance office via email and text, which was incredibly convenient for me. I had someone co-sign for me to get a better interest rate and they even stayed past closing on a Friday night to accommodate our schedules so that we could come down together and sign the papers. I waited a month to review to see if anything would change, but nothing has -- I still absolutely love this car. There have been no hidden problems. It's mechanically sound, starts every single time without any trouble no matter how cold is it. It's exactly what I wanted. Thanks!

We recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Trax from AutoQuest. Loving the car a lot! The price was very fair. The buying experience was excellent! We were in contact by text before we went there. Responses from Kelly were quick and friendly. We planned to finance part of our purchase, so I was put in touch with the finance company they use, previous to viewing the vehicle. It was also a very nice person who helped with that. Our own Credit Union said they could not do better than the rates the finance company found (which was with TD). Also - AutoQuest doesn't safety their own vehicles, which I found good (no conflict of interest). We found they used a company that we know and respect. We worked with the owner of AutoQuest, Michael, and when I asked if the vehicle had any issues he reassured us with something like "I spend my money before you spend your money, we get good quality vehicles". Amanda at the counter was also very pleasant to deal with and had all the paperwork ready for us. We also talked with Dave, the warranty manager, who was also very nice. From start to finish, everyone was great to work with. We feel confident in our purchase and confident that, if we have an issue, it would be addressed. We totally recommend AutoQuest for your vehicle purchase.

I'm not sure what I can say about Michael and his crew at autoquest that has not already been said on here. this was the most satisfying experience I have ever had with sales. Called them up one morning to test drive a 2013 Santa fe sport that I found listed on autotrader. With in an hour, my fiance and I were at the shop, walked in, we were handed keys and left to our selves to look over and take a cruise. once we returned, Michael came out of the office and asked how we liked it. From there the conversation flowed without any sense of pressure. We let him know out concerns (what very little we had). He assured us they would be taken care of immediately. We hadn't even made a decision yet. Monday, we've decided we want this santa fe. we had to have it! called up Michael 10am. I said lets make a deal. with in 1 minute terms were agreed upon. by the end of Tuesday everything was taken care of and the SUV was ready for pickup. That's our story. I 10 out of 10 recommend Michael and his team at Autoquest. Professional, Kind, accommodating, fast very easy to talk to. Everything you want from an auto dealer. I'f you're looking for Quality used vehicles and you're taking a boot down the south perimeter, stop in and see them. you won't be disappointed.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of having my car written off due to an accident and had to find a car fairly fast. I searched multiple used car dealerships and AutoQuest is one of the best I've seen. Clean, professional and helpful. I had my eye on a certain car at AutoQuest. After a few minutes Mike the owner came out the greet us. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered any and all questions we had and seemed very knowledgeable about the car. He quickly offered us to test drive. We decided to purchase the car and he was very reasonable with negotiations. We had to go pick up a cheque for the purchase and they were very helpful pointing us to the nearest bank of my choice. Like every credible used dealership he offered extra warranty and the such, but was not pushy and didn't make us feel bad about saying yes or no. They even offered to put the new plates on for us. Great experience with this place. I will probably being coming back in a few years for a new car.

Was looking for specific style and size of trailer. Wanted the Stealth model in a 6’x14’ with 72” height with tandem axle. Was not a common trailer made but Mike helped me with a custom order to get exactly what I wanted. It took a few months to get after ordering but it was worth it. Had a few options added as well: roof vent, window and stabilizers added along with upgraded aluminum wheels. So happy I spent the time to really think about what I wanted and needed in a trailer. Even happier that I chose to go to Autoquest. The staff is super friendly from the time you walk in till you drive away with your purchase. I would buy from Autoquest again and plan on using them for any service I require in the future. I recommend to anyone looking for a trailer to definitely go see Mike and his staff.

I have nothing but good things to say about AutoQuest. I was nervous about buying a vehicle because I'd never done it before. I found AutoQuest through Autotrader when a vehicle I really wanted popped up. Candis was fantastic with her customer service! I'm 2.5 hours away from Winnipeg but it was totaly worth the drive in. Candis answered all my questions and helped me with the financing so it was a super easy process. The vehicle was all washed, fluids topped up and ready to go when I showed up. They managed to turn an event I was so wound up and worried about into a simple, no-drama, no stress event. When my husband replaces his car in a few years we will be coming back!

Have never dealt with Auotquest Trailers before but sure will in the future. Amanda was super to deal with and knew her stuff. The yard personnel helped me unload my truck and put some of the stuff from my truck into the new trailer so I could get to my hitch. As I had no intention of purchasing a trailer right then I did not have a hitch pin nor carabiner, not to worry while I was looking in my truck for one another sales person came out and said you may need these. Low and behold it was a hitch pin and a carabiner. The deal was quick, painless and a awesome experience.

Had been looking for a Toyota tacoma for quite a while. Came across a 2010 tacoma that autoquest was selling. When we came by we were greeted warmly by candis and Michael. Had a good experience with them in spring spending 12k on a new enclosed trailer. SInce then, I Added some rubber flooring that made the helper spring struggle to lift the door easily, and called Autoquest to see if they can adjust the spring tension for me (completely willing to pay). They told me the spring can’t be adjusted, can’t take additional weight, and I’m on my own…. verbatim. Called someone else and they’ll adjust it no problem, and I didn’t even buy the trailer from them. LOL. If you just don’t feel like doing a tiny job, just say so.

My son who currently is living in Alberta was in the market for a vehicle. After searching the internet he came upon one at Autoquest. He informed me about it and I was able to go take a look. I found it to be in great shape and between Mike the owner and Mandy doing the financial end [extensively ] we came to an agreement. Great people to purchase anything from. The Stronghaul Utility Trailer I purchased from them is beyond worth the money...the old adage of getting what you pay for is never more true. We got our dream car thanks to everyone at AutoQuest! We test drove the 2013 Subaru Impreza and the next Saturday we were signing the paperwork and driving it home. Candis was very helpful as we communicated mostly through email, and she always kept me up to date with what was going on, even dropped the price a bit for us. Ted and Kelly were extremely helpful with explaining the warranty options and other add-ons the day we test drove. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely be going to AutoQuest again!

My experience at Auto Quest was excellent. Shopping for a used car is never an experience I look forward to but I'll definitely return to Auto Quest because of how I was treated. I purchased a StrongHaul Trailer. Great quality and glad to hear that it was also made in Arborg Manitoba. The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. My trailer wiring on my vehicle was corroded from the winter salts and Scott removed the corrosion and sanded the connectors and cleaned it up for me to make sure there was a good connection when I picked up the trailer. Great experience. I bought an enclosed trailer with locks and a spare tire, I think I was on the road with the trailer in less than an hour! The trailer ended up having a small cosmetic issue when I got home, so I called the sales associate and they got me back in to correct the issue the very same day (within 30 minutes of me calling back). Bought a Strong Haul trailer from AutoQuest. Ordered it custom and it's made here in Manitoba. Came in quick...maybe a few weeks. Really happy with the trailer. The service was great. Really easy to deal with. Matt was very nice and knowledgeable with helping me select a trailer and the front desk receptionist was very pleasant. It was a really good experience!

One of the fastest service I have ever experienced. Filled up a credit application on line on a Friday night, got a follow up call the very next day. And got a call on Monday morning that I was approved. Just went to the office same day, and got my new trailer! All happened on a weekend...Amazing. Smooth, fast and efficient. Very good service.
