Excellent service by Eunice Wambugu, I'm definitely visiting again. I love how they crosscheck the vehicle in details and tell you all the issues you have or you may face in the next few days.. Unlike both mombasa road branch I'd give it a 2 star if i was to rate it.. Theyve' been servicing my vehicle from when i 1st got the vehicle which is last year and theyve never told me anything to do wit wheel allignment or my breakpads need to be changed all the time i have been coming for service... I got a tire puncture and i visited limuru road branch because it was the easiest to access for the warranty tire change. Such a good team, very pro active, out going personalities and they will answer whatever question you may have.. The gentle man who was allocated the work noticed all those issues then the wheel came off... it has costed me an extra cash but it has saved me bigtime, which i have no regret on. Kudos to the Limuru brach team and keep up the good work..

Long post. I'd gone to the Ngara/Limuru Road branch to find the cause of noise coming from the wheel. I believe the noise started when I replaced my breaks a week or two ago at their Garden City branch, even did a review on Google. Though all AutoXpress branches are connected, they could not find the details of my visit to their Garden City branch. Simon asked "Do you have a receipt?" Yani, seriously? Do we all Drive with receipts to get service? According to him my last visit was to repair a puncture in March. What about the tyres a I bought last month? I was informed I could drive to any branch and get help as they were insured for 2 years. After waiting for half an hour or so, I went back to the counter, just for Simon to realise, pick my work order and start walking to.... Really? I am extremely disappointed with your service.

Am not happy for the fact I had replaced break pads which never pushed for even a month, upon returning I was told there is a process of complaining for that and getting refunded because how does break pads take you for a month, I was forced to pay again and was told that I will be called and be refunded, yet a month later again am back for service still no refund and everyone is jumping that story, I have been doing my services for 5years plus now with auto but seems you dont have good customer relations based on complaints. You losta customer!!

Such great customer car especially from top officials. Watch out for their discounts, they come as a surprise - when you least expect. You might not even notice until you're given some balance back haha. I'd give the fifth star if they'd offer delivery services. Second, keep customer updated on what is going on in the 'background' - get them to understand and feel the service they're being offered.

Pathetic service from lady in charge of station. Sale of substandard battery called 'free batt', and they don't want to replace especially considering the battery is on warranty. Avoid auto express!
