Autoclinic performed a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking to buy, with the previous owner of the car being a regular customer at the shop. I was happy with the service Ben provided, as he was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the car. A particular question I asked was whether the car had any oil or coolant leaks from the heads / head gasket area, to which I was told no leaks were seen. Informed by the pre purchase inspection, I decided to buy the car. Upon getting the car registered and inspected with my local mechanic, I had the unfortunate news that they discovered the head gaskets were leaking oil and coolant, and that eventual repair would be required. This repair will cost me well over $5000 to have this work done. While I was happy with the service I received, I am very disappointed that this issue was missed, as if I had known, I most likely would not have purchased the car.

I have visited Mark and the team on multiple occasions now, for car services and advice on car parts and models. The advice is always friendly and accurate. Mark and the team have always gone the extra mile to ensure amazing quality service. I’ve phoned mark throughout a day with any questions I have relating to the car, and he has always made time to provide sound and friendly advice. I drove in to the auto shop at 5.55pm (close is at 6pm) on a Friday evening, and mark did not hesitate to fit my mirror covering and discuss the work completed. The team are passionate and it shows. Very grateful and I’ll keep coming back.

I took my car down to Autoclinic as my old mechanic had moved on. Was recommended Mark from a friend who has been using him for years. I was absolutely delighted with the thoroughness of the service provided by Mark and the boys and the efficiency of the turnaround. Was provided with genuine customer service throughout the whole process. Mark gave a great run down of the work completed on my car and explained it to me in terms I could understand given I have no mechanical prowess. I don't usually write reviews but you got to give credit where credit's due. Cheers to all concerned and would highly recommend.

It was so good! The mechanics are really friendly and it's very easy to talk to them. They are honest and the prices are fair! We had a lot of problems with our car and they fixed it within one day. Even more, they took some time to show us how to change a tyre and check things like the oil, because we haven't known anything about cars. All in all we would recommend these mechanics to everybody and we're so happy that we chose this mechanic to let our car get fixed! We would always go there again! I received exceptional service from Mark and the team! I wasn’t a client of theirs but he offered to provide me with a second opinion on the issues I was having with my car and I’m so lucky he did. What was deemed safe to drive by my regular mechanic was not safe enough to drive at all. Mark went out of his way to find me the part I needed and provide me with the right advice and regular updates. I will now be a lifelong customer at Autoclinic and can’t thank the team enough.

Trustworthy. I've been through 4 mechanics and I've never been happy as I am with these guys. I live on the other side of the city and come here knowing they are going to give me an honest assessment of my car and service/fix it at a very, very competitive price. If I could give the Team at Auto Clinic a 100 Star rating I would. Their service is like nothing I have experienced in 45 years of driving. Every time they service my old car they manage to perform miracles in getting it to work or to improve its performance. They always go the extra mile ! Went to a couple of mechanics who couldn’t diagnose my steering problem. Took it to auto clinic and Ben and Mick actually found the issue. Part was ordered and installed as promised. Car steering is perfect now. These guys are genuine mechanics who actually fix your car. Very trustworthy and good people.

Had my car log book services recently with Autoclinic. The team did a great job, we’re very friendly and were able to estimate my next service and when things will need to be replaced. I’m looking forward to going back, so far it is the most welcome I have felt at a mechanic in years Cheers!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough - true service with a smile in every sense. Our family takes our vehicles here for annual servicing - always happy, and esp with the smaller 'odd jobs' between times ... which are often even completed FOC! Thank you guys, and keep up the amazing work!
