The 3 year old car looks dealership new again. I had a full MOP, accident repair damage to 3 panels & GuardX protection works carried out. I took the car to their HO in Orpington (easy fast train from London Bridge + short Uber ride). The initial hicups made me wary, as I had no experience of the business & I was concerned that this may reflect on the professionalism & quality of works. Once Sarah was involved this was rectified. I damaged me rear arch and side skirt. Found these guys online, I can thank them enough to be fair. We had and e-mail chain where they tried to give me a quote based on photos I sent them. They gave me the best quote they could which maybe wasn't super cheap, but they completely fixed it, plus it was professionally handled. What's I can tell from the gentleman I deal with at the site that they care about doing a good job, he was honest and clear about every thing which made me feel confident to use them and i will probably use them again soon. Booked the details in with Pete on Monday for a dent on a brand new car, less than 3 weeks old, Pete was amazing, really helpful and helpful, I dropped the car of on Thursday morning a little skeptical if I'm honest with it being so new would they get the same result. I collected the car today after Pete called, car was PERFECT, better than i imagined and for a fair price, he had a chance of making a few extra quid by putting a new badge on, but he managed to save it and save on the invoice. This was a scratch repair on front bumper. The painting was fine, but they failed to fill the area properly and so there are two visible small 'dents' and it will need further repair. Disappointing. Update: After my review customer services contacted me and they have now re-done the repair and the small dents are gone. I would give 5 stars as they went the extra mile to fix the issues, but to get the full five I think perfect first time is needed. Anyway, very happy they have great customer service and do care about quality outcomes.

I took my R8 into Automotive to see if they could repair a scratch (gouge) I had on a carbon air blade. I was preparing myself for a replacement part - which is horribly expensive, but Adam managed some kind of miracle and it was perfect when I picked it up. I also decided to get my diamond cut alloys repaired and changed to colour to suit the paintwork better. They look better than they did when they were new. Everything was done on schedule and they are a very professional team.

I needed my wheel refurbished at my home after I scuffed it. The company representative who visited me was Ben Tape and the service I received was exceptional. Just had a dent in the tailgate and scratches on passenger door fixed by Mark Parfitt. The service was excellent he took time to explain issue he had with a third repair he couldn't do ( as being done under insurance) and showed me a defect on door I never even knew about. Absolutely Brilliant. I had two small but obvious dents on my otherwise immaculate car that I have just bought. The wheel rims were also scuffed and in quite poor repair. Andy Truzzi removed them all, the dents and the marks from the wheels, without a trace, I kept on looking as I couldn't believe they had gone, but they had. The care he took was impressive. Have used this company before for small paint chips and this time a slightly larger area. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Henry from the start. Ricky Beniston came out to my house today to fix and repair quite a few scratches and chips on my car. Very happy with the finished results. Put the car in for minor cosmetic damage to bonnet boot and front bumper (original photos below). Car was returned same day but repairs looked no different to when the car went in, so that was a bit of a waste of time. I have had repairs like this done in the past on other vehicles using other companies that were far superior to those done on this car. This has been extermely disappointing to say the least.
