We were initially going to trade-in, but after the dealership gave us the old bait and switch (offered ~80% of what they quoted online), we decided to try out Autozen. The entire process was very transparent, safe, and easy. Autozen quoted a range of prices that was above what the dealership actually offered on trade-in (don't be fooled by what the dealership's website quotes). The assessment (ours was done by David in Calgary) was professional, transparent, and painless (book online, arrived on time, etc.). The auction process was handled well with regular communication with a real person via text. The pick-up process (also done by David in Calgary) was equally easy and David made sure that the money was in the bank before he even asked for the keys. We had the car assessed on Sunday, landed on an offer on Tuesday (at the mid-point of the range Autozen initially provided), and the car was picked up on Friday. We pocketed 15% above what the dealership was offering and had an experience that was as simple as just trading in. The entire time, we knew what was happening and always felt safe. For us, Autozen is a no-brainer if you're looking to get good value for your vehicle while also doing it quickly and safely. I needed to sell my 2-year old, mint condition Acura MDX after getting frustrated with the low ball dealership offer. I was a bit skeptical of Autozen at first but did a bit of research online and they appeared to be legit. I decided to give them a try and I couldn't be happier. The process was exactly as described on their website. Someone came to my house within a couple of days to inspect the car. It was then put up for auction the next Tuesday and received an offer right away. It was below my expectations (yet still higher than the dealership offered me). I was going to reject but Autozen asked me what my price was and asked me if they could contact the buyer on my behalf. They came back the next day with a better offer, including an extension on the pickup date as my new car delivery was delayed, that I accepted. In the end, the car was sold for $6K more than the dealership offer. On the day they came to my house to pick up the car, the process went smoothly. The guy waited on my driveway until I received the funds on my bank account and off he went. I couldn't be happier about the experience. Fast, professional, flexible and very convenient, exactly the opposite of what to expect when dealing with buyers directly or through a dealership. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I was looking to sell a couple vehicles for a down payment on a new one. A coworker who recently moved out of country recommended Autozen to me. David came out for both vehicles and did an inspection and took photos for the auction listing. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived in the window specified. The overall process was fairly quick to get the photos and do the inspection. I received offers for both vehicles after the first auction and ended up taking them. The arrange a date to pick up each vehicle with a tow truck and the driver hung around until we confirmed the funds were in my account before leaving with the sold vehicles. The overall process was extremely easy and quick. For curiosity I had the dealer I was buying my new vehicle from give me an estimate on trade in for both vehicles what I got through Autozen was a lot more and for practically no additional effort. I did have both cars detailed so make them look their best for sale. I could have probably got a bit more selling on my own but I don't have time to deal with people, test drives and I worry about getting ripped off/stolen vehicle. Would highly recommend Autozen if you are looking to unload your vehicle.

I used Autozen to sell my SUV, and I must say that the whole experience was extremely positive. After filling up a form on their website, I was contacted to arrange an appointment, and one of their employees came to examine the vehicle, take pictures and do a short test drive. I have received an offer within about 5-6 days, but the offer was below the minimum that I was hoping to get, so I have rejected it. Within a day, an additional offer came in, which was quite good and I gladly accepted it. The offer that I have accepted was much better that anything I was being offered at the dealerships that I have visited, and honestly using Autozen was a great way to sell my vehicle. One thing that I would recommend is to do your research, and find the real price that the vehicle is worth, and then wait until a competitive offer is made and not accept the first offer unless it meets your expectations.

Had a really positive experience selling with Autozen. I booked a free appointment online with next-day availability. A rep showed up and inspected my SUV and took it for a quick test drive which I came along for. They document the condition in detail, including brake wear, tire tread, battery voltage, engine oil, and diagnostic data by hooking up the wireless reader. A few days later I had an offer back. After a bit of negotiation, I accepted an offer and they picked it up a couple days later with an Interac e-transfer for the sale price. Every rep I dealt with was really friendly and easy to communicate with. I love that the offers you get are "real", and not generated by an algorithm and dependent on subjective criteria to be verified later.

I tried to sell my 2019 Ford Escape (low mileage, mint condition) here in Edmonton for almost two weeks privately and then decided to try Auto Trader. It is a fine option but dealing with the people, their unrealistic expectations and the near-harassment tactics to sell my car for far less than I knew it was worth was overwhelmingly painful. I heard about Autozen from a friend,,, logged in and entered my information on a Tuesday; they came and inspected it on Wednesday; it sold on Friday (for within a few hundred bucks of what I was looking for); picked it up and deposited my money a couple days later. The only way to sell your used vehicle! The professional from Autozen viewed my car late Wednesday afternoon and sold the car the following Tuesday. EFT transfer was in my bank account late Friday. Price was middle of the quoted range (which was $4K over the other quotes received). Autozen is easy to deal with and lines of communication completely open. If you have any questions just use the chat function and send message. I received replies quickly. They handled all the paperwork including payout on the vehicle and sale transfer documents. Definitely the only way to go!! A legitimate and trustworthy organization…and I’m hard to please!

Sooooo much easier then selling privately. David was amazing. Came to our house, inspected the vehicle, went for a quick test drive and took some photos. We got added to the next auction. We had previously been offered $18k for our car from a dealership. We were hoping for $20k... we ended up with an offer of $22,600. They came and picked up the vehicle and transfered us the funds. It's THAT simple. Highly recommend and if I need to sell again in the future, I will certainly be using Autozen.

I took my Jeep two door Rubicon to a Calgary dealer who low balled it because they said no one drives 4x4 with automatic locking hubs with a standard 5 Speed?? AutoZen came to my Calgary address to do a full evaluation. We had an offer many actually many many thousands higher from a Dealer in Edmonton. You accept they arrived re checking everything sent a E Transfer all done and so simplified. I was skeptical but what a great result… which is what I measure!

Just sold my vehicle for over 5k more than what a dealership was willing to give me for it as a trade in. Process was simple and easy.. My vehicle was advertised and sold in a week! The person who came to my house to do the inspection, pictures and vehicle pickup was great too! Definitely recommend selling through Autozen to get what you want for your vehicle without the hassle of selling privately.

My car went through three auctions with Autozen and only received one offer. I am not sure who is bidding on the vehicles, but the one bid I did receive was two thousand less than what a dealership offered me and thirty-five hundred less than what I ended up getting. They do however communicate with you in a timely manner about the status of your vehicle, which I appreciated.

Easiest sale of a used car EVER! Talked to and met one person from Autozen. The person came to us, spent about an hour looking at and going for a short test drive. Couple days later got an email asking if we would take X $ for car. I said yes. Same person came back. We did an e transfer, saw money in my account and done. No dodgy buyers knocking on the door. Got a fair price.

They decide what your vehicles worth based on the black book value, they do not inspect the vehicle thoroughly enough to give that accurate of information to their buyers. Don't see your vehicle on this platform if it's in great shape and mechanically up to date. Upgraded and taken care of. This is a platform for vehicles with issues. Terrible experience .

Person who came to check car was very unprofessional. He booked my time for 40 mins but made me stuck there for 1hr 45 mins. He told me indirectly that he dont want my vehicle to be sold and he was sounding very racist. So I never recommend autozen at all. Horrible experience.
