I had a 1930's Silver and gold Dinner ring rebuild by Avalon. Working with Terry and designer Taylor on it was great, they were both so knowledgeable and worked everything out for me. I can't be happier with the end result and price was unbeatable. I recommend Avalon to anyone that needs estate or antique pieces worked on. Avalon jewelers is the gem of Oakville stores, no pun intended. The service is super friendly, personable and professional. The quality and variety of their products is impeccable considering their quaint small size. I always find just the right gift and their prices are quite reasonable. You can't go wrong with this non-traditional jewelry store. Just the box brings a smile to their faces in our home. Its certainly worth a look when your looking for something unique. I also enjoy shopping in their estate collection.

I love this shop. The owners treat you like family. Unlike most jewellery shops, this one has a wide variety for every taste, including eclectic artisanal pieces, some from local artists. Their estate cabinet, at times, seems to house pieces from every corner of old Oakville. They've helped me sell a few pieces of my own jewellery that I no longer wanted. It's definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area. One of the few long standing family run businesses left in downtown Oakville.

I am so glad I walked into this shop one random weekend because I've been purchasing jewelry and taking my own in to resize/fix them here ever since. They have the most beautiful pieces of jewelry, the estate pieces are not only gorgeous but so affordable. The owner Lucy, is lovely, she holds warm conversations with her customers and gives great detail about the resizing process and costs. I love coming here to visit most weekends, happy little store with cute jewelry!

I've been a customer of Avalon's for 27 years during which time they have done many custom pieces ,repairs, sales through their estate jewellery, appraisals and most recently refurbishing a very precious ring to almost new. I can't thank them enough for taking care of business for me....always professional, reasonably priced and understanding my needs. I highly recommend them to handle your most precious jewellery items too! you won't be disappointed!

Great selection of products and all very fine quality. The staff is a bit hit and miss. There is someone by the name of Taylor who is incredibly helpful and super friendly. However, there is another individual who has helped me and though she does the job, I do not feel like she is approachable nor very happy...Comes off a bit snobbish :( Prices are reasonable and many times they have a sale going on which is nice.

I stepped in the store to see if they could actually cut off a ring that got stuck on my finger and discovered a beautiful selection of unique designer jewellery as well as fine estate pieces. They really have a wide selection and a wide range of price points. The owners are tremendously helpful (and very gracious in cutting my ring off). You should stop by their store, they're open on Mondays until Christmas.

Exceptional customer service. I needed to replace my lost wedding ring, a ring that had been designed and crafted by a jeweller out West. The folks at Avalon took the time and care to ensure that my replacement ring was crafted exactly to my specifications. Very friendly; customer oriented.

Love, love, love this store! The jewellery both new and estate is to die for and fair priced!! The staff is always very friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Avalon whether you're looking for a gift for someone, yourself or looking to get something repaired!

I went in for a repair. They took my watch to a specialist and informed me it wasn't possible. They did advise going back to the manufacturer and check with them. Service was very friendly and very quick.
