I won’t be going back here. I was told my laundry will be delivered to me the next morning. I asked if I could get it by 9am and the driver says yes. The next morning I didn’t get it by 9am, I called and was told it should be ready by 11am. I had to push my Airbnb checkout time and waited until 12pm. I asked to pick it up instead since their driver was making other deliveries and won’t be back till afternoon. So I went to pick it up and it was such a hassle finding the place. We arrived in the area and wandered around for over 30 mins since we could not get good directions to the laundromat. I almost missed my flight and had to rush. They are very unreliable. I would not recommend.

나이로비에서 이러한 시스템을 가진 세탁소는 이 곳이 유일하다.. 이용자가 많고 직원이 모두 친절하다. 질좋은 세탁기와 건조기를 사용한다.편리하고 유용한 시설. 한적한 주차공간. 2일 정도 받고 배달도 가능하다. 처음 이 가게를 이용했다. 4킬로 정도의 옷을가 맡겼다. 하지만 20-30달러 상당의 옷 4개에 큰 구멍이 난 채로 집에 배달되었다. 가게에 연락을 했고 그들은 내 옷을 수선해줬다. 하지만 수선된 옷은 정면에 수선자국이 생겨서 직장에는 더이상 입을 수 없었다. 그 옷은 이제 집에서만 입을 수 있을 것 같다. 또다른 변상은 없었다. 나도 또다른 변상을 요청하지 않았다. 왜냐하면 이 곳은 아프리카이기 때문이다. 너무 큰 기대는 아직 하지말라. 가게는 구멍의 원인을 찾기를 바란다. 나도 원인이 궁금하다. 나는 또다시 옷에 구멍이 생길까봐 다시 방문하지 못했다. 망가져도 문제없거나 저렴한 옷들의 세탁이 필요한 여행자에게는 매우 편리한 가게이다. 이불, 수건 등을 세탁할 때 유용할 것이다.

Came back from 7 days safari, need to do a lot of laundry. Luckily we found Avana Laundromat to the rescue. We got their number, contacted them through Whatapps. They gave us pricing and delivery fee in advance. We agreed and they sent a driver promptly and picked up the dirty laundry. It weights almost 15 lbs. We gave them US dollar since we ran out of Kenyan Shillings. We got the laundry in 1.5 days. They are nicely folded and smells delightful! Thanks so much Avana Laundromat.

Thanks for the fantastic service. As travelers we were looking for a easy and cheap way to wash our clothes and since we couldn’t find any self-service laundromats we opted for Avana. Their service was fantastic with pick up and delivery. Clothes are all clean and returned safely. Even an item we forgot in one of the bags was returned safely to us. Can highly recommend. DON'T GO THERE! I can't believe how bad those guys are. You need to fear your cloth. Don't bring it there. Also need to double check the bills as they put a price on it that is much higher than originally told. Can't trust at all

Great service and really quick. I wash a bag of clothes and it was ready in a day. I paid for the delivery and it was also quick and convenient. I recommend this service, especially if you are traveling.

This is not a self service laundry mat. They wash the clothes for you. I had 7 kilos of clothes and it cost me 980ksh. It took pretty much the whole day for the clothes to be ready. They did a good job.

Thank you Avana team for making this very easy. Organized pick up and delivery within the same day. The clothes were nicely folded and nicely clean. Definitely recomend for the travellers in Nairobi.
