I ordered beautifully designed door handles but they were the wrong colour. I rang the next day that I received them and the service was prompt and rectified within the day. The gentleman was extremely helpful and honest. Highly recommend and the quality is perfect regardless of the wrong colour which I can paint as I was then given a discount. Thank you so much!

I called up Avant-Garde Hardware to check if they had a door handle that I had in mind for my sliding door. They didn’t have the exact product that I wanted, but instead of turning me down they custom designed the door handle for me and powder coated to the colour I preferred. Above and beyond service. I highly recommend them.
