It’s been almost 5 months since I had my shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis surgery. My orthopaedic surgeon advised me that it is very crucial to find a good rehabilitation centre for faster recovery. My husband recommended Avery Tan Physio & Rehab Centre to me because of good customer reviews. After the first session of rehab, I found their treatment program to be suitable and truly effective. This centre has a team of certified physiotherapists and dedicated staffs. The facilities are great and they provide a pleasant environment for their patients. The centre assigned a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to treat me and guide me through my rehab program. Communication between us is important for her regarding healing progress each time I come for rehab session so that she can assess me and personalize a treatment plan and monitor my condition. She is very professional and caring in administering pain management on me thus helping to relieve pain and I find that my shoulder pain gradually reduce as time goes by. Their therapeutic physical exercise sessions are very effective for stretching my stiff shoulder muscles and strengthening them as well. Posture education is one of the important aspects my physiotherapist very particular about, this is to prevent other parts of my body from getting hurt and to efficiently perform correct muscle exercises. Within short period of time my shoulder stiffness and weakness have greatly improved. I have recovered my range of motion 95% as diagnosed by my orthopaedic during my follow up in hospital yesterday. Such progress meets my orthopaedic expectation. I am truly happy about my recovery progress as I am back to my normal activities after few months of rehab sessions.

Had cervical disc problem and is undergoing physiotherapy treatment at Avery Tan. Superb improvement just after 7th sessions, all in all it took just about 1 month to get to this recovery stage. Now still under treatment for maintenance. I owed all this to the care and dedication by the physiotherapist that attended to me with full dedication and professionalism. She is attentive and very qualified in her field and had given me hope and confidence day 1 she reviewed my case. All other staff are equally attentive and super efficient. Bravo and thumbs up to Avery Tan and the team. I would say, this is one of the best Physiotherapy and Rehab Centre that not just fully equipped but also offers manual techniques beyond automation capabilities. Rate is competitive and eventhough I have to travel 160km to seek treatment, I gladly go without any hesitation. Fully recommend this centre to all. Mr. Tan and team, please do keep up this excellent service. Just a thank you is not enough, take a million to do it.

This is an excellent physiotherapy centre. The therapists are highly skilled and experienced in all areas of physiotherapy. All the staff are friendly and caring. Most importantly, they are also sincerely empathetic to their patient's needs. The centre is well-equipped and the overall environment is comfortable too.
