If I could rate this 0 stars I would... The office is very nice and inviting but, DR. BOSCH IS HORRIBLE!! I have been to the office multiple times (I only go because the current hygienist is amazing) and Dr. Bosch is ignorant and is always arguing with the front end staff. It has made me so upset and uncomfortable to the point that I have wanted to get up in the middle of my dental work and walk out. I have also witnessed him put down the current hygienist who is the sweetest woman I have ever met. I believe her name is Trish. If she decides to leave due to the terrible treatment from the Dr. I will definitely follow her to wherever she goes. Dr. Bosch doesn't change his gloves EVER! I've witnessed him leave the room and come back and never once change them. I doubt that he even cleans the rooms or instruments properly Also, the last time that I was in, he had a package for filling material that was expired (I took a quick photo when I had a chance), I also heard another patient talking to the front staff when I was waiting for the Dr. to come into check my mouth, this patient stated that the Dr. had used an instrument on his head and then used it in her mouth. I have a mutual friend that also goes to Aviation Dental and he told me that after he got his dental work done and paid for, he realized that he had been charged for things that the doctor never actually did to him. Dr. Bosch also incorrectly charges insurance companies to see what your actual threshold amount is, he is a FRAUD! I am looking into contacting the Canadian Dental Association due to these terrible experiences. I have never made a google complaint before. I am not that type of person. But Dr. Bosch has completely repulsed me and I just feel so bad for his staff and other patients. Save yourself and don't go.

I started seeing Dr. Bosch in December, had a cleaning and check up. Also had a few fillings , no problem , they went very well . That was great. At that time Dr. Bosch recommended to get partial dentures , in order to help keep my remaining teeth from deteriorating further . At this point I would have expected a pre-determination to be sent to my Insurance. However that was not done!!! After I received my bottom partial and payed in full. I had to call and email multiple times over 4 full months about forms my insurance wanted filled out from the dentist. Very frustrating. Finally after being a little rude , I got a call back from Dr. Bosch. He then told me I likely would not get them covered by my insurance as it was not a currant tooth replacement. I feel very deceived as I was not told any of this prior to the dentures being ordered. A pre-determination also would have determined this outcome as well . I feel I was almost scammed , thinking I would have some of this covered by my insurance . SO BE WARNED ASK FOR PRE-DERMINATION PRIOR TO ANY BIG $$ PROCEDURES ! It is not a given ! Hard lesson learned :(

I will never return to this dental office as the dentist Dr. Bosh has no respect or empathy for the patient. He is rough with his tools in your mouth and does not care about your comfort. I stated many times how afraid I am of needles as I have visited this office a few times now. Dr. Bosh felt he did not have to tell me what needed to be done and instead just did. This dentist was not a caring individual and went out of his way to cause pain in my mouth by putting extreme pressure while using his tools and chipped parts of my tooth off more. He has never done this before with my fillings but felt he needed to prove to me that I would need a needle. This all could have been avoided if stated what was about to happen instead of just shoving a massive needle in my mouth without my knowledge or consent. I will be prolonging my tooth repair until I find someone more suitable for the job as I have lost all trust in this dentist. I ended up leaving after he chipped more of my tooth off as his tone and actions left me fearful.

Most incredible service I could have never imagined it was Saturday night around 7pm Labour Day weekend. My husband was in the most pain I have ever seen him in. He needed emergency dental extraction. We had no hope. I messaged a few places with no reply. I then remembered a few days prior I had read that aviation dental was one of the best and they did emergencies. I messaged aviation and Brandy messaged me back within minutes and we did all the paperwork over text message. She contacted Dr. Bosch and he met my husband at the dental office at 8pm. By 10:00pm Saturday my husband was at home in a lot less. The best part was it did not cost an arm and a leg. It was a fraction of the price we had imagined. This was by far the best service we have ever received. We will both be switching to aviation for all our future dental needs.

Being afraid of dentists like im sure most are i left things too long and required a denture. From the moment i walked in the door i felt welcomed and assured that i would be looked after. Brandy was amazing :) Dr. Bosch went through my treatment plan which required a denture :( this was not how i pictured the visit to go but was the best option for me. If i had not gone to aviation dental who knows how un comfortable i would be right now. So many thanks to brandy and Dr. Bosch and the entire team at aviation dental while the decision i made was difficult you have made a life long improvement on my life and im so thankful to all of you :)

I’ve been going to Dr. Bosch for over 30 years and have always thought of going to the dentist as a very positive experience. Dr. Bosch is very passionate about what he does and he always gives honest advice for work that needs to be done or what can be deferred and is happy to teach you about his craft. My crowns have lasted far beyond their average life expectancy and I attest this to the care and detail that Dr. Bosch puts into his work. The office is modern and staff are friendly and accommodating and make you feel very comfortable. I have always and will always recommend Dr. Bosch and the Aviation Dental team to others.

I had a consultation today at Aviation Dental. Although I decided not to pursue further appointments or dental work here, the man at the front desk was incredibly nice and accommodating. He definitely was the high point of my visit. The chairs are the comfiest chairs I’ve ever sat in at a dentist! I cannot comment on the dental work because I didn’t receive anything besides a consultation, but overall the clinic was clean and the man at the desk was so welcoming. They also sent my panoramic X-Ray at no cost to make up for my experience (which wasn’t all bad, I just didn’t personally like the dentist).

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bosch for over 20 years and have been very pleased with his attention to detail. Dr. Bosch is thorough, efficient and honest. The staff at Aviation Dental are friendly and accommodating and the office is a bright, clean space that I’m happy to bring my family too. My 5 year old son had a filling done and he didn’t complain at all. My 3 year old can entertain himself in the playroom while I have my cleaning. I am happy that for us, going to the dentist is not a traumatic experience, rather it is a pleasant one. I owe a large part of my good dental health to Dr. Bosch and his team.

My father who’s elderly was told he should receive partial dentures and the dentist pull his teeth prior to checking insurance for approval. Now he is charging exorbitant amounts for the repair and new dentures are required. Now they will not send X-ray copies to insurance of the tooth that was extracted. Use caution with this dentist as he can spend your money and you will have to pay. Always get your work pre-approved by your insurance. Draw your own conclusions about this but just look at other reviews, there’s a trend. Shame on this business and what you’ve done to my fathers mental health.

I went to Aviation Dental for a cleaning, exam, and xrays. First off the warm welcome (and cookies!) were great, and then I was super impressed by the technology and the space. They were really gentle on my teeth and gums too, I've had some bad experiences with hygienists really making my gums bleed, but they were really good about using the floss gently - even more than I can do myself! Very highly qualified people working there. They also didn't try to push me to get unnecessary treatments, which my family and I have experienced in the past. I'd highly recommend Aviation Dental!

Very friendly and kind and considerate. They try very hard to make each visit as painless as possible and THEY SUCCEED! The most I've experienced is an uncomfortable feeling. I've been to them 3 times now and I'm going back for more work. I've had a tooth pulled on the first visit, prep work for a crown on another tooth on the second visit and the temporary crown put on during the third visit. The next visit I will get the permanent crown. I will also be getting some bonding done on my front teeth. I highly recommend this wonderful Dentist and his equally wonderful staff.

Dr. Derek Bosch was by far the best dentist I've ever been to. The anesthesia technique was amazing he did not have to use multiple needles like previous dentist have used on me in the past. I always thought I had anesthesia problems but I guess that's not the case for this dentist! He is a dentist who explains your teeth and what's wrong, he doesn't just say "book an appointment for 1.5 hours for a filling" or whatever. He actually takes the time to explain to you the flaws of your mouth, and teeth. He is extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Wow...! It was my first time here, and they made me feel like I was long time customer. A little background on this, I just got back from travelling, and had a really bad experience with a surgeon I was seeing for an injury I sustained in Vietnam. Left me jaded about our health system here. But after visiting aviation dental I was so surprised! Everyone who helped me from reception, X-ray's, office manager and the dentist were so kind to me. Especially Gloria, a really friendly professional hygienist who is passionate about helping. Highly recommend!

Brandy is a wonderful lady, very kind and welcoming. I have had cavities filled here twice now and both experiences were horrible. The dentist that worked on me both times was rough, and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. I decided to try a second time, after an uncomfortable first visit, and ever since i have been experiencing pain and intense sensitivity where he worked. I also experienced pain and redness where the needles were inserted for weeks after my appointment. Safe to say i will NOT be trying this dentist again.

Awesome Place! Used an old stick to prop open my jaw and a rusty 3 inch nail to scrape the what nots and hanger ons that cling to my tooth! Friendly folks, even the receptionist was winking at me or maybe she had a stray lash in her eye! Any whose, good people and the hygienist only had to slap my stray hand 3 or 4 times! Got me out in a hurry and that’s what matters. Don’t like leaving old Bucky tied up to long in the big city! I’ll be back in 6 months if that tooth don’t accidentally get knocked out by the misses!

Brandy was excellent with my young grandsons and they both love her. Dr. was awesome, he is very thorough and calming and I felt at ease with him. The hygienist Luis though? He was the first hygienist in my life who didn't LECTURE me about flossing etc. which has always been the main reason I am not consistent with getting cleanings. I will definitely be a regular here. And I think my grandsons may have even chosen their first dentist too.

I am so glad that I took my daughter here for her first visit! Luis was patient, kind, and fun with her as it took her awhile to stop feeling scared. He showed her a bunch of the tools they may use in the future in a fun way, so that next time she comes in, they aren't new or scary. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the clinic and the fun and helpful demeanor of the staff. Thanks for a great and affordable visit!!

Me and my kids see Dr. Bosch. He is a knowledgeable dentist and generally nice guy; the office staff are friendly and willing to change around appointments, etc. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted and needed a prescription on the weekend, and Dr. Bosch was reachable and helpful over the phone, and phoned in the necessary prescription. I would recommend Dr. Bosch to friends.

Arrived here on short notice in pain about a year ago, staff took excellent care of me and got me on my way quickly. Dr. Bosch, Luis and Brandy are amazing people that care deeply about their clients and positive outcomes. State of the art clinic, amazing people and top notch care. Added bonus, they direct bill!! Been back a couple of times since, this is my regular dentist now.

Each staff member, dentist and hygienist who have worked with our family have been amazing. So kind, patient and genuinely care about each person. Luis cleans my husband and children's teeth and they love him. Even my two year old is willing to go back and have her filling done. We have been sticking with Aviation Dental since starting there three years ago. Thanks to you all.

Needed emergency care for a painful broken tooth at 8pm on a Sunday, Dr. Bosch was excellent and opened up shop to get me in and fixed up. Thanks again for your help!! I highly recommend for all services not just emergency care. Also thank you to Brandy for arranging the after hour’s appointment, great team work and very easy process from start to finish.

The staff and Dr. Bosch are the best. I had a Friday morning root canal procedure. I was very impressed. They were very efficient, professional and precise, I was able to go back to work that same day after the root canal was done. I was prescribed the right medications that's why the pain in my tooth did not linger very long.

I have been seeing Dr. Bosch for almost ten years now. His commitment to work and attention to details are exceptional. His office staff is very personal. I agree with some comments below - he is always reachable , even if this is a weekend. I remember he came to the office on sundae early morning because I was in pain.

The doctor is amazing but the management is horrible. Took them 2 weeks to reply to an email. They also don't check their vm. So that was full. Requested an appointment asking for later in the day and the response was we have one at 11 am and noon. Their hours are limiting to say the least as well

My husband Andrew found expert service here they go to the root of the problem.they care very much for their patients.i came to them with half my tooth chipped off right away they looked at all possibilities of fixing the problem.I am very happy to have come across a great team.

Had an emergency and ended up calling Aviation Dental, Jen answered and was very friendly and helpful getting me booked in, there was no trouble at all everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone there I'll be coming back and am looking forward to it!

Today I had Dr. Bosh do my first ever root canal. All went as planned and hopefully no more angry tooth. Going back to have other problems addressed. Service was quick and efficient. Front desk staff also helped to get my benefits straightened out.
